Great location. Spacious and comfortable. We stayed for a discount, and it was a great value.
Bathroom was tiny. Street noise at night disrupted sleep.

Property seemed to be in a building with residents (maybe students ) but it was in an ideal location
we had to use a blow up bed as our 5th bed and this was not communicated prior to arrival - so was unexpected. Was under the impression it would be a sofa bed in the living area

The place was very central
The place smelt quite bad, we were not given keys unlike what was told in the reservation but told that the concierge would open for us, so we had no independence, and it was difficult to reach the host by phone

a lot of things needed fixing, some essential things in the kitchen were missing (they replenished them after a few reminders!), the bathroom door didn’t lock, the studio was a bit small!

location is excellent. conveniently near everything! there are restaurants and convenient stores down stairs!
The communication with the owners or property managers are excellent! They reply fast and is trying their best to accommodate us in our needs. When we arrived the airbed available is broken so they immediately replaced it with a new one the next day. There has been a mistake that they told us about the street parking that it is free from 6pm to 8am. It should be from 8pm to 8am. Because of the mistake, our car was charged with a 90usd penalty by the boston police. They immediately refunded the 90usd amount to us and apologized for the inconvenience. They were very accommodating to us. Will surely recommend this place.

The apartment and location were exceptional. I would absolutely stay here again.
There was a little mix up with our room type and also not having key fobs to get it. We had to get the security guard at a nearby building because the guests before us lost the keys. Not the worst thing but inconvenient.

we had a room with a code and the door would not lock.we said it to the guy at reception who gave us a number to ring but we were unable to get an answer.so we had to spend 4 nights with an unlocked door.i also had booked a one bedroom apartment but got a studio instead.the window would not close and we had no wifi.

we liked the location, close to the theatre, Boston common, restaurants and cafes, and public transport.
the checkin process was very easy.
the security at the front were not very helpful and found to be sleeping after hours at the front desk.
the furniture was a little bit worn out and the heater was incredibly loud, we had to turn it off during the night as it woke us up.
the address for the apartment was different on the booking page and the confirmation notes. Apple Maps shows a different location depending on if you put in 64 or 62 Boylston St.

We booked for 4 and received one double bed in a run down, smelly apartment block. The pictures that booking.com use are fake and the property you go to is at a different address to that advertised so we were scammed and had to book another hotel. $3000 dollars out of pocket.

Room was great. Spacious, clean and perfect for what I needed. The room was second to the location which you could not beat. Felt like you were living in the city.
Not a huge deal, but the check in process, was different. Never spoke with anyone in person. Again not a big inconvenience. People complained about the Amazon boxes in the lobby, and I have no idea why, they're not for you.

We booked a room for 4 adults, were advised there was a sofa bed but there wasn't just a sofa and no extra blankets.

location was excellent and was clean
Entry has cardboard box deliveries EVERYWHERE. Room hallway was littered with garbage, garbage room was overflowing with trash.
Listing said room has air conditioning, which was one of our main concerns staying in a high-rise in August, but AC was broken. Contacted management all weekend checking on when it could be fixed. He continually pushed us off saying he would “talk to maintenance”. There isn’t anyone on site to speak with, so the only way to get ahold of someone is via text. We ended up getting a fan from the security guard, who isn’t affiliated with the management company, and kept it in the window to try to cool the place down. It helped at night, but by morning the heat and humidity was unbearable.
Management responded to every one of our messages, and in a timely manner, but never actually solved the problem. As soon as we mentioned being disappointed in the room and asked about a discount because the room wasn’t what we had rented, he suddenly forgot how to respond and we never heard from him.

There is no telephone at Securitry or desk at entrance.
Process is not helpful for international travellers or short notice travellers. After booking, hotel send access details via email. If you donot have internet access, you cannot get those details.
There should be phone at front desk. Securitry or staff duty should have details of check in travellers.

The apartment was a decent size for my family.
It was great for walking. Starbucks right downstairs as well as a great bakery across the street.
Boston Common is literally right across from the building.
The entryway seemed chaotic and not necessarily inviting…deliveries being made and men working made it seem not so pleasant. It just honestly gave me a strange feeling…

I loved the nice comfortable bed, the Wi-Fi they provided, & the entertainment services, along with the the kitchen appliances. Nice furniture and overall pretty great.
I don’t like the pricing, I wish it could be a little bit more cheaper for the stay just due to the circumstances of the stay, they charge you the same price that a big name brand hotel would for a simple studio apartment space. The bathroom could look a little more presentable as well.
