Good

The location was very good for our purposes -- close to subway stop and bus from the airport, and close to a grocery and several restaurants.

The dishwasher wasn't working, but there wasn't a dish drainer in the kitchen. And there wasn't anything in the shower to hold toiletries -- we had to put the soap on the floor.

loved the size and the location of the flat as it was perfect for a family of four

the floors of the flat and the hallways weee really not clean upon checkin there was hair everywhere

in the ad it said there was a gym and there is no gym, there is no public parking, there are no luggage carts

Overall it was a good stay and I had no issues.

The location is great, and overall the apartment was in good and clean conditions. I had no issues with anything except the fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night.

Clean and in a good location.

Person working in lobby couldn’t speak English. Lobby was pretty awful! Old, uncomfortable sofas, no place to wait for Uber.

A good location, clean condo but Reception Department and check-in process was so bad!

Good location!

I made reservation a room a few days ago but when I got there and gave my reservation number to the receptionist, she asked me to call the customer service as if she ask me to show her an evidence I booked the room. So weird! One day my wife came in and sat in the lobby. At that time I was keeping the condo's key and was driving to Park Hyatt for parking so she had to wait for me at the lobby. The receptionist asked my wife to show ID for checking. She told that anyone coming in must show ID for her to check. I wonder we have been in and out many times so why she need do a stupid such act! So weird!

Walking distance to China Town About 15 minutes walk to shopping area 5 minute jogging to park and esplanade

Lot of Paper Work for rental agreement Have to send copy of credit card and security code (unusable practice and don’t like to send those information)
