Amenities include; backyard gas grill, a big screen Smart TV downstairs (living room and kitchen), and a third Smart TV upstairs. All TVs include Apple TV or Roku streaming boxes. Also included are a Blow dryer, central air conditioning, and a lovely patio table and chairs in the backyard. The kitchen has a stainless-steel Viking gas stove, Sub-zero refrigerator, microwave, new Bosch dishwasher, Viking toaster, blender, coffee maker and French press, plus a Crock-Pot, and plenty of high-end cooking supplies and utensils.
