Woovo Phuket Hotel disappoints with its exorbitant prices that don't match the subpar service and cramped rooms plag

As a seasoned traveler, I entered Woovo Phuket Hotel with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. From service to facilities, this establishment proved to be more of a burden than a refuge during my stay. First and foremost, the price tag attached to Woovo Phuket Hotel far exceeds the value it offers. The exorbitant rates are unjustifiable considering the subpar service, lackluster facilities, and inconvenient location. The staff's demeanor, while attempting to be friendly, often felt insincere. Their smiles appeared forced, adding to the artificial ambiance that permeated the atmosphere. It's disheartening to encounter such disingenuous hospitality, especially when genuine warmth and care are what guests seek. The rooms, touted as cozy retreats, are nothing short of cramped quarters. Space is at a premium, and coupled with the persistent water issues, notably the sink dilemma, staying dry becomes an unintended challenge. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction and desire to change my booking dates or switch to a more affordable nearby hotel, the management displayed inflexibility and denied my requests. It's disappointing when a hotel prioritizes profit over guest satisfaction, especially when viable alternatives exist just steps away. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Woovo Phuket Hotel to fellow travelers. The steep prices, lack of genuine hospitality, cramped accommodations, and indifferent management collectively contribute to an unsatisfactory experience. My advice? Explore other lodging options that offer better value for your money and a more welcoming atmosphere.

Adding to the disappointment, the breakfast experience at Woovo Phuket Hotel lacked variety, with the buffet offering the same uninspiring selection each day. The juice, resembling syrup, left much to be desired in terms of taste and quality, offering no refreshing options. Overall, the lack of variety and poor quality of breakfast further detracted from the already underwhelming stay at the hotel.

Хороший отель за свои деньги

Чистые и довольно просторные номера, удобная кровать. Соотношение цены и качества. Минибар стоит также как если самому покупать в магазине , по крайней мере пиво. И там и там 40 бат за банку Чанга. Рядом много дешёвых массажных. Отель не в тупике как писал кто то, есть проход за отель и оттуда удобно по прямой добираться до пляжа, идти минут 10-15, но надо пересечь две дороги. Есть бассейн , хоть и небольшой , но удобный.

Плохая шумоизоляция, очень медленные и странно работающие лифты, жили на последнем этаже и иногда ждать лифт приходилось очень долго . Нет балкона ,неудобно сушить вещи. Завтраки на троечку ,наверное как и во всем Тайланде

Konum süper,hizmet süper, temizlik süper, kahvaltı süper. Plaja 5 dakika, marketler 10 saniye yürüme mesafesinde. Tur acenteleri otelin kapısından alıp geri bırakabiliyor. Kahvaltısı inanılmaz güzel. Temizlik çok titiz. Ses konusunda çok konforlu. Deniz manzaralı odalar var. Fiyat olarak çok uygun. Eşimle kaldık herkese tavsiye ederiz. Son gün 13:00 te ayrılmamızı sorun etmediler. Çıkış yaptığımız gün valizleri akşama kadar emanete bırakabiliyorsunuz

Comfortable, Convenient and accommodating.

Extremely comfortable bed for the first time in Thailand. Room was finished to a high standard with a great selection from a small mini bar. Staff were extremely polite and accommodating regardless of the mater. Would stay again.

Disappointing hotel that does not deserve 4 star superior rating

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel this week and no one help us in carrying the luggage upon arrival !!!!! the receptionist said sorry no one can help us , added to this the staff is not friendly . Me and my family were disappointing. Not recommended for family and we will definitely not come back to this hotel again.

This is my second time at the hotel, the hotel is excellently located, the rooms are of a perfect size and there is value for money.

Last year the hotel staff was very nice and very helpful, this time the reception staff were a little less nice, hardly smiling and a little cold.

Comfy, would stay again

Gym is really good for a hotel we used it everyday! Bed and room is very comfortable Hotel is clean and comfortable and would most likely stay again

Unnecessarily long and irritating check in system. Asked for a 1500 baht deposit, would not take a note due to dirt on the note all very petty and didn’t paint a good picture of the staff in all honesty. Lift is weirdly slow Breakfast is just okay. Serves its purpose but it’s not very nice Bit of a walk to the beach/main area

Nice location and fair good breakfast. Staffs are willing to offer the help when you are in need. Patong Beach and all kinds of restaurants are nearby.

You can hear the relative loud sounds of wind wuthering through the balcony if you are in the upper floor.

Hotel is stylish, everything works except few little things. Toilet started to leak and some other things, nothing major. I had great view, gym is perfect, food was excellent.

Great hotel in a convenient location

As a family of 4, we had 2 connecting rooms which were a perfect size. The staff at the hotel were lovely from check in through to check out. The location was convenient to the beach as well as shopping areas.

I found it annoying that the smokers were allowed to smoke around the pool area. This meant that my children were exposed to cigarette smoke while trying to enjoy their swimming time.

places around were filled with friendly store owners and it was quite convenient to get around places from here. good ex

property is pretty clean. cleanliness is the most important thing.

the air conditioner adjusts itself through the day which disrupts sleep. i woke up one night drenched in my own sweat just cause the air conditioner went from 20 degC to 26 degC out of nowhere without anyone adjusting. toiletries- hotel could perhaps provide toothbrush.
