Ein super Hotel,. Hatten Suite mit Meerblick und Zugang zum Pool. Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem völlig ausreichend. Am besten war das extra Schlafzimmer. Personal war megafreundlich

Frühstück leider nicht so doll, sollte man vielleicht etwas vielfältiger gestalten

It was good but alot could be improved

Pool was nice, breakfast buffet was good, swim up bar with happy hour was great. The massages were amazing 👏

We weren't provided any outdoor furniture for our pool access room, the room service was expensive, with average food & small portions. Was expensive having to taxi into patong each day as the shuttle bus only runs every 3 hours.

J’irai plus a cette hôtel il mérite pas les 5 étoiles pas du tout

Piscine dans la chambre

Piscine carrelage qui se décolle chambre plein de fourmis surtout au niveau des mur de cuisine, sourit dans les couloirs de l’hôtel, personnel de la réception pas du tout agréable.

Der direkte Zugang zum Pool hat uns gefallen

Der Rest war eigentlich schlecht . Sehr laut bis miorgens um 7:00 Musik , betrunkene Leute , morgens zum Frühstücken, sehr unsauber , Personal spricht sehr schlecht Englisch bis garnicht und 90 Prozent der Angestellten verstehen auch kein Thailändisch, obwohl wir ja in Thailand waren . Zusammenfassend ist dieses Hotel wirklich nicht zu empfehlen!

If you want to sleep and maybe even have kids accompanying you - stay away from this place!!

Clean and spacious rooms

Yes, Patong is known to be a bit of a party location. That’s also why we as a family decided to take a hotel outside the center to allow for some peace and relaxation. Well, we didn’t know that the hotel management was on a mission to bring the party to this deserted area- I guess for profits and good relations with local police (who had a free party (hundreds of people) one day/evening). They also established a new sky bar which plays loud music till 6am every night!!! Unfortunately we also had loud guests using the outside pool of our hotel room which is unfortunate but not up to management. So I don’t blame the hotel for that. For all other parties (local pool parties with external guests, police, roof top bar, etc) I do! Bringing this to the attention of the staff didn’t help nor did the hotel manager ever take the time to get back to us on the matter. Very disappointing

Worth every penny

View and hot tub from our cottage was amazing, unbeatable in Patong for the price. Definitely the most upmarket place to stay in Phuket. Close to the hustle and bustle of the city but once up the hill it seams very distant

Waiting for breakfast to be delivered over two hours late then the wrong order. Definitely easier to get the shuttle down and pick you own at the pool area

It disappointed in terms of hosting, staff is bit rude.

For going for breakfast we have to wait for shuttle service property is huge and service is not upto the mark. I had a toddler but still they ask me to come walking for breakfast just look at the steepness of the road posting a picture along.

Waiting for Shuttle service for every thing. Fir even booking a taxi they charge extra. For every thing they have a price tag along. The worst thing is they only give 2 bottle of water that to small one for 3 people in the room, if we ask for extra bottle they put charges they should atleast give 4 bottle of; as 2 bottle for each person as they are charging so much. They ask to keep 1000/- bhat for per night as security deposit; that doesn't make sense I already done full payment on top of it I had to block my 4000/- bhat unnecessarily.

It’s a Hotel for those who don’t care much about safety and ready to pay for not existing damages of property. Good Hote

1- Price is still quite OKAY if You ready to pay for something You didn’t expect. 2- Beautiful view, especially with pool access. It’s cool. 3- Apartment not too cozy, but has is quite large rooms. 4- Bedroom and Hall have two separate air conditioning. 5- Daily cleaning 6- The breakfast is VERY nice. I’m sure like in many Thailand hotels- it has good choice of breakfast fresh meals, tropical fruits, juices, very kind staff. 7-Restaraunt surrounded with pool and nice atmosphere.

1- The room doesn’t look NEW. It has quite a lot scratches on water mixers, damaged sofa seats, ceiling is leaking during rain, somebodies shirts was in the pool three days, etc. It’s definitely NOT THE 5 star Hotel. 2-Kitchen actually just empty and not functional if you need something to cook. 3- If you’re looking for SAFETY FIRST- this place is not for you as it has extremal drivers of the shuttle buses which some times rides very fast up with our any safety precautions and people can actually fall out or loose their luggage. One woman was scared of it and screaming. 4- You may be ready to walk a lot of steps to reach your room as they are based on the mountain. 5- At check out time was ordered a shuttle bus, which arrived only after second call. It happens.. 6- Laundry service was quite expensive and after all they loose some clothes, we reported, but they DIDN’T PAY any refund! 7- After all at Check out time on the reception we received a Fine 500Bht for the dirty linen with huge spots of blood (photo was presented with date) which WE DIDN’T !Maybe it was some misunderstanding or trick to take money cause they did this statement only after two weeks (22.08 shot made) and notification on 04.09. We sure that at that dates NOTHING could cause the stated problem. We didn’t have a time for arguments because was hurried to the airport so we paid for the things we didn’t and received no any refunds for our losen clothes.

overall good stay and for check out I would recommend to give 30 minutes just to be safe. the resort is also peaceful by

the views were amazing. Pool area nice and not busy so good for relaxing. If you got a higher up room, you can call a car to pick / drop you off to your room instead of walking up the hill.

The shower taps are very weak and spa also takes 2 hours to fill up. Bad checkout service - We had to change rooms during our stay and at checkout they didn’t know anything about it so was confused which room we were in. They have you wait 5 mins to get your room checked before returning your deposit, they couldn’t find a cup in the room so made us wait longer, eventually they found it but after 20 minutes waiting time.. all because they couldn’t find a cup, which made us run late for our Ferry. We told them to just keep the deposit because we’ll be late but they still made us wait.

we wanted to upgrade our 3 hours to the 6 hours on open bar 3 hours 350 baht 6 hours 500 baht instead of charging us the difference they charged us another 350 baht instead of 150 each it’s a lot when there are 7 of us

it was too far from everything and to get to your room from the lobby is a mission. they are also playing loud music until 7am, so it’s very hard to get sleep

very comfortable, good party options, decent taxi service

be careful with the bike taxi guys, they do charge you a bit extra. make sure you agree the price before the journey. unfortunate because it's such a nice spot.
