Très jolie maison,parfaitement équipée, cependant ayant séjourné 5 semaine une télévision un peu plus moderne avec canal plus aurait été appréciée.

Une superbe villa avec une vue à couper le souffle. Des propriétaires très agréable et disponibles. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Suggestions : Des ralentisseurs pour les tiroirs de la cuisine éviterait les mauvaises surprises. Attention aux échardes sur la terrasse.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans la villa de Monique, les vue sur la Rhune est magnifique, la maison est tres agréable et idéalement placée, un peu en hauteur, au calme et près de tous les points d’intérêt de la région... Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette villa et cette région toutes deux magnifiques!

Belle maison, situation idéale pour se promener dans le pays basque, vue magnifique et reposante, propriétaire charmante. Aller Juste un petit point à revoir, la terrasse en bois disjointe à cause d’un terrain qui bouge un peu, attention aux orteils; mais c’est vraiment pour ne pas être dithyrambique !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home of Monique and family. Plenty of space for everyone without feeling that you are living on top of each other. Easily accessible to Biarritz, St Jean and San Sebastian. And last but certainly not least, the view of the Pyrenees is unbeatable.

Excellent séjour au pays basque dans cette superbe villa construite sur un point culminant permettant de profiter d’un point de vue magnifique sur la montagne et sur la mer, tout en restant proche de tout !
Nous avions lu les avis des précédents voyageurs, et je dois dire que tout est conforme à nos attentes.
Monique est très sympathique, disponible et accueillante .
La villa est très belle, bien agencée et très confortable.
Elle permet une grande indépendance.
Aucun vis à vis, et repos assuré ....
On reviendra en été pour profiter de la piscine .

Incroyable villa avec vue imprenable pour des vacances de rêves.
La maison de Monique et Jean Baptiste offre tout le confort et l’espace désirés pour passer de superbes moments en famille et amis.
Elle est très bien agencée, hyper fonctionnelle et parfaitement adaptée aux grands groupes.
La cuisine est très bien équipée et à mon goût il ne manquait rien pour préparer tout type de plat, on se croirait presque chez soit!
Très grand salon bien aménagé et doté de larges baies vitrées pour admirer la vue magnifique sur la Rhune!
Nous avons profité pendant 2 semaines de cette villa où règnent calme et sérénité. Nous étions 2 grandes familles avec enfants et quelques amis et tout le monde y a trouvé son compte. Super grand jardin et piscine chauffée pour compléter le tout.
Parfaitement localisée pour découvrir la côte basque et espagnole. Très proche en voiture des commerces, de Saint Jean de Luz et des plages.
Un grand merci à la propriétaire Monique qui est une femme adorable, très arrangeante et qui a répondu promptement en cas de demande.
Nous recommandons chaudement cette propriété même si je garderais bien le secret pour la relouer facilement l’année prochaine!

Vue magnifique, reposant, piscine parfaite lorsqu'il y a des petits ne sachant pas nager. Intérieur très spacieux, très bien agencé, surtout l'espace cuisine et salon.

Elle est très spacieuse et confortable avec une vue à couper le souffle !
La maison est hyper fonctionnelle, très bien placée et parfaitement adaptée à un groupe de 12 adultes ou une grande famille .
Monique a été très disponible et accueillante, et tout était très propre à notre arrivée.
C'est la location idéale pour découvrir la côte basque française et espagnole .

La villa permet à la fois d'accueillir un grand groupe tout en permettant à chacun de garder une certaine indépendance.
La maison est magnifique, confortable, hyper fonctionnelle et d'une propreté irréprochable.
La situation est parfaite, proche des plages, des golfs, de Saint Jean de Luz et de l'espagne.
La propriétaire s'est montrée très attentionnée aussi bien avant que pendant le séjour.
L 'accueil y est formidable !
Aucun défaut si vous recherchez calme, confort et beauté des lieux, je vous le conseille absolument.

Tout d'abord un grand merci à la propriétaire qui a largement répondu à nos attentes.Le grand beau temps que nous avons eu ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la table intérieure bien petite,mais je sais déja qu'elle a été remplacer.La maison est très fonctionnelle avec un jardin parfaitement entretenu et une vue époustouflante. Nous étions 5 couples aimants les produits basques et je dois dire qu'il manqué quelques grands plats pour les cuisiner.Cela ne nous a pas empéché de passer un super séjour. Comme pour la table,je sais que le nécessaire est ou sera fait,nous avons pu nous rendre compte de la réactivité de la propriétaire.Nous serons très heureux d'y retourner l'été prochain.E B

Vacances inoubliables dans un cadre exceptionnel, proche de tout, à 5 mn en voiture des commerces, très proche de St Jean de Luz et des plages.
La vue est incroyable, comme un tableau....
La grande terrasse et sa grande table, le salon d'été, la piscine chauffée et surtout le calme absolu en font un endroit idéal pour décompresser et passer de bonnes vacances.
La cuisine est très bien équipée et son accès direct à la terrasse est très pratique. Il en est d'ailleurs de même pour le salon, la salle télé et 4 des 6 chambres.
La propriétaire a pris le temps de nous adresser un mail complet avec des activités et les restaurants à ne pas manquer, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
Maison très bien entretenue avec une décoration moderne et de bon goût.
Il manque peut être une table intérieure pour assoir 12 personnes.
L' existante, quoique proche de l'ilot central de la cuisine est peut-être un peu petite.
Merci à la propriétaire qui est très réactive et merci pour le panier d'accueil très apprécié de tous.
