Hôtel parfait

Tout !!!!! Personnels au top. Hôtel parfait. Chambre parfaite. Jardin, piscine ect .. petit déjeuner au top. Le soi, assiette de tapas à partager à 2. C’était top. Copieux. Parking juste en face gratuit. Enfin séjours parfait.

Old tired and urgently needs to attend to its cleanliness issues

Absolutely nothing

Hotel description is totally false it is positioned with a road on both sides of the hotel. Externally it is very tired internally it is need of a total refurbishment. Rooms are small and very poorly equipped with old poor quality furniture bed was very uncomfortable and worst thing was that the mattress protector was very old and covered in stains. Towels were old and poor quality. Shower was a hand held type with poor water flow. At best it is a poor quality 2 star hotel which must attend to its cleanliness urgently

Excellent breakfast. Local produce, superb freshness and quality. Extremely friendly and helpful staff!!

Interior in the formal sitting room feels un inviting and out of date. Terrasse is beautiful. The out of date fibreglass chairs finish the beauty and feel of the Terrasse - it would be so easy to replace these to get a contemporary feel.

Nice hotel near St Jean de Luz with friendly staff with a bit of road noise outside

Very nice colonial style hotel with lots of athmosphere. Spacious room with confortable bed and large ensuite bathroom. Friendly and helpfull staff. Inside the room you do not notice the road noise.

The location of the hotel is in between a local and a regional more busy road. Without the road in front of it, it would be absolutely stunning but now you lose some of it because of the noise of the passing cars. The "express" breakfast is not that much, coffee, juice and some bread and the normal breakfast a bit expensive with 16 Euro pricetag on top of the medium priced accomodation. A normal breakfast for the express price would make the experience more enjoyable.

Excellent!

Lovely hotel! Just 25 rooms or so. Very personal service from the friendly staff! Of course there's the golf course, but we came for a family stay and used the hotel als the starting point for visiting San Sebastian, Biarritz and Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Even Bilbao is sort of close. Coming back, simply plunge in the pool and enjoy a drink. Great breakfast buffet! Nice terrace for a drink and some tapas. Rooms have every thing you need.

Eh, I almost feel like to make something up... OK, some lunch facilities would be OK. On the other hand: the golf club is just 100m away and has an excellent menu.

The property is beautiful and the rooms very comfortable. We had a very private balcony to enjoy morning coffee.

Disappointing

Clean and spacious room.

Some confusion over if they had a restaurant providing evening meals, they do not. Noise from the road early in the morning woke us up. Pool unheated. Car park is over the road and shared with the golf course, no space when we arrived.

Excellent charming hotel

Everything was perfect. Was a great place for us to rest and continue our road. Excellent breakfast which I definitely recommend to add. Parking is also right infront of the hotel across the road with plenty of spaces. Also if you do love Golf, the place has huge a field right infront of it.

Lovely welcome 'to your home for tonight' from delightful friendly staff A very comfortable overnight stay on a long car journey; just a few minutes off the motorway Parking was across the road beside the golf course We had a tapas dinner and breakfast in real art-deco style - though at a cost

Very pleasant and good value for money.

Very warm welcome, excellent receptionist. Spacious and comfortable room. Easy parking, just a shame it's on such a busy road. Easy access to Saint Jean de Luz etc.

Charming hotel in a lovely location

My room was comfortable , clean and spacious, with a balcony. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I loved to relax by the outside pool or sit on the terrace Breakfast was varied and delicious.
