Location très agréable et confortable
La propriété est nickel . Le 1er jour Valérie nous a accueilli avec sympathie et bienveillance . Le séjour a été agréable et nous nous sommes cru "comme a la maison" ou chez des amis . La location est canon et les équipement a l'intérieur également. Avec tout ce confort on a pu profiter de nos vacances sereinement

Valerie et son compagnon sont charmants et sympathique . C'etait un plaisir de les rencontrer .

Accueillant et pratique.
Appartement en plein centre ville, idéal pour nous car vacances hors saison, cela nous a permis de vivre au coeur des agathois. Trois espaces bien distincts et bien déterminés, nous avons particulièrement aimé la cuisine bien équipée et l'espace nuit très pratique . Les propriétaires sont hyper sympas et très à l'écoute pour vous faire passer un bon séjour. Merci encore à eux.

Memorizable
We stayed in the old city center of Agde in an building from the 17th century which was beautifully renovated by the owner Valerie. Rooms extend over three level and are small as being typical for these old buildings. Very clean, very quiet and fully equipped appartment with lots of love being put into the design. Valerie was extremely helpful and introduced us to the way people live in the old town.

Einfach "nur" grandios!
Also, wie soll man einen Urlaub bewerten, an dem wirklich alles gepasst hat? Angefangen von der überaus symphatischen Besitzerin nebst Partner, bis hin zu der gemütlichen Unterkunft nebst super eingerichteten Küche (inkl. Salatschleuder!!!!!!!!!!) Das Häuschen ist entzückend, die Betten sind komfortabel, Bad groß, 2 Fernseher (keine deutschen Sender - ich brauchs nicht im Urlaub) Agde ist ein wunderschöne Stadt (Altstadt) und Mme. Lionti steht bei Fragen hilfreich zur Seite! Schräg gegenüber gibt es eine kleine Weinbar, deren Besitzerin passabel deutsch spricht. Strände gibt es überaus viele, man isst hervorragend bei den Degoustations in Marseillan "La Cabane" und "Coqui Thau" (Öffnungszeiten s. Internet) oder auch urgemütlich und hervorragend im "Vieux Logis" in Vias. Aber - die eigenen Erfahrungen sind die besten. Viel Spaß bei Valérie Lionti!

The house is situated in a lively part of Agde. (Car park around the corner for free) You'll be warmly welcomed by Valerie in a beautiful small street with shops (juwelery, art, supermarket, fish, vegetables) and places to enjoy (terrace, crêperie, icecream). Enter through the iron gate and red door, up the first stairs is the kitchen and 1st toilet. Fully equiped to cook yourself a nice meal or breakfast. Up the second stairs is the living room with books, tv and large closet. Enter the tird floor for bedroom 1 and bathroom with 2nd toilet. Under the roof, there is the vide with the second bedroom. It was mid-summer but cool enough inside because of the airco en ventilators. You need anything? Ask Valerie. Or just enjoy a good glass of wine with locals on Jean-Paul's terrace! We loved this beautiful house, Rue de l'Amour and of course: its owner.

Kleines Charmantes Appartement, mitten im Leben!
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der Altstadt von Adge, in der Rue de l'Amour, einer kleine Gasse, mit netten kleinen Läden und Galerien. Valerie, die Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus und hat einen kleinen Schmuckladen im Erdgeschoss. Dadurch ist sie tagsüber immer als Ansprechpartnerin da, kümmert sich um alle Anliegen und versorgt einen mit Tipps. Die Wohnung selbst hat eine kleine Grundfläche, erstreckt sich aber über vier Stockwerke. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und funktionell und gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und der Platz ist optimal genutzt. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer funktioniert super, allerdings sind die Schlafzimmer nicht komplett getrennt, das zweite Schlafzimmer ist auf eine Galerie und nur mit einer Schiebewand abgetrennt. Die Rue de L'Amour selbst steckt voller Künstler und Lebenskünstler, mitten im Zentrum von Agde. Die Straßen sind klein, man kann aber trotzdem ganz gut in der Nähe der Wohnung parken. In der Hauptsaison gibt es jeden Sonntag ein Straßenfest, mit Kunst, Spielen, Sambagruppen, Straßenmusik und Tanz. Da feiern die Bewohner der Straße sich selbst, und Feriengäste werden einfach mit einbezogen. In Agde ist auch ansonsten viel geboten, es gibt tolle Wochenmärkte, Museen, Musikveranstaltungen, usw. und man ist mit dem Auto oder dem Bootbus schnell in Grau d' Agde oder Cap d' Agde am Stand. Alles in Allem ein toller Urlaub!

Très bonnes vacances, merci pour tout
Un appartement très agréable, conforme aux photos avec mêmes quelques modifications. Tout est à porter de main ce qui est plaisant.
Cependant, étant des jeunes nous étions obligés de prendre la voiture pour aller à l'île aux loisirs ce qui a été le seul point négatif.
Malgré ça, nous avons passé un agréable séjour, grâce aussi à la propriétaire qui était toujours là, serviable et agréable. Un grand merci à elle et son compagnon pour ses vacances !

Un beau séjour dans un bel appartement
C'est la troisième fois déjà que je passe mes vacances dans l'appartement de Valérie Lionti - et ce n'est pas par hasard. C'est son accueil avant tout qui m'a convaincu dès le premier moment. La propriétaire de l'appart et quelqu'un de très attentif en ce qui concerne le contentement des gens qu'elle héberge. Comme cela, d'une fois à l'autre, elle ajoute ce que l'on lui propose d'ajouter même si l'appart et déjà très bien équipé, très propre et bien entretenu. A parler des gens de la rue de l'amour, de tous ces artistes et artistes de vie, cela serait une histoire à exploiter dans un livre. Qui serait le premier à le faire?

Séjour de rêve au cœur de la vieille ville d'Agde
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par une propriétaire sympathique, arrangeante et soucieuse du bien-être de ses locataires. La location était très propre, bien équipée et chaleureuse, on s'y sent rapidement chez soi. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le climat très chaud en cette fin octobre, nous en avons profité pour faire une balade très agréable sur l'Hérault (4h1/2). Pour les amoureux des balades à pied, les bords de l'Hérault sont très agréables et permettent de se rendre au Grau d'Agde pour varier les plaisirs. Pendant le séjour,on peut très bien se passer de voiture.C'est la troisième fois que nous venions à Agde et nous ne sommes jamais déçus (les vieilles pierres, les marchés, le climat,....).

Appartement sublime et Proprios fort sympathique
Je recommande vivement cette sublime location située dans une ruelle où tout est à porté de main (Pizzeria, Boulangerie, Petit casino, Pharmacie, ... et pour vous mesdames ainsi que messieurs, l'atelier de bijoux de l'aimable propriétaire de la location !) Alors n'hésitez pas !!! Vous passerez forcément de bonnes vacances à Agde où les paysages sont beaux à voir ! Encore merci de l'accueil chaleureux à nos propriétaires. A bientôt. Beaux séjour en Perspective
Nos vacances du 16 août au 23 août 2014 ont été Idyllique. Que demander de plus lorsque nous avons la chance d’avoir en location un appartement splendide avec des couleurs harmonieuses et surtout dans une ville sublime avec plusieurs animations spectaculaires en période Estivale. Nous conseillons vivement l’appartement à tous, (excepté pour les personnes qui ont du mal à monter les marches). L’appartement est situé à proximité de tous les commerces (pizzeria dans la rue, petit casino, boulangerie, pharmacie, … et surtout le magnifique atelier de bijoux de l’aimable propriétaire, qui est situé juste en dessous de la location, pour vous mesdames, mais aussi messieurs pour faire un beau cadeau à votre belle dame !). Vous n’avez pas besoin de votre voiture de la semaine, sauf pour les amoureux de la plage (à 6 – 10 minutes en voiture). La plage du Grau d’Agde est magnifique, avec les commerces et restauration donnant vue sur la méditerranée. Hésitez pas ! Louez la location, sans oublier ce petit conseil, « le garage » (certes à 7 – 10 minutes à pied de l’appartement) mais qui est bien utile ! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, chaleureux et l’accueil est formidable. Encore merci à eux !! Nous ne manqueront pas de revenir … Bernard, Olivier & Sandy

Vacances Inoubliable
Bien situé,l'appartement présente tout le confort recherché.
Coloré et charmant pour s'y sentir comme chez soi, de la petite cuillère à la climatisation,tout y est.
Agréable et charmante, la propriétaire de ce petit coin de paradis à toujours était présente lors de notre séjour. Ses conseils nous ont permis de ne rien manquer des festivités.
Nous remercions Valérie, Lou sa fille et Jean-Paul son compagnon pour leur gentillesse et leur dévouement.
Nous le recommandons fortement et espérons de tout cœur y revenir dans un futur proche.

SUBLIME APPARTEMENT A AGDE RUE DE L'AMOUR
Nous étions les premiers locataires dans cet appartement super équipé et des plus coquets, plein de charme et décoré avec soin par la propriétaire. Nous étions tellement bien qu'on avait l'impression d'être chez soi. Nous avons découvert le vieux Agde où se trouve l'appartement. La plage est juste à côté et les animations variées. Nous recommandons ce petit cocon pour toutes ses qualités et l'accueil chaleureux de Valérie sa propriétaire. Bon séjour à venir !

Appartement de rêve et propriétaire charmante
Situé en plein centre ville dans une rue piétonne au nom très prometteur(rue de l'Amour) cet appartement nous a comblé.Entièrement neuf et décoré de façon très professionnelle nous avons apprécié l'espace la luminosité mais aussi le calme de des lieux .La propriétaire charmante et très accueillante nous a également très bien conseillé sur les endroits à visiter et les bons restaurants où aller. Week-end de rêve nous reviendrons cet été pour une ou deux semaines si son calendrier le permet.Merci Valérie pour ce trop court séjour et à bientôt.
