A little slice of paradise with your own beach, hot tub, pool, kayaks, snorkels… We loved it! And Manny was great - the property is clean and in great shape.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. In fact, we didn’t want to leave. There’s a pool, outdoor bbq area, jacuzzi, outdoor bar and a short path to the beach. Everything you could want! Manny was excellent and very responsive. He met us with the keys and showed us around. I thought this was wonderful. Sometimes you don’t hear a peep from the property managers/owners. Five stars. Hands down the best property I’ve been to and will be back again!

Rarely do you find a place that is better in person than in the pictures, this was it! Manny was amazing and super helpful. Despite some rainy days, we loved our whole stay. Hope we can come back some day!

Great place to stay with amenities. It’s a ways from touristy stuff but rent a car and no issues.

This place is amazing. We just completed our 5th stay on the island and this has been the best so far. Perfect place, perfect amenities and perfect location. Manny was very helpful and the process was easy from booking all the way through check out. We will be back!

The beach was beautiful and convenient. The pool and hot tub felt resort style. Overall we had a great stay. The property was stocked with basic necessities. I wish we would have known that it was two apartments not connected. It may be a problem for families with young children.

We loved the house and the grounds! The property looks and feels like you are in your own private resort. The pool and hot tib are really nice, we spent several hours in them every day. The access to the ocean is very convenient. Manny is awesome and very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

This property is amazing. The pool and hot tub area is wonderful. The grounds and property is fun to explore and see all the lizards and plants. Manny is hands down the best. He will check in with you throughout the trip and be available with anything you need. The house is close to the rainforest and San Juan.

What an extraordinarily wonderful place. The outside of the property was a genuine paradise! The beach was great, and was so calm for our 6 month old grandchild. Everyone seems to give Manny a shout out, but that’s because he is what everyone says! Manny came and helped and answered all texts immediately. We will definitely be back!

I recently stayed here with four friends, and I’m so glad we chose this place. The other reviews are true—anything you could possibly want is here. We spent most of our time either at the beach or in the hot tub and pool. Taking an early morning walk on the beach, I was treated to an octopus sighting—super cool to see! The property manager Manny is the best. Check in and check out was a breeze, and he fixed the hot tub super fast. He also gave us some excellent grocery/dinner recommendations. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great family resort like property close to rainforest and many other attractions. Kids loved exploring the property and the beach. The pool and hot tub kept them entertained for hours. One of our best family vacations.

We had the best stay at the Yellow Beach House. As other reviewers noted, you could just stay there for your entire vacation and it would be blissful. We, however, did get out! We have four kids ages 9, 7, 5, and 3 and wanted to hike in El Yunque and see Old San Juan and Luquillo. We did all those things, enjoying rest days in between at the Yellow House's lovely pool and hot tub. We even enjoyed the water toys and discovered a Mecca of conch shells down the beach to the left. The highlight of the trip for the kids was when I discovered a conch with a baby octopus hiding inside. It crawled out and we were shocked! Don't worry - I returned it's conch home to the water. Thank you Manny and Potvins for an amazing stay. We hope to come again!

We needed a girls getaway and this did not disappoint. Manny was incredible and literally so helpful with everything. The property is incredible and even though there were a group of us, you could be on the property without even seeing another person! The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the cleanliness. I didn’t see a vacuum at the property and there were a lot of hairs around the bathroom area when we arrived that we’re not ours. We spent most of our time outdoors, but it didn’t feel as clean as we were used to. But 10/10 for the property and beach !!

This house and the outdoor area are just spectacular. We travelled in Feb 2023 with our daughter/son-in-law and were so thrilled with everything about this place, including the location. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed but hate buying when we're on vacation- soap, detergent, paper towels, dry sheets, bug spray, etc etc etc. The yard is phenomenal with 2 large eating areas, a beautiful pool and a really nice hot tub. And then there is the direct access to the beach area that is not crowded. In fact, most days, we were by ourselves. The location is really great too and so too are all of the restaurants and sites we took in. Olga keeps the house super clean and Manny does a great job having the place ready, keeping it maintained, and being responsive to any requests (though few since the place was already well maintained) and questions.

Location was great, within minutes of many great restaurants, the rain forest and Luquillo. The beach was great, nice sand and only a little seaweed at the edge. Thirty to fifty feet out is a reef so the water is calm and great for swimming although a bit shallow, roughly waist deep. You can walk a few hundred yards down the beach for deeper water but its rougher. Grounds were very nice, lots of trees and pretty plants especially around the pool and hot tub. The property manager, Manny, was outstanding. A few minor issues came up and he was there immediately to fix them. All the beds were comfortable. The upstairs is set up as a separate one bedroom apartment and is accessed by outside stairs separate from the two bedrooms downstairs. This was not an issue for our three couples but we didn't realize this. The place was great and I wouldn't hesitate renting it in the future.

We loved every minute while in PR. The house is great and the grounds are absolutely amazing, nobody wanted to go outside the property. The kayaks and boards kept our children occupied for hours. We will be back!

We loved all the property had to offer. It truly is an incredible space. Hot tub, pool, large grilling area, private access to a beach that is so underused you felt like it was private as well. Communication with the owner as well as Manny the property manager was easy and both were quick to respond. Our only issue was the cleanliness. We found dishes in the cupboard with food still on them, there was an almost empty jug of expired milk in the refrigerator, a dirty razor left in the bathroom, and one bed appeared to have dirty sheets. It was a bit unfortunate to have to start our stay with having to clean. Beyond that the space was perfect for our family of five.

Nice house, plenty of space and has everything you need. Pool was nice but smaller than expected. Beach is really close, right outside the property fence. Manny the property manager was very helpful and responsive.

The property is amazing, we loved the location, including being right on the beach or pretty darn close, and it’s proximity to the Luquillo kiosks where we enjoyed dinner just about every night! Manny was a fantastic caretaker who was very responsive to all of our questions. We absolutely loved the private resort feeling, we were a group of 3 couples and because of the way the patio, pool and hot tub were set up it was possible for us to have privacy even from each other! Besides being so close to the ocean, the pool and hot tub were the best part of the place, it was so nice that both were nestled in the palm trees and it was easy to enjoy them without being in the direct sun. But there were plenty of spots in the yard and by the pool to catch some rays if that’s your thing! I would highly recommend the yellow house! My one tip for future guests is to bring a sleep mask as the surrounding properties are well lit and there are no blackout shades on the windows.

This trip was long coming for our family. The yellow house has good bones, nice space with two full bathrooms. I wasn’t sure sure if the separation of the two apartments would work for us but it was just fine, especially for the younger generation. I do have a few recommendations for the owners which I will send separately. The view isn’t a water view but it can be, the breeze and sounds of the island are amazing. Manny took very good care of us as things arose. Overall, an ok place stay, good location and safe bit I don’t believe we would book here.

We enjoyed our four night stay at the Yellow Beach House. It was very peaceful. My husband and I stayed for four nights. The bed was comfy and we slept well. We enjoyed the night sounds of all the critters surrounding g the area. The house had plenty of amenities. The water pressure was good in the downstairs shower (important!). The owner gave a great recommendation for a boat/snorkeling tour, which we scheduled and enjoyed. It was like we were at home. We made dinner (steaks) two of the evenings and the house is well equipped with utensils, etc. We didn’t use the pool or jacuzzi as we kept a busy schedule of sightseeing. We really enjoyed our time here and would book again.

Everything was perfect! Our family consists of my husband and I, and our 6 children ranging in age from 10 to 17 and there was not a single complaint from anyone! We live in a city, so we loved the remote location! The kids loved the pool, my husband loved the outdoor seating, fire pit and cooking on the 3 grills. I loved the hot tub and the beautiful beach in the back yard! There’s kayaks and life vests, outdoor eating areas, a hammock, a pizza oven, you name it! As long as you have plenty of bug spray, you can swim at night and enjoy the outdoor entertainment areas in the huge yard under LED lights and illuminated pool… You really have to see for yourself The property manager Manny is awesome, he literally meets you at the property and walks you through all of the amenities, He even sent us details on local eateries and supermarkets… That was appreciated!

The toilets and showers upstairs downstairs and at the pool were dirty. One of the downstairs bed did not have fresh sheets. This May have been that previous clients May have used the sheets and placed them back in closet and cleaning person didn’t notice because property manager said he took a bag full of linen to wash. Closer Inspection of extra sheets has to be done next time.

We spent 2 weeks here and this spacious, beautiful home has it all! Beach access at the back, views of the rain forest to the front, pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and bath to name a few. The homeowner were very responsive to all of our inquiries prior to our trip. The property manager, Manny, was very accommodating and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. The home is close the the kiosks and Luquillo Beach, which was by far our favorite beach. It is on a quiet, less traveled road but still close to everything. We could not be happier with our stay at the Yellow House and look forward to visiting again!

We stayed for a week in the yellow house with two kids (boys ages 7 & 9) and their grandma with some mobility issues. This place offered us a beautiful retreat and a great location. Manny, our host, was extremely attentive and extremely nice . . . as was every person we encountered while on our vacation. We had a great trip and would love to rent this house again and visit this area again. The house is divided into two apartments, so you have to leave the bottom floor with two bedrooms and walk up outside stairs to get to the upper level with one bedroom. This worked out for us because we had a grandma in tow who stayed downstairs with the kids. Each apartment has a kitchen and bathroom; however only the top apartment has a dishwasher. We set up downstairs at first and then realized the dishwasher was only in the US kitchen and moved operations. The kitchen was decently stocked. I really appreciated that they had stainless steel pans!! I hate when rentals have those cheap coated pans that are all scraped and unhealthy chemicals are leaching into food every time you cook . . .so I was pretty excited to cook on regular pans!! We cook at home a lot on vacation, so I would have loved to have a few baking pans to use in the beautiful, gas stove upstairs. Also, the blender is not super powerful for creating drinks or smoothies. I would definitely recommend an upgrade because it was HOT and we needed those drinks and smoothies coming:-) However, there is a smoothie shop down the hill from the house! Everyone LOVED the pool and the hot tub. The charcoal grills are great! We tried the pizza oven but our pizza night was a bit of a fail (our fault:-) The beach in front of the house was covered in a lot of seaweed and some trash that had washed in. It could use one good clean up and then it would be great to have a rake available to perform daily maintenance. We were happy to stay at pool for the most part. The home is good for both kids and mobility challenges. The only note is that the home could use a deep clean. There was a lot of dust in all of the closets and some residue here and there in the house (and one squished salamander fossil (?) that seems to have unfortunately timed running down the door frame in the US bedroom - it was a shut and squish!). The few small things that we had to problem solve or adjust to were minor and quickly adjusted to and forgotten about. The vacation provided everything to relax and connect .

The property was absolutely stunning and we felt like we had our own private oasis . It was clean and the grounds were well kept and we loved having a private beach right in our own backyard. It was a very easy check-in and the property manager, Manny was so helpful throughout our entire trip and even offered to bring me aloe when I got a bit too much sun one day. I would definitely recommend this property and would book it again if I am ever back in Puerto Rico! Top Notch!

Beautiful location and property! We spent most of our time on the beach or the pool/hot tub. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach, but in the morning there was plenty of sand so it wasn't an issue. Very quick drive to the rainforest. Some additional dishes, such as a standard baking sheet and extra bowls would have been nice, but we made it work. It also would have been nice to have hand soap and charcoal available, but both were easy to obtain. Manny was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

The house had everything that we needed for a great vacation. The outdoor areas- pool, hot tub , were beautiful and well kept. We were a bit nervous about the area, there appears to be a lot of construction and some very run down houses in addition to well kept ones like the Yellow House . It worked out ok, no issues arose because of that just something to keep in mind- that the area is in transition. Manny was wonderful ! Thank you!

It felt like we were staying at our own resort with the beautiful pool, hot tub, and multiple outdoor seating areas. This was especially nice during COvID. The ocean was pleasantly warm due to the waves breaking off the reefs and gently rolling to shore. No one was on the beach so it felt like we had it to ourselves even though it was spring break. Manny, the property manager, was always just a text away for any questions or restaurant suggestions. The house and outdoor areas were our favorite parts of our Puerto Rico trip!

We love Puerto Rico, this property was magical! Our flight was delayed and Manny, the property manager was there waiting for us at 8:30 in the evening and this after he made sure we had time to get to the grocery store before our arrival. Everything was lit up across the yard. Two outdoor seating areas, a tiki bar, pool and hot tub with a gate to the ocean front. Walk right out to the beach, residence upstairs had a queen, full bath and kitchen/living area. Deck to look out over the property and to the ocean. Downstairs had two bedrooms, shared bath, kitchen/living area. Pool area had a toilet, indoor and outdoor shower. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. We had a couple of questions and again Manny was spot on, couldn’t ask for a better person in charge of this property. Truly the only issue we had was sand fleas on the beach and midgies and when Bill, the owner, tells you to use bug spray, use it. Other than that the vacation and location were spectacular! We hope to get back there next year!
