About this apartment rental

Furnished apartment comprising on the ground floor of 15 m² kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, gas hob, fan oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. complete kitchen utensils, WC.

Upstairs on 30 m² a bedroom area including a 140x190 cm bed new memory foam mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, very large storage spaces. Shower 80x80 cm, toilet area with a sink on a marble top surmounted by a large mirror, washing machine (detergent offered).

Facilities: baby cot, television, free Wi-Fi connection, bathroom linen, sheets, tourist documentation.

The whole apartment undergoes major work (10 months) insulation, electricity, plumbing, enlargement of the living area, windows and PVC double glazed door.

This accommodation is intended for both tourist and professional purposes.
Possibility of providing extra beds.

Important point: all rooms are non-smoking!

Nearby: LAVAL train station 5 minutes on foot (500m) cinema 5 minutes on foot, town center market on Saturday morning 10 minutes on foot, theater, walking or cycling on the towpath along the river La MAYENNE, circuit tourist in the old LAVAL (half-timbered houses), old castle, panoramic view of the city and the viaduct.
All types of shops: pharmacy, mini-market, bars and numerous shops.

Once again we enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Everything we needed was provided, even a secure off street parking space for our motorcycle. Dominique the host is very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Apartment is in a very quiet and relaxing location, but just a short walk to Laval centre. Well equipped and clean, it was a perfect place to stop while we were at the LeMans MotoGP. Secure parking for our motorcycle was a huge bonus.

Parking is good/ cheap and right outside the Hotel. The reception area is nice and the reception was warm every time we entered. The room was small but had everything you need for a stay ( we were there 5 nights). The shower was really nice. TV had some UK TV stations! If there had been Air Con that would have been PERFECT, but you can easily get a nice cool breeze as your near the sea. The Breakfast was Acceptable with a selection of breakfasts.! The Hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to the walled town. We would definitely go back for a cheap, clean, nicely located hotel!

Accueil chaleureux . Appartement confortable et agréable . Proximité des chemins de halage , pour les amoureux des balades au bord de la Mayenne (à pied et à vélo) . Un séjour au calme , en lien avec la nature et des rencontres sympas . A voir dans les environs : le petit village de Sainte Suzanne et sa rando des moulins , le vieux Laval ses rues et ses jardins , le musée de Laval et plein d'autres surprises . Vous pouvez commencer votre réservation !

Nous avons eu un accueil très convivial de la part de Dominique et Nelly. L’appartement est très bien situé par rapport au centre tout eń étant très calme. Appartement très propre, spacieux et confortable. Avec notre enfant de 6 ans, c’était l’endroit où il fallait loger, disposant d’autant plus d’une petite cour sécurisée derrière un portail et une petite terrasse que Nelly nous a gentiment prêté pour dîner. Je recommande vivement ce logement que ce soit pour un weekend ou un séjour plus long pour partir à la découverte de la Mayenne. Andry

The apartment was perfect for us as a base to explore the surrounding area which is full of medieval villages. The weather was very hot over 30C every day, but we had taken an electric fan with us fortunately as it was the only item the host did not have

Dominique et Nelly ont été très accueillants dès le premier jour et même avant. Ils ont pris le temps de nous téléphoner dès notre réservation pour nous informer qu'ils étaient disponibles si nous avions des questions. Quand nous sommes arrivés l'appartement était propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement correspond exactement aux photos du site. Nous pensons revenir dès que nous aurons envie de nous échapper de la régions parisienne.

Notre séjour de 11 nuits s'est très bien passé. Logement situé dans une ruelle calme. La proximité de la ligne ferroviaire ne nous a pas dérangé, dormant la fenêtre ouverte. logement bien équipé et convenable pour un couple. La proximité du centre et des bords de la Mayenne est appréciable. Venant des Bouches du Rhône, nous avons trouvé un peu de fraicheur. Nombreuses balades: St Malo, Angers, Bagnole de l'Orne, Château Gontier, Cancale... A refaire. Josselyne et Claude MARTIN 13340
