We loved this roomy apt with an awesome view of the port and the sea. Location is perfect. Great storage, comfy beds, solid kitchen, great bathroom. Loved the rooftop clothesline. We will definitely return!

Marc’s apartment has super view and is well appointed for BSM train, supermarket and restaurants. Had a very good stay there

The flat has a great view of the cote d'azur. It is in a great location, very close to the train station and you can take the train or the bus to explore the places in the area.
The bathroom is newer and the beds are very good. The flat was very clean.
The train passes in front of the house which causes noise emissions. The furniture is getting on in years.

Our stay at this property was very enjoyable and would recommend this property giving it a 9/10, met by property manager Chantel was straight forward and went very smoothly. Apartment was very well set up and clean, views absolutely magnificent, Beaulieu Sur Mer is excellent place to be based nice and quiet and flatter that VFSM where we normally stay. Highly recommended and we will stay again in the future.

Handy check-in with nice hostess, lovely apartment, good beds, and an amazing bathroom. Most of all, the view from the giant windows is amazing, overlooking the marina, the big cliffs, and all the way to Cap Ferrat.

The view was stunning. Opening windows was risky because smoking neighbours can pollute the air.

Stunning view, quiet surroundings, excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, easy access to market, beach and commerce, parking on site. A special thanks to Ms Pirlet who warmly welcomed us and made us feel at home from the start of our stay. We definitely recommend this property.

Nice Appartement with a very nice view to the Mediterranean Sea. Nearby the center of the Village with Shops, Supermarket, busstop and Railway Station. Many interesting places can be reached by bus or Train (Cap Ferrat, Nice, Monaco, Menton, Cannes...). Car parking available. You can walk to Cap Ferrat on a wonderful coastpath. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay, we found it so relaxing. Christal, the caretaker/ housekeeper was wonderful and very patient with two who speak little French. The flat is well situated and well provisioned, though two beach chairs would have been appreciated. We hope to return for a longer stay next time.

We enjoyed our month-long stay very much. We know Beaulieu very well, and so were very happy with the location which is convenient for the town centre, the port and the beaches.
The gardienne was also extremely helpful and made us feel at home.

The gardienne was immediately available when we arrived and gave us a thorough introduction to the apartment. We found the apartment spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. We enjoyed a very comfortable and peaceful stay.
We found ample shopping facilities within easy walking distance.
We were reliant on public transport. From what we'd found out in advance we expected to find that the railway station and bus stops would be within easy reach and this was indeed the case.
On departure day we needed to hand back the keys and leave the apartment by 7.45 am and the gardienne cheerfully met us in good time.
We would have no hesitation in booking a further stay at this apartment.

We enjoyed our holidays very much - nice location with phantastic view allover from the left to the right, few minutes from the beach and great starting point for hikes up to the mountains (around Grand Corniche)and along the seaside, noise from the trains was no problem for us, nice and very helpful concierge Chantal.

I am very happy to be able write a positive review about this apartment. We stayed here for a month in March/April 2014. The apartment is large and voluminous compared with others that are available on the market. It has an amazing panoramic view to the Beaulieu-Sur-Mer marine. Communication with the owner, Mark Erly was very good from the beginning and straight forward during the rest of the time. We are actually very happy to have the chance to meet him for a coffee between his travels. We would certainly recommend this apartment to others and hopefully would have a time and chance to stay there again. M.D.
