The master bedroom has a king size bed, with ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
The spacious first guest room has two queen beds and the third guest bedroom has another queen bed. Six people can be accommodated very comfortably. From the open living/dining area you have a direct access to the covered patio and the enclosed Florida landscaping that surrounds the over-sized saltwater pool for great fun and relaxation for the whole family. The house and property were great however when we arrived the three trash cans were full of rotten food and maggots. The floors were also dirty. The property manager needs to do better when it comes to making sure house keeping items are taken care of.

Beautiful outdoor pool area. We had understood that the pool would be heated up to 82 degrees but it was not heated at all. We arrived late Saturday and contacted the mgmt but did not receive a response and had to call again Monday morning. Once contacted, they were very helpful in resolving the pool issue. The home was very clean and stocked with plenty of items for cooking. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood. My family is already saying we should book it again for another visit!!

Property was as advertised. We didn’t get to use the outdoor space and pool due to the 39-50 degree temps and wind during our stay. But it looked lovely. When they say they only give you a starter set of paper products like paper towels and toilet paper and soap they aren’t kidding. The soap is gone in one hand wash. They expect you to take out the trash when pickup is scheduled but they don’t give any new trash bags. To be fair, they do tell you all of this in their communications so please read all instructions. Other than those inconveniences, it was a wonderful place!

We've stayed at several different rental properties through the years, and this was by far our favorite. The home is bright, clean, and welcoming. The kitchen is open and has everything you could need for cooking and dining during your stay. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were beautiful, and everything about the place made us feel right at home. I haven't even mentioned the pool, which was amazing. We had plans to spend a lot of time at the local beaches, but ultimately spent more time at the pool. It was just perfect. The management company also did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly if we had questions or concerns.

Beautiful Home
The home was beautiful and just like the pictures in the photos. We spent a ton of time in the beautiful pool that sold us on this property. The beds were comfortable and overall, despite a few maintenance requests, our stay was great. When we did make them aware of some issues, they came same day and resolved them. The only thing I would like to see that would really make the experience great is providing enough supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, and dishwasher tablets for the stay. We were left with two half rolls of toilet paper in the master bathroom and one roll in the guest bathroom for the entire week for 6 people. We were also given two trash bags and two dishwasher tablets for a 7 day stay. Even a hotel provides adequate toilet paper and trash bags for the duration of your stay. For a minimal cost, the owners could provide this to alleviate their guests' headaches of immediately having to go out and buy these items. This is the first time in staying at a rental house where we didn't have enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, or dishwasher tablets for our stay. A little extra convenience for your guests in this respect wouldn't cost you that much more. Additionally, this house had nothing in terms of items like salt/pepper, etc. in the kitchen...just things to consider should you book here in the future. In terms of proximity to things, it's about 20-25 minutes from Anna Maria Island and there are grocery stores right around the corner, which is nice. We'd stay again, but would love to see them put some consideration into providing enough supplies for a one week stay. Also, the trash cans need to be replaced with one large trash can. Two tiny trash cans in the kitchen don't cut it.

We stayed at Tropical Oasis for my husband's 60th birthday. It was a great experience. The home was so beautiful and welcoming and close to all the places we wanted to go. Lesson learned about pool temps in December--get the pool heated ahead of time. We contacted Florida Dreams and they came out right away to adjust the temperature for us. We appreciated the beach coolers in the garage too. Having flown down this time, it was another learning experience trying to stock items we needed for cooking and for the beach--I guess we thought beach towels would be included. We will definitely consider staying at Tropical Oasis again and have already recommended the home to our family members who are looking for somewhere to stay in 2022!

We all absolutely LOVED this house, it was a great relaxing bachelorette getaway, watched a couple Harry Potter movies and Even though it rained it made it a perfect mooding for us. The whole area was very clean, I admire the whole lay out of the house! It was comforting and beautiful! I didn’t care if it was 65 degrees out I wanted to enjoy this pool and enjoy I did! The back yard you’d have no idea that you have neighbors because it feels so tropical! I’m very familiar with the area thanks to my fiancé who is a US Navy Recruiter for the Bradenton and Sarasota locations. Which is why I picked this area, I loved the area and how close everything is! This place for me is house goals I truly can’t wait to plan my next trip with my soon to be husband because I definitely want him to stay here and experience the amazing vibe and comfort this place gives you! Thank you kindly again I can’t wait to come back in the future❤️

The pool is amazing!
Our family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was set to a perfect temperature, so we never visited the beach. We thought the beds were quite comfortable and we appreciated the blackout curtains in the master.
Something I am weird about is ambient lighting and they did a great job with lights on dimmers and plenty of lamps. This isn’t a negative, but more of a heads up.. the dryer didn’t appear to automatically shut off- so we had to keep our own timers.

I cannot say enough about this house. The pool is the nicest residential pool I have ever seen. Heated, zero depth walk in/lay area under an umbrella, deep portion, seated portion, multicolored light at night and SURROUNDED BY PALM TREES, I highly recommend this management company get some new photos as this house is way more amazing in comparison to the blurry pictures. The house was completely my aesthetic. Beautiful flooring, gorgeous updated kitchen and bathrooms and perfect layout. No question we will stay here again.
