The house is independent and for the exclusive use of a group or a family. The country house (PODERE GREVE - CHIANTI) of about 120 square meters, which enjoys a fantastic view over the vineyards, consists of 5 large bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor is an independent kitchen with a fireplace and a living / dining room, equipped with satellite TV. On the first floor are 3 large and refined bedrooms and the bathroom.

The villa is exclusively rented to a single group of people, one or two families or a group of friends who will have the whole complex: private and independent villa, park and swimming pool.

from 2020, the villa will have an area of 200 square meters (rather than 120) and the adjacent apartment will also be rented. The two apartments will be connected (communication) and the beds will be 10 instead of 6

The rooms will be the following: three double and one triple (double bed and single bed, the double bed on request, can be converted into two single beds. On the ground floor there are two further large bedrooms with fireplace and double sofa bed. Large panoramic outdoor loggia overlooking the vineyard for breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors or simply to sip an aperitif at sunset seduced by the surrounding countryside.
