Playroom with bean bags, games, coffee grinder. General: Woodburner, central heating, 3 TV's, 2 DVD players, iPod player, 2 Nintendo Wii consoles, hairdryers. Utilities: Rangemaster cooker, double oven and ceramic hob, sandwich maker, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. Standard: Kettle, toaster Other: Bed linen and towels provided (not beach towels), stair gates, highchair, travel cot (not cot linen), books. Broadband/WiFI service - Excessive use may be charged at cost. Outdoors: Large mature garden with shrubs, covered terrace with hot tub, lighting and outdoor furniture. Parking: Parking for 4-5 cars on driveway.
