About this house rental

Our house is a typical Savoyard house of 140 m² with storage space on the ground floor (35m²). On the first floor you will find the kitchen in which you can eat, the living / dining room and toilet. On the 2nd floor, there is a large bathroom (shower / bath, toilet, changing table), 3 large bedrooms (bedroom 1 with a 120cm bed + a drawer bed, bedroom 2 with a single bed + 1 drawer bed and bedroom 3 with a single bed and space to put a cot). On the top floor, we have fitted out an attic bedroom (ceiling height 1.65m) with a 160cm bed and cupboards.

This house is very practical for families:
- garden with terrace and games for children;
- large bedrooms;
- bicycle storage space etc on the ground floor;
- large place to park (2 cars);
- protected and easy cycle path leading to Chambery, Aix les Bains, Lac du Bourget ... and further!
The house is very accessible with a road serving Chambéry and La Motte Servolex.

You will have access to all the standard equipment of the house (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven and microwave ..) and games / books for children.
On request, we can provide you with a baby cot. A changing table is available in the bathroom with a large bathtub (you can put 3 small children in it!).
On the ground floor, you can park your bikes and store your equipment in the shelter.

Our neighborhood is very convenient to access, and quickly leads to all types of activities and visits.
We are also close to shops (Cognin center with supermarket, bakeries, pharmacies, butcher's shop, press ... within 1km).
Easy access by car.
You can also come by train + bus (stop in front of the house line D running from the center of Chambéry).

- Massif des Bauges and de la Chartreuse (25 ')
- Bourget lake (15 ")
- Aiguebelette lake (20 ')
- Annecy and its lake (40 ')
- Aix les Bains (15 ')
- Grenoble (40 ')

Super Lage und ideal für Familien mit Kindern

Das Haus liegt ideal um alles in Chambéry und Umgebung besuchen zu können. Es fehlt an nichts, das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und für Kinder hat es sehr viele Spiele und Spielsachen. Auch der grosse Garten ist sehr schön und lädt zum Spielen und Verweilen ein. Uns und den Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maison très fonctionnelle offrant un immense jardin et toutes les fonctionnalités pour passer un agréable séjour à proximité de tous les sites touristiques de la Savoie. Nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires charmants. La maison est à proximité de tous les commerces, de Chambéry, de son marché et de ses vieilles ruelles. Le lac du Bourget et les nombreuses rando dans le massif des bauges offrent une multitude de moments détente et découverte. On y retournera avec grand plaisir.

Les enfants ont adoré la maison !

Une excellente location à tous les points de vue. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et très pratique à vivre. Nos enfants ont bien profité de tous les jouets laissés à leur disposition ainsi que du grand jardin. Hélène et Guillaume et toute la famille étaient présents pour nous accueillir et nous ont très bien reçus, tout est fait pour nous mettre à l'aise et pour faciliter le séjour. Mention spéciale pour les produits régionaux offerts en cadeau de bienvenue: délicieux !
