Would definitely stay again.

Love the location, views and ground floor amenities.

Elevator wait times at check in were hectic and the cable didn't work on the TV.

I won’t book that condo again.

The property was in a good location. I couldn’t ever get the tv in the livingroom to work. The toilet in the bathroom would run constantly so I had to fix the chain after every use. The dryer doesn’t work properly so I had to dry towels like three times to get them dry. The first attempt to dry towels was weird because when I pulled out the lent catcher water came out of it. Which I didn’t ever understand. The lent fall off of the vent before you pull it out so the towels and clothes that I dried had all the lent all over them. I’m pretty sure the dryer needs some maintenance done to it. Other than those things everything was ok. I could watch tv in the bedroom at night because I got that remote to work right. My over all experience was relaxing.

Last time I'll do this

Location and access to the beach. Pool and hot tub were ok.

Lock on condo door didn't work. We lost an hour trying to get Vacasa to work with the condo maintenance to get us in a room. We missed sunset on the beach. We were told they would address the issue while we went to dinner. Came back and the lock worked. Later the maintenance mgr came by and being very condescending indicated we didn't know how to use the lock (although we have at least 20 times). He made the comment "well, it's working now" numerous times The following morning we went out for exercise and when we returned the lock would not work. After another 30 to 45 minutes of being locked out, maintenance finally came and let us in and replaced the batteries. No further problems. Vacasa (who Booking.com went thru to get the reservations) was not very helpful or understanding of our problem. Last time I will book a condo through booking.com or ever stay in a Vacasa represented condo.

Walking distance to food etc

My room wasn’t clean upon arrival. There was dirt on the floors as well as the bedding. The sheets and blanket for the let out couch was nasty and the smell was horrible. The most unpleasant part was having feces in the toilet. I called customer service and took the staff hours to come. Not only that I have not heard anything about my refund/discount

We are a couple who travel frequently. The resort is very nice.

The location is wonderful. The pool is nice with plenty of chairs and some shade if needed. The beach is a short distance and lovely.

Disappointing

The condo was exactly what we wanted. The moment we walked in, we smiled and said wonderful!

Out of the 23 days we were there, we could NOT use the balcony. They were doing construction on the balconies and they locked us in so we couldn't use it. We picked this unit because it had a balcony and we could sit out on it. Very, Very displeased!! I will except some type of refund!!

Superb

The cleanliness stood out about everything else. It smelled clean when you walked in and there was always someone cleaning somewhere. The view was great and the beach was perfect.

The heated pool was a bit more humid from the heat then I liked but bearable. Condensation dripped from the ceiling onto the benches.

I did not like the construction noise that was present in what was supposed to be a peaceful and quiet stay away from home for my wife and I!

The stay was great, location was good and the entire place was very clean.

Everything I wanted or needed was close - some shops and plenty of restaurants. Pools and Jacuzzis were open late so we could get some time after peoples' kids were in bed.

Parking should have come with the rental and a parking fee should have been made clear up front, not by a text message the day I'm arriving. If you have to have money to maintain parking, raise the price of the stay and include it. $50 isn't a deal breaker, but I think it's underhanded, and next time I'll consider this when we book our stay in Orange Beach.

$505 it’s too too expensive for one night stay, it didn’t worth it.

Near from the beach.

1- Check-in check-out time is bad. 2- pillows are uncomfortable and dirty. 3- they charge me $155 for cleaning and there was a lot of dirt under the sofa. 4- the shower faucet is too complicated. 5- we was 4 and they give you 1 small shampoo. 6- too long waiting time for the elevator 140 apartment the there are only 4 elevators. 7- they charge you $50 per day just to park your car under the sun.

Turned up corner on living room rug is a trip hazard. Cheap, rough toilet paper and very rough wash cloths. Need a Keurig coffee maker.

The splash pad was amazing and so perfect for my little ones

The staff blamed the guest for there credit card machine declining everyones card. when it was really there problem they realized this after 4 guest tried and this is to pay for the parking but other then that all was great!

Summer 2021 Orange Beach

Appliances were great. Patio furniture was great. Great Oceanview.

Elevators are lacking and in need of repair for size of facility. Areas outside of room were in need of update, felt dirty. Our room could use a cabinet update, one draw in kitchen was broken. Some of the decor was out dated. Showerhead needs replace badly, had poor flow, was pointed at wall and could not be adjusted. Also water controls in shower were outdated and difficult to use. Also no dust pan to clean up what was swept up. Additional info about ability to rent chairs on beach would have been helpful in advance.

Girls Trip Phoenix V

Easy access to the beach, restrooms accessible from the beach, multiple hoses on walkway to beach, variety of activities available to all ages ( racquetball court, fitness room, kiddie waterpark.

Code entrance on door should be more user friendly. It was difficult to see the number plate when we came back to the condo after dark. Also, a parking fee should not be charged.

Superb

We had a beautiful ocean view from our balcony and loved eating breakfast and looking out over the ocean in the morning.

The only complaint we had was the air vent in the bedroom needs to be replaced. The vibration from the air blowing through caused the vent to make a screeching sound. It wasn't too noticeable during the day but it woke me up several times throughout the night whenever the AC kicked on.
