Gezellig en lekker eten.

Avondeten en ontbijt was geweldig. Heel vriendelijk en attent personeel. Ligging was super. Echt de moeite waard voor leuk weekendje weg.

gelukkig niet langer dan 4 dagen. Dit zegt genoeg.

Ontbijt was prima. genoeg keuze. Kamer netjes, mooi uitzicht.

Kamer werd de eerste drie dagen niet schoongemaakt, ook geen schone handdoeken. Dit onder de noemer "is beter voor het klimaat", maar wel het volle pond rekenen. Bar en restaurant om 22.00 uur gesloten. Het restaurant is een aanfluiting, kwaliteit eten is slecht te noemen en zeer beperkte kaart. Bediening duidelijk geen horeca ervaring en te weinig, je geduld wordt tot het uiterste op de proef gesteld ondanks dat ze wel hun best doen. Het hotel is niet geschikt voor vakantie, gedeelte is permanent bewoond door ????? Poging onze kamer open te breken terwijl we aanwezig waren werd bij melding min of meer weg gelachen., heel spijtig.

Goede lokatie, zeer vriendelijk personeel Ontbijt uitgebreid Suite was prima, ruim en heerlijke bedden Ruime badkamer met bad en douche

De bar is beperkt open Glaasje wijn erg duur zeker in verhouding tot de prijzen van de maaltijd

Preis Leistung in Ordnung.

Gute Lage oberhalb von Gerolstein. Sehr sauberes und ordentliches Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung.

Matratze zu weich, dadurch Rückenschmerzen bekommen. Beim Frühstück Brötchen zu hart. Saunapreis von 19,50 Euro finde ich etwas übertrieben. Wir hätten gerne die Sauna genutzt, aber nicht zu diesem Preis.

Sehr ruhige, schöne Lange. Wanderwege direkt am Haus.

1x wurden die Betten gemacht, bei Übernachtung von einer Woche. Keine Gläser im Zimmer.

The room was lovely. The bathroom facilities, both bath and shower were amazing. The lady who checked us in was lovely and the lady who served us our meal made every effort to make us feel comfortable. When we first entered the restaurant the stares from the restaurant staff were blatant and it made myself and my partner feel uncomfortable. Please refer to what I didn’t like about the property to fully understand why we felt as we did.

The female who took our dinner reservation made us feel so uncomfortable, I would never stay at that hotel again. My partner has a goatee and 2 piercings beneath his lower lip and I am black and it was quite obvious, even to Stevie Wonder, that she couldn’t interact with us. It was incredibly difficult to remain polite. People such as this female should not be working with the public if she cannot handle someone who is different to her.

Nice hotel but the room was incredibly overpriced and not adequate

We had a nice bathroom. Spacious and a good shower. Also, it was possible to buy a take away lunch meal. I could choose what I wanted in it. Not too expensive either. In May 2022 for 7,50 euro.

We got room 302. An awful room for 140 euro's per night! There was a kitchen unit on one wall, next to the bed. Why?! It wasn't even functioning and not my idea of a cosy room. Even worse, my husband hit his head on the ceiling if he got out of bed. My husband is only 5 feet, 9 inches (1,75 meters)! The ceiling was sloping from normal height till 1 meter of the ground. And the bed was positioned under it. In the room was no sitting area. Only one seat. And worst of all, it was a dark room because of the small windows. I asked for another room because we stayed there for 4 nights. They wouldn't accomodate us. Said they were fully booked. Strange that until the last day (Saturday) we saw almost no: cars parked, no people at breakfast or dinner, no people on their balconies, in short almost no people at all. They said we should have taken a more expensive room if we wanted a better one. A grumpy manager (or owner?) said no to our request immediately when the nice lady at the reception asked her.
