Gute Lage, Service nicht so toll - unpersönlich.

Gut gelegen in Nürburg, unweit der Rennstrecke

Unpersönlich, Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Am Tag der Abreise war es nicht möglich, den Koffer an der Rezeption abzugeben.

Die Lage direkt an der Nürburg! Saubere, einfache Unterkunft Jeden Tag frische Handtücher!

Der Zutritt zum Zimmer etwas verwinkelt und beim Abschließen des Zimmers etwas Fummelei mit dem Schlüssel.

- Zimmer war sauber - Einzelbett war relativ bequem

-Kein Personal und keine Informationen vor Ort, nach längerem Suchen war ein Umschlag mit Schlüssel zu finden. - Die an der Rezepzion angegebene Telefonnummer war zum Anreisezeitpunkt nicht erreichbar - Außenbereich sehr dunkel und schlecht beschriftet wo man hin muss - Kein Frühstück , alles geschlossen, kein Personal - Durchlauferhitzer brachte nicht genug warmes Wasser für die Dusche, nur für Waschbecken - generell sehen die Zimmer / Einrichtung teilweise Renovierungsbedürftig aus - Ein Tisch zur Arbeit mit einem Laptop wäre schön gewesen

Good value for the money in a superb location.

Good value for the money, clean and comfy rooms, breakfast was great. Location is very nice too, if you are there for the cars you will be delighted.

Staff is not there all the time, some confusion on check-in but all sorted.

Wir sind gar nicht erst geblieben!

Schlecht! Die zentrale Lage im Ort, die Beschreibung und die Fotos haben uns zu dieser Buchung bewegt. Aber..

Gebucht hatten wir ein Doppelzimmer, in welches wir ein Beistellbett wollten und dieses hier über das Portal angefragt haben. Vor Ort stellten wir fest, dass wir ein Zimmerchen unter dem Dach bekamen, spärlich(st) ausgestattet und auf dem Standard vergangener Tage. Drei einzelne Betten, eine Kommode und ein Stuhl. Vom Charakter bestenfalls Jugendherberge und nicht Hotel. Die Dame vor Ort (die „Managerin“) sprach weder Deutsch noch Englisch und die 30€ extra, für das „Zustellbett“ wurden bar kassiert, ohne dass es einen Beleg gab. Den Fernseher gab es nicht, da (Original Zitat) „Rooms with TV do not have space for extra third bed.“ Wir haben darauf verzichtet dort zu bleiben und sind wieder gefahren. Kommentar seitens des „Hotels“; man hätte ja nach einem weiteren Stuhl oder den WLAN Zugangsdaten fragen können. Angebote etwas zurück zu erstatten kamen selbstverständlich auch nicht nicht. Und hier muss man noch mal anmerken, dass man ein Doppelzimmer mit TV bei Booking.com bucht und dann so eine Bude bekommt, inkl unlogischer Ausreden für die fehlende Ausstattung.

Ideal location ideal accommodation for sleeping.

Ideal location so close to the Ring, walkable to many things including restraunts, car rental and car tuning and the main attraction to the area. Mona was superb, she showed me the room on arrival (which i was slightly early for) and supplied fresh clean towels every day.

Maybe just to my taste as everyone is different it didn't affect me getting a good sleep but the bed was softer than I would like but would definitely without a doubt not put me off using again.

Exceptional

Basic (think of it as a hostel) but everything you need - I think the price reflects this. Highly recommended if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower. Room and bathroom were very clean, would happily stay again.

Location is ideal, the staff are helpful and friendly, have been staying here for the past 4 years and is perfect for our needs

Unfortunately as is the usual case on our trips rooms 4&5 sometimes have problems with hot water... Other than that it's a brilliant nights stay

Great location with an overview of the village of Nurburg. Clean, fresh and pleasant.

Parking is a bit fun when busy as it’s a shared carpark with a big restaurant and the castle.

Great price and location. Parking space available right outside was a nice thing. Towels changed every day. Great communication by the host and a really convenient process to collect and drop of keys.

Pillow too big Bigger duvet would be nice Bunk bed would be a better option, as it would provide more room to store luggages, helmets, car stuff for those visiting the Ring. More hooks and shelves in the room would be great to hang coats and place personal belongings.

DF am Ring - the results are in.

Great location right in the heart of The Nurburgring. Friendly staff and great to hear the live action on track surrounding you. Very good bar Restaurant next door.

Slightly more basic than I expected, but it was very clean and fine for our small group of fathers and sons. It would of been preferred if the onsite bar/diner was open in the day/evening rather then us having to go elsewhere. But maybe this was only because we were slightly out of peak season. Zur Nurbur bar restaurant next door was very good but you have to book a table, as very busy. We couldn't get a table on one evening. But managed to eat at PistenKlause down the road.

Good location. I was staying at Rock am ring, and it was a good match. Also I nice castle ruine..

It was horrible.

it is near the Nordschleife entrance

We came at the property after 12 hours of driving, the outside temperature was 0 degrees celsius and the heating in our room was turn off. It was freezing cold in the room so we could not take a shower or anything, we had to sleep in our clothes. There was no furniture in our room, only 2 beds and a chair, we did not have any place to unpack our bags, al the clothes has to be on the floor becouse there is no place to put it on. The room was not like on the pictures in the booking ad. It was raining when we came, so the stairs witch you have to take to get to the room were really slippery. There is no heating in the bathroom, the cold air is coming out of the ventilation so you can not heat it up. bathroom is to small, you do not have place for your towels, and your stuff for the bathroom.

Horrible even for the price

it was cheap

The bed smelled like pee and sweat so it wasnt cleaned, i also paid for breakfast but there was no one on the hotel to tell me where it was so goodbye 12 euro. and i aslo paid for a twin bed and got a single one also the room was 2x2 instead of 124ft²
