Very spacious 3 bed apartment , 10 minute walk to beach, 5mins to supermarket. A little updating needed, especially terrace and outdoor furniture. Beds were very comfortable. Everything worked. The shower cubicle is on the small side.

Very impressive. Really enjoyed black out shutters that allowed us to sleep soundly without the interference of light. Good central location. Very nice flat. Really better than the pictures indicate.

Great apartment and great Location

Lovely roomy 3 bed apartment with large nicely shaded outside space. Great kitchen with all mod cons. TV in every room, not that we used them. Air conditioning in every room which we did use. Location is perfect for getting to beach, to shops and to train station. Local supermarkets within short walk.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très agréable, très fonctionnel, à 4-5min de la plage à pied. La terrasse est vraiment un gros plus, et avec le grand store on peut y faire de l'ombre quasiment toute la journée si on ne veut pas griller au soleil. Accueil très sympathique et prévenant d'Yvan.

L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un environnement résidentiel. On peut tout faire à pied car il se trouve à proximité de la mer et d'un supermarché. Il y a également de nombreux bus et la voiture n'est pas nécessaire.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is a short walk to the beach and restaurants so was ideal. It is a clean, bright and spacious apartment with everything you need. The hosts are very friendly and the owner was quick to reply to messages. We had a car which you could park securely but due to the location you don't really need one.

We enjoyed our two-week vacation in the well-located apartment very much. Close to the beach but away from the noise. The ampartment was very clean and well-equipped (air condition!). Very good and reliable communcation with the owner. Hard to find a better offer in this location. Very recommended!

Eine große, schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in hervorragender Lage

Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist hübsch und liegt sehr gut, es sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum öffentlichen Sandstrand sowie zu mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, darunter ein sehr guter Bäcker. Auch der Bahnhof und die nächste Bushaltestelle lassen sich sehr gut erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Geschirr und alles weitere ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse läßt es sich sehr schön sitzen. Ein privater Autostellplatz in der Anlage, die eingezäunt ist, ist vorhanden und groß genug. Wünschenswert wäre ein zweiter Schlüssel gewesen, da wir uns oft bei den Unternehmungen aufgeteilt haben und dann gut planen mußten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Ferienwohnung auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen!

Appartement très agréable, spacieux, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Le petit plus serait d'ajouter avec le drap de bain une serviette par personne. Terrasse et petit terrain très appréciés. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et disponibles. Logement très propre. Accès à la plage à pied, c'est super.

Séjour bien agréable dans ce super appartement très spacieux, lumineux, moderne, propre et très bien équipé que nous avons occupé à 6 personnes. La terrasse et le petit coin de jardin permettent en plus de profiter de l’extérieur ! Que demander de plus. Très bonne location. Merci aux sympathiques propriétaires.

Appartamento grande , arredado con gusto, molto comodo. Posizione molto comoda, a 200 m dalla spiaggia. Il proprietario Yvan e' una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile. Se avete domande risponde in pochi minuti per email o whatsapp. Non manca nulla, TV in ogni camera da letto piu una grande in soggiorno. Lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da stiro etc.. C'e' anche una pratica macchina da caffe automatica (Tassimo). Garage nel condominio. Terrazza molto grande e verde (diverse piante) con una tenda veranda molto grande. Si puo cenare fuori molto piacevolmente. Comodo piano terra... Breve accenno alle immondizie: si portano nello scantinato ( separandole, ovviamente) e il vetro bisogna portarlo negli appositi contenitori che si trovano in citta , lungo le vie ( Vetro = Verre), a volte non facile da trovare... Internet WIFI funziona bene. Grazie ancora per l'ottima ospitalita!

Location nickel. Refait a neuf et propre. Localisation idéale 5mns de la mer, de la ville, de la grande surface, du Marineland(10 mns). Jardin super pour petit chien et farniente. Quartier super calme. Garage en sous sol avec ascenseur. Rien a redire sinon merci pour l'accueil et la semaine dans votre appartement. A recommander vivement.

Très grand appartement exposé plein sud. Superbe terrrasse avec jardin ensoleillé. 3 spacieuses chambres climatisées avec TV. Calme absolu. Nous avons apprécié ce séjour, propriétaire super sympa. A deux pas de Cannes, du vieil Antibes et des plages de sable.

Appartement magnifique refait à neuf et avec goût, à deux pas de la mer dans un quartier résidentiel. Très spacieux avec une superbe exposition. Une grande terrasse, un jardin et un garage complètent ce luxueux appartement. Le ménage était impeccable. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir. Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse et donnent de précieux conseils.
