This adorable oceanfront home has everything your need for a fun filled beach vacation! Enjoy beautiful ocean views and endless sunrises from one of the two oceanfront balconies. Admirals Roost features Eight bedrooms, 4 full & 2 half baths and can accommodate up to 24 people. This North Myrtle Beach home offers Wireless Internet, Cable TV, and Smart televisions so you can enjoy Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.
Admiral's Roost is a raised beach house located in the desirable Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach.
The nostalgic charm of a classic beach house was kept inside with newly stained hardwood floors and tongue and groove pine on the walls and ceiling. Each floor offers a spacious living area with a large flat screen Smart TV, four bedrooms, and two and one half restrooms. The superbly furnished kitchen is on the top floor and the laundry room is on the first floor.
The home has a beautiful ocean front pool with a spill over spa. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $350. Pool cannot be heated if the temperature is below 45 degrees.

We loved Admirals Roost! The house was clean and the AC was cool when we arrived. The internet worked great with 19 of us. The deck space and outdoor furniture was really nice. The pool was bigger than we expected and the beach was less crowded on the 4th of July than we thought. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed exploring the area. The size of the bathrooms didn't bother me but I would have loved an enclosed outdoor shower. We had a fantastic time!!!

We liked the house and the location. Our biggest problem was the pool and hot tub. After many text to management, we only got to use the pool about half the week.The pool and hot tub was dirty and full of sand.They were unable to get it cleaned on Sat. or Sun. Mon. they worked onit and again on Tues.We continued having problems through the week. The hot tub wasn't working when we left.The children were very upset since this is the main reason we rented this house.The Fooseball table and air hockey table had handles, pockets, and the puck were all missing, so they were unable to utilize them either.They said they would replace but no parts came during our stay.When we arrived we took our shoes off at the door. After walking through the front room, our socks were black.There was feces on the bottom,front of the toliet. They also said before we arrived, that there was anew gasgrill. The grill was so dirty it caught fire and the controls didn't work. They did bring the new gas grill before we left.For the money we paid for the rental, I feel we should have been reimbursed for our inconvenience. They said the people prior to us had trashed the place.When you pay for apool and are not able to use it, it is unacceptable.

We were very happy with the house and location. The rental office was great. Very friendly and helpful. They provided almost everything we needed. The only thing I would add to the home is an outside eating area. Maybe a picnic table, pool level, under the deck. A total of 14 of us and we never ran out of space. Highly recommend!

Issue with bugs, old furniture, and leaky spots. Team was responsive about sending someone out to check in issues, but the person often didn't come in time slot and was missed by us so we couldn't show the issues.

Pool and beach access was great! Inside of house is outdated but our group didn't mind because we spent most of our time outside. Some of the outdoor furniture by the pool could be updated. The house isn't perfect but it would not stop us from coming back again. Thank you!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We has a few hiccups that were addressed relatively quickly. The house had some spots that needed cleaning and we did find several bugs throughout the week. The outdoor areas were excellent. The beach area was large and not crowded

The pool was not cleaned nor serviced prior to our arrival on Saturday, and the issue was not rectified until late in the day on Monday, thus our four families, all with kids, were without the use of the pool for nearly 3 days out of our week rental. While the management company did respond, it took entirely took long to rectify the situation.

We were not huge fans for a commercialized area but the house fit our needs. The pool was very nice. The AC worked well.

The "Admirals Roost" was less than what we expected. The view, location, amount of bedrooms, space, and parking was perfect for our big family. However, we encountered many challenges during our stay. First, basic things like light bulbs and kitchen items were missing. There was only one measuring cup, not enough forks for the 20+ occupants the house advertises for and flimsy cooking utensils. The house was not well cleaned, with trash under beds and couches, dust balls, toothpaste splattered on walls, etc. The pool was filthy upon arrival. I called 3 times and finally went down to the office. Someone came mid-week to clean it and within 24 hours the pump woke us up sounding horrible. I called at 7:58 am and after no one returned my call, I called again at 4:00. They said that they did not get a message regarding the issue. There was no sense of urgency from the management company and communication was clearly a problem. We made the best of the situation and had a wonderful family vacation.

Since we were there for Thanksgiving and fixing a meal for 28 people, we were not happy to learn that the place did not have a 2nd oven. The location, pool, and jacuzzi were wonderful! The bedrooms were small and bathrooms even smaller, but all that was advertised. We thought that there were 2 sleeper sofas, but that is not true either. The acoustics in the house was awful. If you sleep downstairs, when people are walking around upstairs it sounds like they are stomping around. We will be looking for another place for next year's Thanksgiving Celebration.

Our group of guys have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 20 years for a golf trip. This was our first time in a beach house rather than condos on the golf course. I have to say we will never go back to the condos. This place was perfect, right on the beach, new pool, and great location. It wasn’t in perfect condition inside... the bathrooms are pretty small, but if you’re hanging out inside too much you’re missing the point. Would recommend and stay again in the future!

I have to say we will never go back to the condos. This place was perfect, right on the beach, new pool, and great location. It wasn’t in perfect condition inside... the bathrooms are pretty small, but if you’re hanging out inside too much you’re missing the point. Would recommend and stay again in the future!

First, Patrick was awesome to deal with and went out of his way to take care of any issues that popped up! The location of the house was perfect for our group. The pool was awesome! Maybe the house could have used a deeper cleaning but I understand that these need a quick flip for renters so with that in mind, it was acceptable. We would definitely rent this property again.
