WELCOME TO PARADISE!
Stuart is an ideal location for anyone seeking the warmth of the Florida sunshine. With its 22 miles of white sand beaches, crystal blue waters, premier golfing and waves surfers, it’s got a little bit of everything. Centrally located for day trips to Disney, Miami, West Palm Beach and more! A true Florida gem that celebrates small-town life and that hard-to-find "Old Florida " feel. Martin County boasts a beautiful natural landscape from ocean, to river, to lake and everything in between, a treasure grove of activities, minus the crowds!

Everyone is talking about Stuart, honored for having the best tasting water, 2008 Most Beautiful City in America for it's size, 2015 ranked No. 3 by Smithsonian Magazine as best small town to visit, 2015 ranked as most beautiful and charming place to visit in Florida and remains the only town in Florida to be selected by Coastal Magazine as its #1 "Happiest Seaside Town."

Things to do:
Relax, leave that cell behind! Grab your beach chair, the area s many public beaches are a short drive away. Stuart Beach is just 2.2 miles, a mere 3 minutes from our home. But there are 18 public beaches to explore in Martin County alone. It's the Treasure Coast, you can a scour our beaches for all kinds of treasure; the best time to go beach combing for seashells, sea glass or Spanish gold... is during low tide and after storms. We are home to the last remaining House of Refuge, the Hobe Sound National Wildlife Refuge, the St. Lucie Inlet preserve, Blowing Rocks Preserve . Coastal conjures images of seafood, which the county has plenty to offer, but what you might not expect to find are farm to table delights, equestrian and rural agritourism adventures as well.

"Enjoy our Good Nature"! We have beautiful parks here and many to choose from. Indian Riverside Park with its Sailfish Splash Park, fishing beach and pier, historic Captain Sewel's home and Mansion at Tuckahoe, the Children's Museum and the Sailing Center all only 2.4 miles away! You can hike or canoe/kayak Jonathon Dickens State Park or any of the many waterways and rivers in our area. The Stuart Causeway and boat ramp is only 1.7 miles away. Bring your own boat and explore the area. Stuart is the Sailfish Capital of the world! Sandsprit Park is 4.7 miles about a 10 minute drive from our home. It offers the most direct access to the inlet and two popular sandbars. Sandsprit Park is located at the entrance to the Manatee Pocket. The park is an amazing place to visit to enjoy a day near or on the water. The boat ramp at Sandsprit is one of the largest in the area and offers the closest access to the St. Lucie Inlet. There is a boardwalk that circles the perimeter of the park and allows for fishing, walking, running, biking, and more. There is a playground for children and pavilions available for rental for parties and events. Sandsprit park is a great place to get outside and enjoy the beauty of Martin County, the waterways and the recreational activities offered.

Fish! Stuart is the Sailfish Capitol of the World! The Stuart Causeway and boat ramp is only 1.7 miles away. Bring your own boat and explore the area! Visit the sand bars, cruise up the river fishing for tarpon or head out the inlet for dolphin. Reservations for Deep-Sea offshore fishing trips can be made at the Marriott marina.

Eat! There are great restaurants located on the Island and just a short drive down the street is Downtown Stuart and Downtown Jensen, your taste buds will not be deprived. We have a delightful number of local unique restaurant and bars, brewery's and a wine vineyard for any dedicated 'foodie". Check out our notebook under the cocktail table in the living room, full of some of our favorite places to visit.

Shop! Downtown Stuart is 3.5 miles away and offers an eclectic mix of boutiques and shops. Palm Beach Gardens Mall is a world-class shopping destination with over 160 stores and restaurants and Vero Beach Outlets offer more than 50 stores.

Surf! You won’t find better waves in south Florida. Hawaiian, Californian and Australian surfers still scratch their heads in wonder at how Florida managed to produce Kelly Slater, the greatest surfer who ever lived, as well as disproportionate number of athletes who earned spots on the elite world tour.
Well, most of Florida’s East Coast offers a diversity of waves that have groomed some of the sport’s finest. Plus, the surf gets really good here in the Sunshine State, more often than you’d think, especially along the Treasure Coast.

Learn! The Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center is a 57-acre marine life nature center with sea turtles, sting rays and is within walking distance. The Elliott Museum has undergone a major re-visioning focusing on art, history and technology. Both are only 2.7 miles from your home away from home.

The stay was enjoyable and convenient to the people we came to see. Would consider it again if our son came along with us. Otherwise I think it would be a bit big for just two people. But over all no complaints that would make me not recommend it to anyone. The owner did a nice job on the property.

The Dolphin house is conveniently located in the Krueger Estates neighborhood off of East Ocean Blvd. The home is very inviting, the neighborhood is friendly, and secure. The Dolphin house is close to downtown Stuart and within minutes to the Stuart beaches. We have dogs, so the fenced in side yard was very helpful for us. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return again.

We stayed for Thanksgiving week my husband and I. Out college age children came for 2 days. The home was great, well remodeled and well appointed. The location was excellent 1.8 miles from downtown and near the bridges we love to walk with the dogs. Near restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful time and will be back. Home could use more lighting in the bedrooms and by the couch I like to read at night.
