Stop scrolling, this home is what you have been looking for! Best Property Partners proudly presents The Anchor Retreat! Full renovation completed in March 2020 featuring all new floors, new kitchen cabinets, appliances, and all new bathrooms.
Located in the family friendly neighborhood of Reynolds Landing. This is the perfect getaway to kick back, enjoy some family time or a relaxing week away from it all. The firepit is perfect for enjoying the lake view while drinking a glass of wine or roasting marshmallows in the evening. Inside you will find the main level is spacious with 2 bedrooms including the king sized master with en suite with a soaker tub. The second bedroom is a bunk room that sleep 3 with a twin top and full sized bottom bunk. The main level also includes a full bathroom, living room, spacious kitchen, and multiple eating ares for the whole family. The second level has two bedrooms both of which are queens and one full bathroom. The natural light throughout the house welcomes the outside in and allows you to enjoy the beautiful Lake Oconee view. The home has two kayaks and a paddle board to explore the lake, and a brand new max dock for boating, fishing and swimming.
You can even boat to some of the different dining options on the lake or take a short drive to one of the fabulous restaurants just outside Reynolds Landing gates. Publix is less than a 5 minute drive if you would rather just grill/cook and hang out on the large deck.
After a long day of golfing or fun on the lake relax on the screened in porch while watching the sunset or playing games. Exterior cameras were installed for safety purposes. Lake Oconee is amazing every time of the year! From the hiking and biking trails, water sports, fishing, public golfing at Harbor Club, jumping off the jumping rock, award-winning restaurants, Lake Oconee Brewery, there is something for everyone! Anchor Retreat is located about 15 minutes by car from the "Ritz Gate" and very convenient to The Ritz Carlton Lodge and its award-winning Ritz Carlton Spa (which was named one of the Top 5 spas in the US by Conde Naste Traveler Magazine). Nearby eateries include Lake Oconee Bistro, Cafe 44, Filet Steak and Seafood, and Mellow Mushroom Pizza.

This property is beautifully updated and well situated on the lake. The beds and furnishings are very comfortable. The outdoor space is well thought out. The deck is large with outdoor tables for enjoying meals and easy access to the dock. The home is in Reynolds Landing which is a great location on Lake Oconee and a short drive to Publix.

Excellent location and deep water for kayaking and swimming. The cove is very quiet and relaxing. We rented wave runners and the marina is just around the corner from the house. Perfect layout for a family vacation. Highly recommended.

Our recent stay was truly delightful. The view was simply stunning, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop allowing us to relax. The property was clean and inviting, which put us at ease during our stay.
The property was also well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and appliances, which made meal preparation a breeze. Additionally, the location of the property was ideal. It was close to various restaurants, boat rental facilities, and a grocery store, making it easy to access all the essentials and enjoy leisure activities.
One of the highlights of our stay was the outstanding service provided by the owner. She was excellent and incredibly responsive, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Our experience at Lake Oconee was fantastic, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful property in a quiet part of a beautiful neighbourhood. It was such a great place to visit as family. We stayed here for five weeks over the Christmas / New Year's Holidays so that we could be close to family who live nearby. We can't thank Jeanine enough - she was such a thoughtful, responsive, and competent host! She knew we were coming with a baby infant, and even left some sweet Christmas gifts for us and the baby when we checked-in. She responded to all of our questions within minutes, and was genuinely super helpful and easy to work with. We would 100% recommend this place without any hesitation!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Lake Oconee! Anchor Retreat is nicely furnished and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay for our family of 8. Golf and boat rental were both very convenient. We especially enjoyed sitting on the dock and roasting marshmallows over the fire pit.

We had a great experience at the house that we used during UGA move-in and parlayed a bit of family vaca into the weekend. Kids had a great time using the big dock and swimming, house offered plenty of room for everyone. Proximity to retail and restaurant amenities was great as well. Highly recommend.

5 adults and one infant had a very nice 5 days in this home. The location was perfect for launching our jet ski and driving it to the house. The marina was literally a 3 minute drive and 7 minutes by jet ski. We specifically enjoyed the dock on a quiet cove. Morning coffee on the dock was our favorite time. Our adult kids enjoyed floating in the water or sunning on the dock. The 4 legged member of the family had a blast jumping into the water to fetch his ball. The house was very nice and had everything you could possibly need. The host, Jeanine was very responsive with emails and texts. The only things that we could find negative was the TV’s were a little difficult to figure out (but the youngsters figured it out), the outside could use a power washing as we walked through many cobwebs and the house could use some lamps in the living room to read by. None of these things would stop us from renting this beautiful house again. Come to Lake Oconee and enjoy the boating, fishing, swimming and golf or book dinner at the Ritz for a nice evening out. It was perfect family time!

This is our third family lake house get away. Everyone agreed that this home was our favorite! Everything was perfect from check in to check out. The house was immaculate and beautiful and had everything we could possibly want and more. Our son in law brought his boat and launching it was a breeze. In addition to boating, tubing, and swimming, the kids and adults had super fun using the kayak and paddle board provided. It was also a pleasure cooking in the kitchen that was as complete as my own. In the evening we enjoyed the fire pit and sat around roasting marshmallows enjoying each other’s company. Later the children chased and caught fire flys. The sparklers were a pleasant surprise! When each day was done we slept comfortably and peacefully. Thank you for making our family time so memorable. We are hoping to make your rental our yearly family tradition. There is no reason to search for another when we have found our home away from home.

Great water, great shade, great activity options, NO SAND. First time we have ever gone to the lake vs the beach. No one missed the beach. We had a great time together.

We rented this property to celebrate some milestone birthdays with family and the experience was amazing! The house itself is located on a peaceful part of the lake with a deep dock that accommodated our boat and provided a nice spot to swim and lounge in the water. The house itself is clean, spacious and well-appointed. We never left the property because we loved the experience so much! The owner is quick to respond and provided us with all the details necessary for a stress free trip. We are planning when we can return! If this property is available, don’t hesitate and book it!

We enjoyed this home very much! Great dock, great house, and great lot. Many stores and restaurants in close proximity: We enjoyed the driving range and private fishing guide who picked us up on the on property dock a few yards from the house. We would like to come back at some point.

Lovely home, with lovely view. Well stocked kitchen for in house cooking and grill. Ample seating for our group of 8. Nice choices of restaurants in the area. We had a delightful lunch on the lake at Gabbys at the Ritz. It was an overerall very relaxing time.

Advertising in Every Room
Honestly, one of the loveliest rental homes I’ve stayed in—clean, neat and well-supplied. And fabulous location. But literally EVERY room had sponsored products and advertising—and you couldn’t remove it. It was like trying to relax with TV advertising. So, so disturbing. And the products were crappy. Wouldn’t rent it again for that reason.
