This lovely two-bedroom, two-bath, in Nice is in a great location. The apartment itself is very nice, with everything that you need for a nice stay. Plus, it's in a good location, right off of the Boulevard de l'Anglais a ten-minute walk from Old Town. I would stay here again.

This is a really great apartment. Perfectly clean, good beds and all necessary amenities. The view and proximity to the sea is the piece de resistance. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the water and waves. We walked everywhere. Groceries and many restaurants were nearby. We followed our host’s recommendation to take a boat trip for a day’s outing in Monaco. Anthony was very attentive to our needs and Corinne welcomed us and gave the orientation. We highly recommend this apartment which made our stay in Nice most enjoyable.

Aside from the perfect location near the coast and close to shopping and restaurants, this property is comfortable, clean and as described. The two bathrooms are modern and beautifully tiled. The living/dining room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with instructions for appliances mostly in English. The deck is small but functioned well for breakfasts and happy hours. The apartment is air conditioned, which is a real perk as the summer weather extended through our week in September. We appreciated the host and his clear communications with us prior to and during our stay. For three senior women travelers, this apartment is safe and we felt very comfortable in the neighborhood.

Perfect location for walking to everything. Building needs some work with paint peeling in hallways. Problem with elevator made it difficult for my husband since we were on the 3rd floor. More than 1 towel per person would be nice, these need an upgrade. Corrine was fantastic at check in.

Anthony's apartment was the perfect place for our week in Nice. The location is great, just off the Promenade des Anglais and a block from rue de France, which is full of restaurants and shops. And just a short walk from Place Massena and Vieux Nice, which is even more full of restaurants and shops. There are a couple of small grocery stores nearby, and a bigger one about 3 blocks west. The place was very clean. We were impressed by the efficiency of the kitchen and bathrooms. After spending 2 weeks in France at a variety of hotels, all of which had complicated and different bathroom showers, it was a delight to have the showers here--easy to use, great water pressure and temperature, and no splashing water all over the floor. The bedrooms are not overlarge--just big enough for a queen-size bed--but there was some storage in each. The living room/dining area was spacious and light. Even though the street outside can be noisy, closing the windows meant quiet inside. And you can't beat the view of the bay. Corinne met us at checkin and checkout and explained everything clearly. It was great to have the users' manuals for the appliances in both French and English--even though we didn't cook any during our stay, it was good to know we had backup in figuring things out. Anthony provided much pre-trip information and both he and Corinne followed up during our stay to make sure things are perfect. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located in a wonderful little neighborhood right across from the ocean. Cute stores and restaurants surround it. Everything was within walking distance. The host communicated very well how to get there and the check-in instructions. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay there again!

If you’re staying in Nice this is a great place to stay. A beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. We were four adults and it was spacious with Two bedrooms and 2 washrooms, a small kitchen and spacious family/dining room. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and close to many restaurants. The host is wonderful. He was always available to answer any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great find! The apartment is just a one minute walk to the beach. As in the photo, you can sit on the balcony (or in the living room) and see the water. The decor is simple but clean. Very nice kitchen with plenty of pots/pans/dishes. Washing machine works very well; air dry clothes. Easy to walk to grocery stores and restaurants in neighborhood, as well to all Nice sights. A great place for a family stay.

The apartment was in a good location and just right for our needs. Our only real complaint was the nightly noise from the hotel staff across the street in the middle of the night. Also the lighting in the hallway is out on the apartment floor. This is not safe.

We and our friends had a great stay. Anthony, our host, was very helpful, patient and understanding with us first time visitors to Nice.
The location was very convenient. Less than 100 meters from the Promenade des Anglais. Lots of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance.
The apartment was clean and neat. The beds were nice and firm. We slept very well. Things were a bit snug and closets are small. The queen size beds in the smallish bedrooms make a large person need to turn sideways to comfortably get around the bedrooms.
The noise levels with the windows open were pretty bad, but ok with them closed.

Fantastic Apartment & Location
We have stayed in numerous VRBO homes when vacationing, this apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and the best choice when staying in Nice. Steps to the ocean, grocery store, shops restaurants and Old Town.
Modern and Clean with everything you need and more. Having 2 bathrooms is wonderful with teenage boys and the air conditioning is amazing during warm summer months. Kitchen was stocked perfectly and the beds were comfortable.
Communication was A+ and the apartment was ready upon arrival.
Exceeded our expectations.

Great Location - Great Apartment
Great property for family or two couples. Very clean with all you need for your stay. The apartment is very bright with lots of windows that cool it without using the AC. You can see the ocean from the front room and the small balcony. The beach is right across the street . Many restaurants in the area and short walk to Old Nice.

Excellent Stay in Nice
We spent nine days at the end of June as a family of three adults. Anthony was a great host with excellent communication. He answered all of our questions prior to the trip, he accommodated an early check in, checked up on us during our stay, and went the extra mile to make sure our train to Paris was running due to the strike. The size of the apartment was perfect for three adults, the separate and remodeled bathrooms were a huge plus, and the perfectly running air conditioner made our stay extremely comfortable. The location of the apartment is a huge bonus as we were able to take many day trips while also enjoying the Promenade des Anglais in the evenings. The balcony was nice to have since we too would enjoy our coffee in the mornings and relax in the evenings after a long day of exploring.
We would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting a great stay in beautiful Nice.

Trip with our granddaughter
We spent a few days in the apartment at the end of May with our granddaughter and loved every minute. It was spacious and very convenient to old town, restaurants, buses and the Promenade des Anglais. The balcony was a treat and we spent the end of many evenings sitting out with a glass of Rose, as well as coffee and croissants at breakfast. We appreciated having two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and would recommend this lodging to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Nice.

Excellent place to stay
We loved this apartment with its sea view. The balcony is ideally placed for a constant view from the lounge. The apartment is spacious and benefits from two full sized double beds which is rare in Nice. The kitchen is well equipped and a fully usable oven is a bonus. Separate bathrooms mean that each couple can have their own individual room which is a bonus. The living room has a full sized dining table and is spacious.
Although, the apartment has the view of the sea it is not marked by noise at night to any degree. It fact you can hear some noise but not too much to get a good nights sleep. The heating and air conditioning is excellent. This apartment is a rare find as it offers so much. The Barracuda restaurant is just downstairs so if you want a drink and meal it is really useful. The owner is very communicative and answered any questions we had. We certainly would recommend this apartment.

Great apartment and Great location
This is a great apartment and location. It is just like the pictures! It has everything you need. We had 5 stay and it was the perfect size. The apartment is updated and very clean. The building is nice and everyone was very friendly. The best part is Anthony. From the time of booking until checking out he was wonderful. He was very prompt at answering any questions and very helpful with suggestions. We would absolutely stay in his apartment again.

Great location-Nice price
My friends, wife, and I rented the unit as we were looking for a place to stay for 5 nights while attending the GP of Monaco. Monaco's prices, due to limited availability are through the roof and Anthony's apartment was nicely priced and just a 25 minute train ride away.

We loved our stay in this flat! Just like the pictures, perfect for 2-4 people (although there is a sleeper soa as well). Two separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living/dining area. It is either a newer property or has been completely updated. Has a little balcony with a view just like the picture. And, just in case you may worry about new cities, the location was safe and secure. Anthony was a dream to work with from the first email contact thru the checking out procedure. We hated to leave and would definitely stay again. Thanks Anthony!

Fantastic apartment with a great location in the middle of Nice!
This was our first time in Nice, and the apartment was above and beyond what we could have hoped for! The owner was so wonderful and accommodating, his apartment was clean, spacious, has all the amenities, and is located 100' from the beach. All of the restaurants, shops, and activity or a minutes walk away. The building is secure, with multiple security gates which puts one at ease when traveling and leaving their belongings in their room. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an affordable place worth every euro.

Excellent apartment. Very well equipped, especially in the kitchen. The apartment is particularly suitable if your travel companion is a friend rather than a partner, as both bathrooms and each bedroom are practically identical. The location is great and the building secure. Anthony is very helpful and attentive. We loved it.

3 women over 40 stayed at this apartment at the end of October 2016 to celebrate a milestone birthday for one of them and it was fantastic. The owner Anthony was constantly in touch to make sure everything would be ready for our arrival and even assisted in arranging a birthday surprise.
The apartment is located a half a block off the promenade des Anglais and about a 10-15 minute walk from old Nice. There are numerous restaurants, shops and grocery stores near by.. Apartment is clean, spacious and airy for European standards. The bathrooms and showers are wonderful. Love, love the balcony for enjoying a coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.
If we were ever returning to the area we would not hesitate to rent this apartment again and we will highly recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy this wonderful city and area.

Four ladies spent four nights in this immaculate and comfortable apartment perfectly located near the old town and the beach. Part of every day was spent on the balcony which had beautiful views of the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, a short two minute walk to both.
The property was exactly as shown on the website and the owner, Anthony, was extremely helpful and very prompt in replying to any questions we may have had.
I'd recommend the apartment to anyone wanting a great stay in beautiful Nice.
