About this villa rental
All the rooms of the villa have a view of the sea.
The villa contains a heated 45-sq.m indoor pool with large sliding bay windows that look out over the tree-filled garden.
A glass-walled gym with a weight bench and treadmill looks over the main room and the indoor pool.
The large and bright 200-sq.m living area has a lounge, a dining room, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, and a large bar. Kitchen amenities include double-door fridge, wine storage, oven, microwave, two dishwashers, and induction hob.
The terrace around the bay windows has a table, garden furniture and barbecue.
Each of the four double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Separate bathrooms and WC are also available.
The lounge contains a big-screen TV and a sofa bed for two.
The laundry room is equipped with a washer dryer.
Sheets and towels are provided. A cleaning lady usually comes around mid-week for two hours.

Wonderful property.
A very clean, large and modern property. Wonderful views of the port and town. Quiet and private location yet a short walk from the town. Secure parking.

Veronique, the owner, is a very kind person and a great artist. Lolo, the facility manager, was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed his support.

Great villa in quite area
We (10 people) enjoyed our 2-weeks stay in Roses in this beautiful place. Car is not needed to go to the beach or to the shops. The big garden was ideal for the kids to run around and the pool is fantastic. The living area is big and also there are many seats outside to accomodate a larger group. The host Veronique as well as Lolo were very friendly and helping wherever the could. If we come back to Roses we will try to book this place again.

Excellent séjour passé dans cette magnifique villa. Tout était au rdv, beauté des lieux, confort, piscine chauffée... Nous en avons pleinement profité. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai sûrement !

Wonderful family holidays in a prime location.
The property is ideal for family holiday with children. We enjoyed the pool, gym, barbecue and garden during our sunny stay. The city center is easily reachable by foot. Extended jogging along the seafront was wonderful. The view to the sea and the sunsets add to the positive environment.
We found the home well equipped and very practical, with a complete kitchen in the open space, helping for the gathering of the family.
As we had an unforeseen delay on our arrival time, the check-in presented some problems. However this was quickly solved by contacting the property manager. We recommend to improve check-in procedures in order to foresee possible arrival delays.

Schönes Haus mit Pool und Blick auf den Hafen von Roses
Das Haus beeindruckt mit einem großen Eingangsbereich, der Kochen, Essbereich mit Platz für bis zu 10 Personen bietet und Chillbereich vereint. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Pool sowie der Fitnessraum bieten Abwechslung für die Gäste. Der riesige Garten mit gutem Blick auf den Hafen vervollständigt das Urlaubsfeeling in dem kleinen Mittelmeerörtchen. sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man mit der Familie/Freunden eine schöne Zeit verbringen will.

Overall excellent enjoyable stay
This is a very fine property. Many aspects of the letting were outstanding including:(a) pool and gym, (b) powerful air conditioning, (c) location just outside Roses centre (d) parking spaces for 2 or more cars, (d) 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and (e) excellent outdoor furniture for eating and lounging. Some might not find the remaining beds (single bed and sofa bed) to their taste - situated in a wide corridor leading to the bedrooms which also has the tv. The internet speed (6Mb/sec) was too slow for Skype or Webex calls, but adequate for email etc.

Superbe maison sur la Costa Brava
Nous avons passe une semaine tres agréable. La maison est très bien équipée et nous n'avons manqué de rien. La localisation est parfaite, nous avons pu organiser pas mal de sorties autour de la maison (le Castell, Cadaques ...). Aussi la propriétaire (Veronique) sest très bien occupé de nous avant notre arrivée, nous avons eu toutes les réponses à nos questions.

Que dire sinon que ça serait le rêve de beaucoup de vivre, ne serait-ce que quelques instants de leur vie dans de telles conditions.
Tout est beau et traité avec beaucoup de goût et les équipements sont exceptionnels.
Et un grand merci à Lolo qui s’évertue avec tout son cœur à rendre le séjour agréable.

Excellent séjour
Parti avec des amis et des enfants pour le week end de l'ascension, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa. Très propre, très bien equipée, très bien située avec vue mer et très beau coucher de soleil... Merci à nos hôtes qui nous font profiter de ce merveilleux endroit.

Large , well equipped property with good location
The property was large and ideal for our family needs. The location is also very good being near the beach and restaurants. Our one disappointment with the property was the condition of the swimming pool which appeared cloudy all of the time and hence restricted our usage.

Idéale pour des vacances en famille
Les dimensions de la villa et la piscine intérieure à 30°C en font l'endroit idéal pour un séjour à deux familles hors saison. Nous avons été ravis, tant pas l'accueil que par la configuration des lieux.
Seule la cinquième chambre n'est pas idéale dans la mesure où elle sert d'accès aux quatre autres chambres.
Je recommande vivement cette location !

Séjour merveilleux
Nous avons adoré la décoration de la villa. Super emplacement - à proximité des plages et du centre. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses soirées sur le terrain de pétanque. Maison idéale pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille.
Nous comptons bien revenir l'été prochain!

Prachtige villa, super gelegen
De villa was prachtig, het uitzicht vanuit de villa geweldig. De afstand tot aan het centrum was ongeveer 15 minuutjes wandelen dus zeer goed te doen, ook met kinderen. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk. We hebben zelfs de eigenaars eventjes ontmoet en zowel Véronique als haar man waren zeer aangename mensen. De woning was zeer ruim en netjes. We hadden enkel spijt van het binnenzwembad, dit gaf toch een hele andere sfeer dan een buitenzwembad bij deze temperaturen. Gelukkig was het strand en zee vlakbij dus zijn we daar vaak naartoe geweest. Toch ook enkele minpuntjes ... buiten was het prachtig maar er was amper beschutting voor de zon en de wind waardoor we vaak binnen hebben moeten eten. Dit was jammer, want op vakantie zit je gewoon liever buiten. Grote mooie tuin waar je dus eigenlijk vrij weinig aan had zonder zwembad of beschutting maar dat zwembad wisten we natuurlijk wel op voorhand. Ook de kamers waren zeer luidruchtig (je hoorde elk lawaai van buren, straat etc) en er was geen verduistering waardoor onze kinderen moeilijk sliepen. Een nachtmaskertje bracht oplossing. Grootste nadeel was toch dat de WIFI totaal niet werkte. Zou het eerste jaar zijn en er zou aan een oplossing gewerkt worden maar daar hadden wij natuurlijk niets aan. Dat was echt wel jammer maar verder prachtige villa op een prachtige locatie nabij het centrum van Rosas.

Très agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa, il faudrait être difficile pour ne pas aimer !
En février, nous avons eu une température tout à fait convenable, nous avons pu déjeuner dehors !
Et grâce à la piscine intérieure, nous avons pu nous baigner, au chaud !
Nous avons pu également faire du sport grâce à la salle de sport, très pratique lorsque le temps ne permet pas d'aller se défouler dehors !
Alors oui bien sûr, nous recommandons !
Les propriétaires sont charmants.

Superbe!
La maison jouit d'un emplacement et d'une vue exceptionnelle. Évidemment la piscine chauffée intérieure est un réel plus. Tout est fait pour que l'on passe des vacances inoubliables en famille, l'espace, les équipements au top et la déco. Un endroit à recommander chaleureusement. (Surtout pour les amateurs de pétanque; très bon boulodrome avec vue sur la mer et éclairage nocturne!!!!)

Parfait et superbe pour cette seconde location
Après avoir découvert cette région au mois d'avril, nous avons décidé de relouer pendant 2semaines cette superbe demeure avec mes parents et mon frère du 25 juin au 9 juillet 2016. Et comme pour nos premières vacances, il n'y a pas grand chose à rajouter à mon précédent commentaire hormis que nous y retournerons bientôt !!!! Diana qui s'occupe des lieux est toujours autant disponible et attache toujours autant d'importance à cette belle propriété, bravo à elle parce que ce n'est pas une masse à faire !!!! Les propriétaires Véronique et Jean Marc, toujours soucieux pour que l'on passe de belles vacances, dommage que nous n'avons pas eu passé plus de temps ensemble, mais restez comme vous êtes c'est parfait. Si vous recherchez une location, ne cherchez pas plus loin vous allez être ravis avec cette dernière. Merci encore pour tout et certainement à très vite Les alsaciens Lorrains

SUPERBE on recommande
Que dire de ces vacances .... Magnifique villa de plein pied, entouré d'un belle espace détente, une vue à couper le souffle sur le port, et au loin les neiges des Pyrénées, une piscine intérieure à température idéale pour passer du temps en famille, ... Diana qui s'occupe des lieux est disponible, sympathique, et accueillante.... Les propriétaires que nous avons croisé sont également sympathiques et disponibles.... Bref que du bonheur, nous reviendrons certainement d'autant qu'à cette période, il fait beau et pas trop chaud, juste comme il faut, avec des restaurants et des terrasses pas trop bondés, une région superbe à découvrir sans plus tardé avec empuria, la escala, cadaques, .....Un grand merci à Véronique et à Jean Marc qui nous ont fait rêvé pendant une semaine dommage que cela passe trop vite.... Wunderschöne Villa. Sehr gross, sehr sehr sauber und sehr komfortable eingerichtet. Optimale Lage - in 10 Min ist man zu Fuss in Roses Zentrum.
Die Küche ist super ausgestattet.
Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und
sehr freundlich. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und wir werden sicher
wiedermal unseren Urlaub in dieser Villa verbringen. Vielen Dank !

Une villa de rêve idéalement située, rien à ajouter tout est parfait.
Nous sommes déjà en train de voir pour réserver l'année prochaine.

Mme Foucart, la propriétaire est charmante.
Les toiles exposées peintes par Mme Foucart font rêver et je me laisserai d'ailleurs tenter.
Ne pas hésiter je n'ai qu'un mot .... Parfait!

Magnifique séjour en famille
Nous avons passé 2 semaines fantastiques dans cette magnifique villa (une fois installé c'est encore mieux que sur les photos). Nous avons spécialement apprécié l'espace, le design, la piscine, la salle de sport, le grand jardin et ses arbres, la vue sur la mer, les couchers de soleil, ainsi que la proximité de la plage pour aller se baigner tous les jours en octobre. Le personnel sur place est vraiment très sympa et serviable, parle français et s'assure que notre séjour sur place se passe bien (merci Santi), a refaire!

Superbe
Superbe maison , avec un grand confort, et de belles prestations. La déco est soignée , il ne manque rien dans la maison. En prime la vue , le calme et la proximité des commerces à pieds. Des vacances parfaites. Le port est a 10 mn a pieds pour aller chercher le poisson frais tous les jours! Bref , le bonheur! La propriétaire est adorable ainsi que la personne qui accueille sur place. Très beau séjour à Roses. Merci
