Beautiful home. Quiet, private, one level living with no steps. Huge backyard with relaxing Hot Tub, Patios and Outdoor Dining area. Close to Parks, heated Community Pool, Prestigious Golf Courses, Shopping, Restaurants, Stadiums, Theatres, Amusements and Airport. Our peaceful community features 26 miles of biking/walking paths, basketball and tennis courts, football and soccer fields and a picnic area for large get-togethers. If you just want to kick back we have stocked lakes for catch and release fishing. It is genuinely the perfect Get-a-Way place to enjoy our wonderful warm and sunny Arizona Winters.

Sue was a wonderful host. She communicated well and provided a basket full of Arizona delights. The home is lovely—looks like a model home. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. There is even a KitchenAid mixer, all kinds of condiments, water, baking basics, etc.. The hot tub was clean and hot and ready to use. The backyard has several seating areas, a grill, etc.. So comfortable!

This was perhaps the cleanest VRBO property we've ever been to. It was spotless. The southwest decor was appropriate for Arizona and the backyard was private and comfortable. A nice touch was the bicycles in the garage we used to tour the master-planned community. Thanks for a relaxing week.

This is a very nice house in a nice neighborhood. The owners are very nice and willing to help with any needs. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a stay in a clean and neat house.

Run, don’t walk, to this property! It far exceeded our expectations. Nice, safe neighborhood. The home is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and every amenity/tool/utensil/you name it is provided. There are many homey touches that take things to the next level. Beautiful spaces indoors and out, and roomy enough that the 3 of us could have our private spaces as well. The hosts were amazing, provided extremely detailed information about the property, check-in, and check out. They left extensive lists of retail and dining recommendations in the area, and did personal recon for requests. They were very reachable and approachable from booking to check out, so kind and helpful. We hope it works out that we will be able to stay there in the future. You will not go wrong with this property and the hosts. I just can’t say enough about it. We were in heaven!

Wonderful house, wonderful neighborhood, very clean and inviting and incredible attention to detail. I could not imagine that this house would fit us so well. We have rented several VRBO homes and this one is the top of them all. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything was great. Completely stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable king size bed,(hated to get up every day).Owners are very detailed oriented, so your every need has been taken care of!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. Sue and Larry are exceptional hosts who truly went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. In furnishing and stocking their home, they have anticipated every need. The sofa and beds are very comfortable and the house is spotless. We enjoyed our coffee on the back patio each morning and had a relaxing soak in the hot tub in the evening. The property is impeccably maintained and is in a lovely neighborhood with excellent parks and amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again the next time we are in Gilbert!

Spotless house in a quiet neighborhood. House was as described in listing and had everything you needed as if it was your own home. House was very roomy and the bed in master bedroom was super comfortable. The patio was very nice and private for sitting outside. The owners Larry and Sue have thought of everything for a great stay. Thanks Larry and Sue and hope to stay here again in the future .

Sue has the gift of hospitality; she and Larry have thought of every need for their guests. I told Sue, you've gone above and beyond the call of duty. We enjoyed the comforts of home, and it was so great to have the owners of the property interact with you. The management companies are not the same as dealing with the Ma and Pa's in the business. Their home is lovely, and you won't be disappointed. We know we have a great place to come back to in Gilbert AZ.

This is the first time our family has been out to Arizona and this place was the perfect spot for us to stay. It is in close proximity to Phoenix, but there's also plenty of stuff to do nearby the area as well. There was plenty of space for our family and the house had everything you needed for a week away. We were able to cook and clean with ease, do laundry (things I'm sure everybody loves to do while they're on vacation). The owners were incredibly responsive and any questions we had they answered right away. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and even though the houses are in close proximity it was still very private for our family. We cannot recommend this place enough and if we ever make it back to Arizona we would absolutely love to stay here again!

I wish I could give 15 stars. You will not find a more well stocked, cleaner home! The owners have gone out of their way to make sure that you will have almost anything you need. We stay in VRBO homes several times a year. This is maybe the nicest place we have ever stayed. I don’t have space to talk about all the amenities that were available to us. THE BEST!
We were looking for a safe, clean, three bedroom, two bath home with garage, comfortable outdoor spaces, access to swimming, walking, bike riding and a commercial zone. This home hit all the marks. The bonus was the owners! They provide a well-stocked home and were consistently friendly and responsive. THE BEST! We stayed for 5 months!

Beautiful property
The home is beautiful; even better than the photos! Our family was in town for a baseball tournament and enjoyed staying here! The house is comfortable, clean, very well stocked and location is great! The kids loved the short walk to the pool, fishing and many amenities. The bikes were a plus! Sue is a wonderful host; very sweet and quick to respond. We will definitely be back again!

Most responsive owners and most prepared home!
We enjoyed our winter in this home in Gilbert. In a year of pandemic, being outside with the large lounge area and hot tub, easy access to miles of walking and cycling trails have been especially appreciated. Sue and Larry are very responsive to questions and requests. We are already booked for next year.

A perfectly lovely house
The house was lovely and perfectly appointed. It was everything and more that was advertised. Sue and Larry couldn’t have been more accommodating with the changes we had to make thanks to the COVID19 pandemic. Would recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay there again before too long.

Lovely home with great amenities
We truly enjoyed staying in this home and appreciated the warm hospitality. Sue left a welcome note with a few stamped postcards and local hot sauces and jellies on the kitchen table. The Power Ranch community walking trails and swimming pool were great and lose by. We enjoyed the outdoor living area, relaxing on the back patio on the comfy furniture and in the hot tub. Sue is quickly responsive and thoughtful.. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals, the bath and pool towels are cozy and abundantly supplied. The beds are comfortable with nice linens. The home is beautifully decorated throughout, you will feel very welcome here.
I highly recommend a stay in this home.

Beautiful home with gracious hospitality
We were visiting family and rented this beautiful home so we could host Thanksgiving dinner for everyone. The kitchen is amazing with everything you could possibly need. Everything looked brand new. The patio and hot tub were a great way to relax in the evening. Our grandchildren loved the nearby parks and playgrounds. Finally, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet for a great nights sleep. Sue and Larry were so responsive and were truly gracious hosts. We will definitely look forward to staying here on any of our future trips to the area.
