Looking to get away from our cold Canadian/US winters? Check out our UPPER FLOOR, 1400 square foot unit at Superstition Springs Lakes in Mesa, Arizona available for the season! Great for couples or a family. Unit is well kept and very clean, air conditioned and smoke free. No smoking or pets allowed in condo. Condo community is gated for security and a two car garage is available for parking one vehicle. A year round heated pool is available literally less than 200 feet from the unit with deck chairs to enjoy the sun and a hot tub. This unit offers refinished countertops in kitchen and bathrooms and tile floor through-out the hallways and kitchen. Carpet was replaced brand new in 2019 and is in the living room and bedrooms.
This condo has a master bedroom with a king size bed, 32 inch TV and an en suite which includes a bathtub and a large shower. Two bedrooms have large closets as well. Hair dryer is available to use also. Second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom also has a queen size bed in it, great for kids too. All bedrooms have quality bedding and extra pillows and blankets to make you comfortable, ceiling fans and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and has lots of counter space. The large living room has a 55' LCD TV/DVD surround stereo system. The kitchen table seats four along with room at the bar for 3. There is a desk to be used for your computer along with wireless internet and a printer. Washer/Dryer is included.

This is absolutely wonderful place to stay with beautiful lake views all around. The kitchen stock was spot on and couldn't ask for more. All the malls were near by and it was so easy to get all the stuff.
It would be really nice to add fire sticks to the TV which makes this more amazing.

I love this location, so close to everything. But what really made this a place we’d like to return to is that it’s terrific inside — comfortable beds, very clean with good amenities and a wonderful view from the balcony. Owners are terrific.

this condo has all you ask for to be on vacation. everything is nearby even walk distance ( if you're not lazy lol) . Even buying a new car nearby which I did so . LOL.
The owner is flexible and friendly to work things out for my situation which I really appreciate. Some minor suggestions to improve the place. having a tv in each room with a few video online streaming such amazon prime or Netflix and so on (only a few) will be a plus for people who book long term. I will book this property again if opportunities occur.

We found this condo not equipped for 6 guests as advertised. No where in the leased did it require us to take off our shoes before using the stairs to enter the condo. Having been charged exacerbate fees I would encourage anyone who is thinking about this unit to look around this property for another unit. The property has many advantages, including, walking paths, pool, and wonderful restaurants.

The home was beautifully decorated; gorgeous views of the pond from the patio; walking paths around ponds were a nice feature; plenty of towels/wash cloths; kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed (pots, pans, utensils); instructions were well labeled; Nice TV with surround system; friendly neighbors; close access to the pool; having an enclosed garage was nice. Really enjoyed our stay there!

This is a great property with all the amenities you'll need. Very clean and neat and we enjoyed the pool. Plenty of room for our family of 6. The downstairs neighbors in the apartment beneath this one are very sensitive to noises, so keep that in mind if you have young kids.

Good base while we were visiting family at Leisure World. Plenty of space for my husband and two teens. Everything was smooth and efficient and worked great. Helpful to have a garage. Always love being close enough to walk to coffee and restaurants.

Our Stay and Superstition Springs
We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean, plenty of room for five guests. I wish the water temperature for washing dishes was warmer. Most of the time the temperature of the water was not very warm. I loved the feeling of security in a gated community and that we could park in the garage. Thank You!

Enjoyed a week over Christmas in a 3 bedroom unit at Superstition Springs. Great location near the 60 with lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. This is our 3rd time at the property and will certainly return.

Awesome Stay
It was our first time visiting this area and also our first time using VRBO. I am happy to report it was a wonderful experience. The owners of the property were very nice and answered all our questions prior to our arrival and also made sure we had all the information we needed to access the property prior to our arrival. They were very responsive to any communication I initiated with email. The property was very comfortable and quiet, and the guests we did encounter were all very nice. Everything as far as dishes etc. that you would need were provided and the beds were very comfortable. Wonderful time and I would not hesitate to stay again if in the area. The Condo is an upstairs Condo so it has a really nice deck/patio. We had exceptional weather and enjoyed the patio/deck area and the fresh air so much (coming from winter in the Midwest!). I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent Place All Around
The place is situated in a great location off I-60 and is surrounded by ample restaurants, shopping and other amenities. The place was very clean, well stocked and accommodated our family of five very comfortably. There was also wifi throughout the condo and pool area. All you need is some groceries and beverages. The condo is located next to the pool which was a great place for the family to hang out. Highly recommend renting from Dino and Tammy.

Location is the best, close to a number of good restaurants, at the center of everything you would want to do. Great view from patio with ponds and wildlife. Highly recommend for all age groups. Nice pool for the younger crowd and quiet setting for relaxing and enjoying the Arizona weather. Close to the mall for the ones that want to shop and just a short drive to the Superstition Mountains.

Location! Location! Location!
This unit was perfect for our 2 month winter escape! It is convenient to shopping, dining, golfing, hiking and services. We loved walking around the lakes everyday and enjoyed the view from the balcony. The heated pool is right out the front door as is the hot tub. The owners were easy to work with and have furnished the unit very nicely. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Our only criticism would be that we didn't have access to the master bedroom closet since the owner used that for personal storage.

Great Spot
Our group of 4 stayed here. A fantastic spot. Walking distance to restaurants and pubs if desired. Close to groceries if needed. Literally closest unit to hot tub and pool in the complex. Near I-60 so feels like you can drive and get anywhere in about 25 minutes. Dino and Tammy were very easy to work with and were very prompt in replying to any questions I might have had. Would definitely book here again.

First Class All the way!!!
Once again my wife and I had the great pleasure of using Dino and Tammy's condo in Mesa. We found the unit clean and ready to move in. The charm of this condo is enhanced by the lakes and wildlife. The proximity to almost everything you could need is a huge bonus. Maximum 20 minute walk or 10 minute drive. So much to see and do in the Phoenix area. We recommend the Music Instrument Museum in Scottsdale, the Organ Stop Pizza in Mesa and a most pleasurable and easy walk around the Riparian in Gilbert. The condo was equal to or better than our expectations and if the exchange rate cooperates, we will certainly return.

Great Golf Vacation Getaway
This three bedroom condo is ideally located to accommodate golfing throughout the area! Restaurants are plentiful, varied and within easy walking distance for an evening out. It is also just a short hop to Mesa Gateway Airport that made getting there a breeze.
The condo itself was clean and well maintained with lots of space for four. It came with everything we could have expected. Pool and hot tub where just outside the front door and were a welcome reprieve for sore muscles at the end of the day.
Owner communication was superb. Anything I asked or wanted was greeted with friendly, prompt and efficient replies / service. I would highly recommend this unit.
