- House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or festive events due to respect for the neighborhood and property.

House with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, equipped kitchen and very nice view.
Our Villa is very comfortable with a large south-facing terrace and a beautiful view of the bay and the park.
The pool is fenced with an alarm. Several species of trees in the garden (palm trees, olive trees, pines, fig trees and other exotic trees, a real relaxation We are 3km from beautiful beaches, the village center is 250m, St Tropez is 15km!

What a pleasant surprise to find that the house is even more beautiful than the posted pictures and that the location provides everything we could have asked for. The house is huge and indeed charming, the grounds are beautiful, the pool was wonderful and the views are absolutely spectacular. Our whole group, from 6 years old to mid-50s, loved the house and the area. A short walk takes you to the main strip, which has all the supplies you would need, including the boulangerie, and it's a slightly longer albeit still short walk to a fully stocked supermarket with more reasonable prices. It's a picturesque 30 minute walk through vineyards or a short drive to the closest beach, and there's a shuttle to the local beaches that stops in multiple locations in the village. And of course you are well situated to explore along the coast. I was a bit surprised that sheets and towels weren't provided, but local rental was easy. Public transport to the house is doable though involves a few steps and driving was straightforward though traffic can be heavy. Overall we loved our stay at this beautiful house, our only regret was that we had to leave. We hope to return one day. Thank you for a very memorable holiday Marie.

What can I say...If you love France or want to experience France for the first time then this is for you! A huge property clearly a very old family heirloom with a great feel to the place and spectacular views of the sea and Cavalare in the distance right from your outside dining table. Local shops just a 10 min walk away which also include a Spar shop for the everyday if required, along with more French style shops and restaurants there too. Took us 10 min drive to the spectacular Gassin or 20 mins from to Tropez makes this property ideally located. Believe it or not it was just the 3 of us to enjoy what felt like an old Chateau, huge pool, a trampoline in the garden also, my Son spent many and hour playing the piano there which just added to the tranquil atmosphere. Christine met us and saw us off on our depart and couldn't have been nicer to deal with and always replies to any queries one may have. Be advised this is FRENCH only place no english spoken! so make sure you can at least get by in French and you will be fine..Google translate can come in very useful also! I literally left this place with a lump in my throat, our stay was just so beautiful..
