Duplex apartment of 120m2, and 2 terraces of 50m2 each with sea and village views. This duplex is located in the heart of the village of Morro Jable, 200m from the beach and all shops and restaurants.
The apartment is secured with an ALARM and remote monitoring. A safe is available.
It includes a first level with: an entrance, a living room with television, a bedroom with double bed 140x200 and television, a shower room with WC, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hotplates, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a 50m2 panoramic village and sea view terrace with lounge and dining area.
On the second level: a hallway, a shower room with WC, a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and television, dressing room, a 50m2 solarium terrace with panoramic views of the village and the sea.
If necessary, the living room is equipped with a 140x200 convertible sofa.

Enjoyed a lovely week in this clean, comfortable, well equipped and spacious apartment. The apartment is not overlooked by neighbouring properties and the sun terrrace gets sun from about 10:30am in April all the way through to sunset.
The nearby Spar is perfect for croissants, fresh bread and everything else you might want during your stay.
The long, sandy beach is a five minute walk away and the sea is beautifully calm and refreshing.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby and we would recommend booking a table at Bodega del Jandia for an excellent tapas meal.
All in all an excellent week in the sun. Thank you Thierry!

Nice apartment, very well equipped. Lovely top floor sun terrace well screened from neighbours. Excellent check in with a very helpful Teresa. Property lies at the back of Morro Jable with a very steep walk to town & nearby beaches. Car parking quite close to prperty.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt perfekt. Super ausgestattet, vor allem in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Hervorzuheben ist auch die große Sonnenterrasse sowie eine überdachte Terrasse, auf der man von der Sonne geschützt herrlich frühstücken kann. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Straßenlärm hält sich in Grenzen. In der Wohnung selbst ist es ganz ruhig. In der Nähe befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt. Auch den Strand erreicht man in wenigen Minuten. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und der Kontaktperson vor Ort war super.

The hill to the apartment is extremely steep … as a senior with failing knees, this was a daily challenge. The apartment directly across the road is extremely run-down and seems full of dodgy characters.
A block (yes, down that darn hill) is a very large SPAR supermarket with an excellent selection of everything you could need, including freshly made baked goods and breads.
Overall this was everything we expected and more. By the way, the beds are every bit as good as home and super comfortable.
Highly recommended for someone looking to be in the centre of the town, in a very large space with huge decks and terraces.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen, komfortablen und geräumigen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Übergabe durch Teresa verlief optimal. Der Ersatz eines defekten Gerätes wurde durch den Vermieter innert kürzest möglicher Zeit erledigt.
Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

PROS:casa amplia, con luz y cerca de la playa. Grandes terrazas.
CONTRAS:Sofas de salón y terraza muy muy muy sucio. No hay puertas en dormitorio principal, ni en cocina. Se oye TODO. No hay cortinas ni persianas en salón.... . Llevar antifaz si quieres dormir sin luz

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Objekt. Der Lärm der Straße ist schon etwas lauter, da es etwas hoch schallt, man gewöhnt sich aber schnell daran und weis sich zu helfen. Die zwei Terrassen sind sehr praktisch und groß. Die Ausstattung im allgemeinen ist sehr gemütlich und es war alles vorhanden. Auflagen für die Liegen auf der oberen Terrasse waren leider nicht vorhanden, wären aber nicht verkehrt. Ausserdem, zwei Badezimmer sind Gold wert und der begehbare Kleiderschrank war eine tolle Unterwaschung. Die Entfernung zum Strand und zum Supermarkt sind nicht groß und alles ist sehr schnell erreichbar. Wir werden die Wohnung für die nächste Reise auf die Insel im Hinterkopf behalten. Preis Leistung für 4 Personen ist völlig ok, bei 2 Personen wäre es doch ein wenig Zuviel (Vergleich vor der Buchung schon Mal nachgesehen), da wäre ein alternatives Angebot Super. Im Großen und Ganzen ist dieses Objekt zu empfehlen!

Urlaub trotz Corona
Großartiges Objekt für Coronazeiten mit Ausgangssperre, weil es zwei sehr große Terrassen hat. Man konnte sich wenigstens Sonnen und hatte einen herrlichen Blick auf den Atlantik. Ich würde dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen.

Spacious, comfortable, apartment Morro Jable, Fuerteventura.
Large well appointed apartment over two floors. Really well presented, with nice furniture, and all equipment you need on holiday. Also, great outside space with two large balcony's with furniture and nice views over town and ocean. Would recommend as an ideal place to stay for two couples with a short distance to town centre and beach. (It is near the top of a steep hill so not for anyone that this would cause a problem for.)
Thierry, the owner, kept us well informed and the details supplied covered all we needed. Thank you.

Tolle Ferienwohnung für Städter
Die Ferienwohnung ist von der Ausstattung, der Raumaufteilung, der Möblierung incl. der beiden perfekt ausgestatteten Terrassen absolut top - von der Seite habe ich mich ab der ersten Stunde quasi zu Hause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, die Übergabe etc. war auch alles perfekt - großes Kompliment an die Professionalität. Der abendliche Blick von der Terrasse über Morro Jable und das Meer ist genauso wunderschön, wie auf den Bildern - absolut zum Wohlfühlen geeignet.
Die Wege ins Zentrum zu den Restaurants wie zum Strand sind kurz (allerdings sehr steil) und von daher ist die Lage klasse.
Einziger Wermutstropfen, der dann in Summe nur zu 4 Sternen führt ist der Straßenverkehr an der Terrassenseite.
Auf der Terrasse hat man hin und wieder sein eigenens Wort nicht mehr verstanden - eine Buslinie führt vorbei, LKW-Verkehr ins Dorf, die Hälfte der Einwohner scheinen knatternde Mopeds zu fahren und der Rest simuliert in seinem Auto eine rollende Disko.
Als jemand, der in der Hamburger Innenstadt lebt glaubte ich immun gegen Verkehrslärm zu sein - weit gefehlt.
Absolute Ruhe sollte man also hier nicht erwarten - eine tolle Ferienwohnung ist allerdings sichergestellt.

Luxus Wohnung in Toplage
Thierry‘s Wohnung ist mindestens so schön wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist von beiden Terrassen überragend. Die Nähe zum Strand und den Restaurants ist perfekt und der Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Die angrenzende Straße hört man nachts leider ziemlich laut. Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wieder in dieser sauberen und toll dekorierten Wohnung Urlaub machen. Der Kontakt mit Thierry ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für alles!

Eine sehr, sehr schöne und große Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt
Wir habe in der Wohnung zwei sehr schöne Wochen verlebt. Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und sehr, sehr nett. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Super schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung in Morro Jable hat uns wirklich gut gefallen.Allerdings befindet sie sich in der falschen Lage (sehr laute Straßenkreuzung, soziales Umfeld ). Sie entspricht den Bildern im Netz in vollem Umfang.
Bei der Schlüsselübergabe war die "gute Seele" nach 5 Minuten sehr schnell verschwunden. Es wäre sehr nett ,wenn der Vermieter den Urlaubern mehr Handtücher zur Verfügung stellen würde , denn während des Wasch- und Trockenvorganges hat man keine Möglichkeit . Der hohe Energieaufwand ist zudem in der heutigen Zeit ebenfalls nicht von Vorteil. Der Kontakt zu Thierry kann nur als positiv bewertet werden ,er hat stets auf unsere Mails zeitnah geantwortet.

Traumhafte Wohnung mittendrin
Die Wohnung ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung. Uns hat die Lage der Wohnung mitten in Morro Jable sehr gut gefallen. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zum einkaufen. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft
Wir dürften mit 6 Personen einen traumhaften Urlaub in Morro verbringen.
Apartment:
Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist auch für 6 Personen geräumig und bietet jeglichen Komfort den man sich wünschen kann. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Der Kühlschrank ist für 6 Personen groß genug. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine befinden sich in einem kleinem Nebenraum. Die Bäder sind sehr groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Im Wohnzimmer und im oberen Schlafzimmer befinden sich sehr neuwertige Klimageräte, die die Räume sehr gut runter kühlen. Bei dem unteren Schlafzimmer ist die Kühlwirkung räumlich bedingt etwas schlechter und verzögert. Für die, die ihre Bettdecke nicht gerne mit dem Partner teilen sei angemerkt, das jedes Bett nur über eine King-Size-Decke verfügt. Daher sollte man sich vielleicht eine weiter Decke mitbringen. Für alle Personen steht ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch im Bad bereit. Zusätzlich gibt es noch Strandtücher, Strandmatten, Sonnenschirme und Strand-Stühle. Die Terrassen sind sehr groß und gut ausgestattet (großer Esstisch unten, Sonnenliegen oben). Morgens kann man dort sehr gut Frühstücken, weil die Sonne noch nicht auf der Terrasse steht. Ab 13:00 Uhr bis 19:00 Uhr liegen beide Terrassen voll in der Sonne und es wird sehr warm. Im oberen Schlafzimmer befindet sich noch ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank inklusive Safe.
Vermieter:
Wir standen mit Thierry und mit Teresa immer per WhatsApp in Kontakt. Beide sind sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir sind sehr spät angereist, trotzdem hat die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos geklappt. Auch die Abreise erfolgte absolut problemlos. Einfach Schlüssel auf den Tisch legen und Türe hinter sich zuziehen. Absolut Top.
Lage:
Das Apartment liegt im alten Stadtteil von Morro. Da dies der Auslauf eines Tals ist, liegen die umgebenden Häuser am Hang. So auch dieses Apartment. Der tägliche Gang zum Strand war dementsprechend auch mit einem steilen Heimweg verbunden. Es ist einfacher und flacher, der geschlängelten Hauptstraße runter zum Strand zu folgen, als den kürzeren Weg am Spar-Markt vorbei zu gehen, dieser ist sehr steil (24% Steigung). Wenn man im Spar-Markt einkaufen war, empfiehlt es sich, im Parkhaus auf die 2. Etage zu fahren, so hat man sich etwas Steigung gespart :-) . Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, haben wir auch andere Strandabschitte besucht, die alle sehr zu empfehlen sind.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Morro Jable!
Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach toll. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, toll ausgestattet, 2 Minuten vom Supermarkt und nur einige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Übergabe durch Teresa und der Kontakt mit Thierry verlief sehr nett, reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der Strassenlärm, der empfindliche Menschen stören könnte. Trotzdem sind die 5 Sterne hochverdient!!!

Super Apartment mit toller Dachterrasse
Wir waren zu dritt in dem super Apartment.
Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos mit Teresa geklappt.
Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Im oberen Schlafzimmer gibt es einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank (ein Traum für jede Frau). :-)
Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Apartment mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
Bei Fragen war Teresa sofort für uns da und immer hilfsbereit.
Fazit: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

There was a lot of storage space with a separate walking wardrobe in the master bedroom. The jewel in the crown was undoubtedly the veranda on the ground floor and the patio on the roof which is a suntrap. Both have stunning views of the sea and the old town. The spiral staircase was a novelty but that and the steep slope and steps in the street outside would rule it out for disabled holidaymakers. It was conveniently located in the old town of Morro Jable and within a stone-throw of one of the larger spa supermarkets. There was even thoughtful provision of beach equipment such as windbreakers, folding chairs and mats which made the beach, only a few minutes walk away, a more inviting prospect. Although Morro Jable is the most southerly town on the island the various attractions were within easy motoring distance. We would recommend hiring a car but we noticed there was a regular service to both the Oasis (a wildlife park) and Puerto del Rosario. It is also ideally situated for excursions to Punta Jandía, the wild beach of Cofete and the summit of el pico de Zarza as well as the magnificent 16km stretch of Jandía Playa. Thierry, the owner of the flat, who was in Paris at the time of our stay, was very prompt at answering questions we had by email. We would book this again without hesitation.

Super und unkompliziert! Tolle Sicht, zentrale Lage, zwei Balkone(!), sauber... gerne wieder!
Das Haus liegt in Morro Jable maximal 5 minuten (den Berg herunter) zum Strand. 2 Minuten zum Supermarkt mit Bäcker, Eisdile usw. Das Haus ist sehr schön und Stillvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es gibt zwei Balkone. Einer ist überdacht andere ist „frei“. Eine mit alem notwendigen eingerichtete Küche sowie eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind auch vorhanden. Alles wirkt sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Super angenehmer vermieter und unkomplizierte Schlüsselannahme- und Abgabe. Allgemein war das ganze Procedere sehr unkompliziert.
Alles im allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und ich würde diesen wieder hier buchen.
Der Vermieter ist sehr aufgeschlossen und beantwortet sehr zeitnah alle Fragen. Wenn ihr euch unsicher seid, fragt!

Super tolle Ferienwohnung !
Diese Ferienwohnung ist einfach ein Traum ! Sie ist extrem großzügig geschnitten, unglaublich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sie geht über 2 Wohnebenen: unten befindet sich ein wunderschönes Wohnzimmer, die komplett ausgestattete Küche, ein großes Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche und ein riesiger Balkon/Terrasse mit Blick auf Morro Jable und (durch eine große Häuserlücke hindurch) sogar auf das Meer - wenn abends die Lichter an sind: traumhaft ! Die Terrasse bietet 2 Sitzgruppen: 1 kleiner Tisch mit einer Sitzgruppe für 6 Personen zum gemütlichen beieinander Sitzen und einen großen Esstisch mit entsprechend vielen Stühlen.
In der oberen Wohnebene befindet sich ein riesiges Schlafzimmer mit einem ebenfalls riesigen begehbaren Schrank (super !!!) und einem sehr großen Badezimmer mit einer begehbaren Dusche. Von diesem Schlafzimmer aus hat man den Zugang zu einer großen Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick (über die Stadt und aufs Meer) mit 3 guten Sonnenliegen (Sonne bis zum Sonnenuntergang).
Diese Ferienwohnung lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen ! Es ist einfach an alles gedacht (selbst Strandhandtücher waren vorhanden).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral - egal wohin man möchte (Einkaufen, Ort, Restaurants, Strand) die Wege sind immer kurz, aber steil ! Man sollte also gut zu Fuß sein. Man genießt die Vorteile dieser zentralen Lage, muss aber in Kauf nehmen, dass es durch den innerörtlichen Verkehr auch nicht wirklich leise ist.
Wir haben in diesem Appartment eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft, tolle Terrassen
Wir (2 Pärchen + Baby) haben in der Wohnung 12 Tage verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Sie ist sehr geräumig und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen (eine Orangenpresse haben wir spendiert ;) Die Lage ist Fluch und Segen zugleich. Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Meter von dem größten und besten Supermarkt Jandias entfernt, sodass die Selbstverpflegung auch ohne Mietwagen sehr leicht fällt. Der Strand ist ein wenig mehr als nur 200 Meter entfernt, aber trotzdem nah gelegen. Generell sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, da das Wohngebäude typisch für Morro Jable recht weit oben in den Hang gebaut ist. Die zentrale Lage hat den Nachteil, dass aufgrund der umliegenden, stark befahrenen Straßen stetiger Verkehrslärm zu vernehmen ist. Dies leider auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Möchte man im Urlaub ausschlafen oder hat einen leichten Schlaf, sollte man eine andere Unterkunft wählen. Wir waren meist gegen 7:30 Uhr wach, sodass uns dies nur zum Teil störte. Alles in allem haben wir eine schöne Zeit in Morro Jable verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet (wie auf den Fotos), die Terrassen ein Traum. Das einzig Negative ist der Straßenlärm.

Geräumige Wohnung mit zwei großen Terrassen
Die Wohnung ist extrem geräumig, wunderbar sind die beiden Terrassen - eine überdachte mit großem Eßtisch, die andere eine Sonnenterrasse. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben fast wie zu Hause gefühlt!
Der Kontakt mit Thierry und Teresa war sehr gut, alles hat bestens funktioniert. Nett Thierry‘s Nachfrage per sms nach unserer Ankunft, ob alles ok sei.
