What an awesome spot for our family vacation! The multi levels of the house and numerous bathrooms throughout, was absolutely ideal for our 3 different families to spread out a bit. The pool and backyard are perfect for to relax at any hour of the day/night. The house was very clean and Kenny was very responsive for the few times i needed to contact him. Perfect central location to visit North or South of the area on the east coast. Would absolutely stay here again!

This place was one of the best and most comfortable VRBO's i've rented. Kenny is super accommodating and responsive. The property is nicely updated and had plenty of room for three families traveling together to spread out. The pool was glorious and the backyard soo inviting! We loved all the extras...karaoke machine, speakers outside, grill, mini golf in the back yard, and the fact that the home came with laundry soap, body wash and shampoo in the bathrooms, and a ton of towels. Kenny was nice and responsive, he came to help me figure out the lighting and wifi. I would recommend this property again, for sure.

Awesome stay in Boynton Beach. The house is beautiful, big kitchen, eating area. My only note would be there's not enough seating in the living room; needs another couch or two. The real showstopper is the backyard. Plenty of room for eight adults to stretch out and relax. The patio and eating area was wonderful and the shade provided the perfect respite from the sun. The bluetooth speakers kept the music going and the pool and hot tub were so great we barely left the house! Kenny met us for the check-in, it was very convenient. The best part was our grocery delivery beat us there and Kenny accepted the order for us, which was awesome. We did have a slight issue with the rain, but the customer service was top notch and our issue was addressed very quickly and satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this property and management team for a wonderful family vacation!!

We have ranted this property a couple of times and will do so again. I honestly use this location as a measure for others since staying here the first time. On arrival you can tell that the owners have a genuine concern for those renting from them. Everything is well stocked and furnished amazingly. The 5 kids ranging from 4-10 years old love the pool and the house. They stay busy and go to bed tired. The pool is very well managed and grill space is spectacular, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space for large families. I highly recommend this location for larger families and kids. You will be happy no doubt about it. Thanks so much for a great stay and look forward to future stays!

Those that wanted to had a quick ride to the beach. Only issue was one bathroom lacked hot water and the smoke detector in the kitchen needed a battery replacement. I am guessing that this has been attended to. My Dad the 95 year old also enjoyed the golf putting green! We would surely recommend the property and use it again!

I'll note that the two bedrooms on the lower floor did not get any internet signal at all and the router needed to be unplugged & started again multiple times. The king size bed in the room with the glass sliding door to the pool area has a mattress with broken springs. The property manager told us that a new mattress has been ordered - so make sure that that has happened.

Kenny was an awesome host. He was very easy to communicate with. The house was great for our group of 9 people. We had plenty of room for everyone to have space. The backyard was also great - amazing pool! We had a power outage during our stay and Kenny was able to bring us lanterns, call the electric company and keep us updated on when it would come back. Great stay overall. Thank you Kenny!!

This home is a hidden gem and I highly suggest staying. The location is in what one would consider your everyday middle-class neighborhood that I grew up in; quiet with limited traffic. When pulling up the effort devoted to the yard and outside is noticeable, but it wouldn’t necessarily catch your eye outside of really nice landscaping, which was outstanding to me. By no means am I saying the house was anything less than wonderful. I would just prefer to not stand out. You blend in and I appreciate that during a vacation. The host, Mr. Truong, was very attentive. He was very responsive with any questions that we had and was available if needed. He was very much vested in ensuring our experience was a good one and that was much appreciated. As a younger man, I worked for an accountant and my family did the construction to refurbished rentals, so I have a little bit of experience with homes that have been converted to rental. What I noticed immediately upon walking in the door is the care and attention to detail that is made to the inside of this house. The construction in general is not thrown together as with some of these rentals. The work was finished to make you feel that you are in a home, not a rental. The tile work is impressive and the furnishings and attention to detail in the house are great and you could tell there was thought put into it. The showers were something to note and delight to stand in after a long day of fishing. The rooms are spacious, clean, the beds are great, and the décor is on point. Finally the pool area. This area is awesome. We had 14 people at this house at one point and all the areas accommodated that many people. The pool was where the kids spent most of their time and as parents fixed meals and catered to kids you can easily watch them play outside at all times. There is a very shallow end that is about ankle deep that you can put a sun chair out in and let the younglings play in the shallows. It was very nice. The grill space was great and cooked very well, as well as the sitting area, and much time was spent out there. The beach access is not far and there are several marinas and state park beach access points that are about 20 mins drive. This location is centrally located for numerous locations. Boynton was recommended over WPB area beaches by friends that are from the area. It did not disappoint. Overall I give this a 5 star. We will definitely be back without a doubt and likely make it a regular trip.
