Located in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre, the property consists of two houses rented together and accommodating 18 to 20 people in total; A swimming pool of 6m x 12m, fenced, is at your disposal, complete with a large summer dining room of 60 M2 which can accommodate 20 people, open onto a large park;
The main house, with an area of 300 m2, has 7 bedrooms, three shower rooms, and a bathroom. The neighboring little house, with an area of 70m2, has 2 bedrooms, and a shower room; a kitchen area, the dining room, and a large terrace face the swimming pool. A sheltered and lighted outbuilding, a gazebo, in the middle of the park is equipped with a large table that can accommodate fifteen people;

I can’t recommend Beatrice’s house enough! It was perfect for a large group - the garden in particular is huge and beautiful. The house was really generously equipped with enough crockery and cooking things to easily feed a large group, and lots of fridge space. The pool was lovely (plenty of deckchairs supplied as well) and we particularly enjoyed the games room. The bedrooms were all fine and beds comfortable. The house is also perfectly located for a large group without a car: right next to the train station and 10 mins walk to a small supermarket and bakery. The village also has a market twice a week which was nice. We had such a wonderful week and Beatrice was incredibly kind and accommodating. This is such an excellent house for a large group - with everything you could want for a relaxed holiday. We barely left the house all week!

Spacious house in a great location within easy walking distance of station, bakers, shop, cafe bar, canoeing and very good pizza restaurant. The pool was excellent. Unfortunately the net on the trampoline had been badly damaged the previous week. Hopefully this will be replaced before the next family stay.

We were a family group of 18. We were made very welcome by Beatrice. The property was large, beds were excellent and it contained everything you could possibly ask for. The beautiful pool and surrounding gardens along with the various outdoor entertainment areas were well used. Train station at our doorstep as well as the village. To find peace and tranquility, although there were18 people gives you and indication of the size. Thank you Béatrice a wonderful time had by all.

There was 4 families staying and we all had a great time, plenty of space when you need it and enough room to all eat together. The kids had a great time playing in the garden and in the pool. Gardonne has everything you need with a bakery, shop and bar. The owners were friendly and around if anything was needed. Overall a great holiday at a great location.

Ideal property for our large family gathering. Lots of outdoor space, toys, swings, playhouse etc. Also lots of different seating and eating areas so we weren’t on top of one another all the time. We employed a local chef to cook for us and she was impressed with the kitchen facilities.

We all loved the secluded, shaded and beautifully maintained grounds. The trampoline , the play house and the chickens and goats (in the adjoining land) were a great hit with our grandchildren aged 8 months to 5 years. The pool was brilliant but as we were at the beginning of the season it was too cold for the little ones when we arrived, so we opted for heating and it soon warmed up . The house was spacious, clean and well equipped and sited right next to the railway station. We really appreciated being able to walk to the excellent local boulangerie. The owners live next door and are very helpful but unobtrusive hosts.

Amazing property! We were blown aware by the property on arrival, it is so much nicer than the pictures portray. We had such a great stay in this home, amazing facilities and owners. Gardonne is lovely, the train station is just along the road with links to other cities so we didn’t have to use the cars. Fabulous! Thank you

Nous sommes restés deux semaines dans cette merveilleuse maison a 3 couples d'amis avec enfants !....La maison est idéale pour les enfants avec un vaste parc très bien équipé pour les plus petits, et une piscine sécurisée avec une barrière. Qu'il fasse beau ou non vous apprécierez cette maison qui n'est pas très loin de points touristiques agrébales : grottes de Rouffignac, Chateau de Casteleau, son et lumière de la bataille de Castillon !... A recommander !

Il est difficile de trouver une maison avec une telle offre de tout, pour les petits comme pour les grands: magré le temps mitigé( commun à toute la France à cette époque), les enfants ne se sont pas ennuyés une seconde. Le parc offre tout ce qu'on peut rêver comme jeux extérieurs, et la petite maison d'enfants est une source de jeux inépuisable. A l'intérieur,une salle de jeux, des livres pour tous les âges, des jeux de société en quantité...Pour les grands, une salle de sports complète dans la maison de la piscine avec un baby foot, la disposition de nombreux livres, et pour le golfeur de la famille, uune télé écran plat avec Canal+ sports pour regarder les grands tournois de l'été. Une maison facile à vivre, mais avec une décoration de goût. Des tas d'endroits où s'isoler lorsque les enfants manifestent trop leur enthousiasme! Une maison heureuse, pleine de charme, des propriétaires trés attentifs à votre confort, mais discrets. Nous aimons en général changer d'endroits de location, mais là tout le monde a décidé de revenir!

Piscine, jardin (immense), cuisine d'été, véranda sur jardin, barbecue, jeux pour enfants, chambres, salles de bain... tout y est ! Des proprios, Rolland et Béatrice, vraiment sympas et accueillants. C'est simple, c'est la quatrième année que nous y allons avec nos amis. Adultes et enfants, nous y passons toujours une excellente semaine. C'est LA maison qu'il nous faut! Pascaline et Vincent

Une maison splendide, avec une piscine qui l'est tout autant! En plus, l'aménagement intérieur est très pratique et bien agencé.Une décoration de très bon goût. Nous y avons passé un séjour vraiment merveilleux! Les propriétaires sont charmants (disponibles tout en étant très discrets).

Vous voulez passer de bonnes vacances ? alors aucune hésitation cette destination est faites pour vous !! 8 jours de réel dépaysement, une maison où rien ne manque,un équipement complet, adapté ( nous étions 15 et que se soit un niveau place, équipement de cuisine, couchages, sanitaires tout était parfait ) un superbe jardin agrémenté ( table de ping pong, fléchettes, piscine, jeux pour enfants, pétanque et même vélos...)et que dire de l'accueil des propriétaires nous nous serions crus en famille.
