It is one of a kind, and it offers our guests 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with a King bed in the Master Bedroom, and a Full Bed over Full Bed Bunk Bed in the 2nd Bedroom, and a pull out Queen sofa so this fantastic home sleeps up to 8 people comfortably in beds. It also has a great room style living space, with a plenty of seating, bar top dining, a full kitchen and an outdoor BBQ grill. This home is also part of our Property Manager Program, so one of our dedicated Property Managers will assist you during the entire reservation and vacation process. This property is very much as it is advertised. The only two items that I would make a recommendation on are: cushions for the pool lounging chair and a bi-pass for the pool alarm on the outside. The alarm would trigger each time we went into the building. Neither of these items are show stoppers for us and we would definitely stay again!

The unit was clean and comfortable but lacked maintenance. The alarm for the entrance of pool area literally fell apart making it non operational also I opened above kitchen cupboard door and it almost fell on me but me luckily bottom hinge kept it from falling off completely. We went to cook breakfast and the left front electric burner had no adjustment it was stuck on high burning our sausage be for realizing there was a problem. Large holes at the end of the driveway with cars bottoming out also a tripping hazard.

The house was just perfect for us. It was very clean and it had everything we could need. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with the owner was fabulous. They are very responsive for any questions. We love the location. It was within walking distance of so many fun, places to shop and eat and listen to music, the house also had beach chairs and a cart that we could just walk right across the street and head to the beautiful white sand beaches. We couldn’t have asked for a better time.

We had a great weeklong stay. The house was well outfitted with the exception of no large knives or coffee filters and the couch was heavily stained. Beds and linens were comfy and toiletry and kitchen kits with soaps was super helpful.
The area was quiet by 10pm each night. Although you can’t hear anything from inside. We liked sitting in the pool at night listening to the music from the bars and restaurants.
My husband and 3 kids were very comfortable. We had enough space although we spent most our time out on the pool deck. We never turned the tv on the whole time there, the pool and access to the village was so convenient that we stayed busy having fun all hours of the day!
The walk to the beach is super easy. Thank you so much for providing a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and toys. It was really nice to not have to buy that stuff just to leave it behind. We parked the car once we were there and just walked everywhere. so close to everything you really don’t need a golf cart.
Management was responsive and helpful. The locals at siesta were all very nice and welcoming. Siesta became a favorite instantly and we will be back.
Beach wasn’t too crowded, water was warm and clear and sand silky soft!

Very close to the village with restaurants and shops so no car needed. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean although the floor could use a deep clean. Linens and towels much appreciated along with starter supplies which is all we really needed. Short walk to beach too but the pool was awesome. I would invest in cushions for the outdoor chairs as they're heavy and hard. Also, there was only one very small blanket (kid size) so blankets would be nice. Overall, I would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Loved this little cottage right uptown in Siesta Key! Very clean, easy check in, beautiful pool and surround area. Close walk to the beach! A bit smaller than appears in pictures, but beautiful decor. The only suggestion I would have is to update the included wagon and beach chairs, the handle of the wagon was rusted out and snapped off the first day and there were only two usable beach chairs, so we went and bought our own. Plenty of towels available though! We had a great stay!!

This home was spotless and very cute. Location was perfect for a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely rent here again! Only negative is the inability to regulate your own pool and home temperature. This was explained in the info video, once we arrived, but did not feel that was acceptable, for the price that we paid.

We had a great stay at this location! Walking distance to anything and everything you could need. Super cozy. A 3 min walk to the beautiful beach! The private pool was my favorite part. Very quiet and peaceful. Exactly what my partner and I needed to recharge from our busy day to day life. You can rent golf carts and scooters right down the road to drive around on the island with. We got a golf cart and drove all around looking at the beautiful homes. So many restaurants to choose from. Just an all around great experience! There’s a candy shop, coffee shops and souvenir shops! Just a really neat town to visit and so super clean! So clean. The house is super cute, well kept, and cozy. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! We had a great time and definitely will be back!

The location could not have been better! One block to town and one block to the beach! We had an amazing time walking to the beach and then coming back and jumping in the heated pool. Our kids truly enjoyed every moment.

The property location is quite nice. We haven’t been to siesta key in sometime although we live only about an hour away. The director the place was clean and nicely updated. It would be nice if the pool was a little more private. Nonetheless our biggest complaint was the bedroom in the master. The mattress is really old and needs to be replaced. The shower in the master room also could not be used as there was no water pressure. The closet door fell off as well.
Either way we enjoyed our stay and being pet friendly is a plus

Great location! Super close to the beach and Siesta Key village. We loved being able to get up and be walking on the beach in a couple minutes and then in the evening walk equally close to find a bite to eat. The property was perfectly sized for a small family and having the private pool right outside was awesome. The property was clean and maintained. The pool was checked twice during the week and the landscaping was also tweaked once.

Great place!
We loved this place! Fit all of us very comfortably. The pool was great! Spent most of our time outside around the pool. Was very happy with the amenities for the beach that were provided. Will definitely stay here again.
