Enjoy spectacular ocean views and breathtaking sunsets in this 7-bedroom, 8-bathroom, second-row, private home.

The bedrooms (located on the 2nd and 3rd level) are set up with a king master, 2 king guests, 2 queen guests, 1 guest with a full, and 1 bedroom with 2 full beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. This private home is perfect for accommodating up to 16 guests comfortably. For those not wishing to climb the stairs, this home is equipped with an elevator. During the day soak up the sun on the private sundeck where you can enjoy sweeping views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean! Cool off in the private pool or relax in the spa. Just steps from the beach and to Coligny Plaza with shopping, dining, and entertainment, there are endless ways to spend your days here! We look forward to seeing you at the beach!

The home is designer furnished and strikingly decorated throughout. To enter the home you walk through the large four car garage into the billiards room, the perfect place to challenge your opponent for a game of pool or just to relax in the game room.

For those wishing to sit back and relax, just a follow the steps up to the main level of the home, you will enjoy all the comforts the media room has to offer! Equipped with surround sound and large flat-screen television, enjoy your favorite movie or sporting event in luxury. Put your feet up and unwind with a good book or in the home's quiet living area overlooking the pool also located on this level of the home.

Also on the main level is five of the seven bedrooms, the first bedroom you come across is the guest master with a king bed private en-suite bathroom that features a single vanity and a shower/tub combination and personal sliding glass door to the outside balcony! Around the corner is a comfortable Queen bedroom with a beautiful single vanity and shower/tub combination, this room also has a private balcony. Down the hall features a Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a private sliding glass door to the wrap around balcony. on the same side of the home is a Guest full bedroom with a en-suite bathroom that has a walk in shower. The last bedroom on this floor is furnished with two full sized beds and a spacious en-suite bathroom.

Just a few more steps up to the 3rd level, is Luxurious open floor plan that leads to a large gourmet kitchen, complete with two ovens, is a chef’s dream come true, dinning room table that sits 10, a spacious living room and the remaining two bedrooms! The first bedroom is the master king bedroom equipped with a beautiful en-suite bathroom that features a walk in shower with double vanities for personal space, private balcony over-looking the pool, and a large walk in closet. Many wonderful features: location was practically on the beach, spacious dining , kitchen, and living area, each bedroom had its own bathroom, generously equipped kitchen, seating for many around the pool, and fabulous views from the crow’s nest. Hopefully at some point they’ll add an ice maker and room darkening shades.

Great house for multiple families!We have vacationed in HH many times over the years,but this may have been the most enjoyable house we have stayed at overall-The pictures don't show how big this house really is- it is massive- even for 17 people-wonderful main area on main floor-elevator ok but slow- didn't use it much- you will walk the steps in this house a lot-kitchen awesome but flow not efficient for cooking-needs a dedicated ice maker for a house this big- very comfortable overall, pool small but nice,hot tub great and steam shower/bathroom off of pool nice touch-proximity to beach is great!-2nd row prices but 150 steps to beach- I would highly recommend this house to any large family gathering-note-the elevator is not very convenient for elderly as it takes too long to use it- be aware
