Looking to escape to a luxury beach home on a quiet beach within minutes of shopping, entertainment, and great food? This is the place for you.

As you first walk into Shoreline Villas #14, you will notice the gorgeous white marble countertops. You will also find top of the line appliances, perfectly thought out cabinet space, and unique bar lighting. As you enter the living room you will notice a large flat screen TV, a large comfortable seating area, as well as other exquisite art work throughout the house. Attached to the living room is the balcony that overlooks the beach which has private steps leading onto the beach. It is a perfect sitting area for parents to enjoy their ice cold lemonade while keeping an eye on the children making sand castles on the beach. Below the deck you will find a breezeway with a large table, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

The second floor of the unit is the sleeping area. The master bedroom is expertly decorated in calming hues of soft green and white. The king size bed will make for a wonderful night’s sleep. The built-in cabinets provide plenty of storage. The master bathroom is adorned with gorgeous green glass tile and is very spacious. The master bath is also equipped with a rain shower. The owners built this master bath with the intention to see the gulf as you shower.

The loft is perfect for children. You will find two bunk beds, their own TV, dresser, and a lamp. Attached to the loft is a full bath with gorgeous glass tiling. On the other side of the loft is the additional king bedroom. The two king bedrooms with the loft is perfect scenario for a dual family vacation.

Shoreline Villas are conveniently located close to amenities and activities. There are two grocery stores within a quarter mile. Pier Park is just a 5 to 7 minute drive to the east where you will find excellent shopping, a wide variety of restaurants, several night clubs, a 16 theater cinema, and many activities for the kids, including amusement park rides, laser tag, bungee jumping, and more.

Just a few miles to the west is Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, where you can rent bikes to cruise the Scenic 30-A bike trail, enjoy a casual lunch on the patio of Wild Olives or Summer Kitchen, or enjoy one of several first class restaurants for fine dining. If you enjoy music, you are sure to enjoy 'Groovin on the Green concert series in Carillon Beach which is less than a quarter mile away.

There are five public golf courses within a 30 minute drive of Shoreline Villas. Camp Creek is arguably the nicest of the group. The two courses at Bay Point are also highly regarded, as are the 27 holes at The Hombre. Signal Hill is a forgiving open course that is a good value and not as challenging.

This place was fabulous, minus the cool weather! Loved that is was on the west end of the beach, close to attractions, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the spring breakers. Beautiful decor, only downside was the water pressure and temperature of the mater shower, but everything else was great, so I can overlook that! Great place, would totally book there again!

This has to be one of the best places I’ve stayed! Literally seconds to the ocean, a minute drive to Winn Dixie, close to pier park but far enough away to not have lots of traffic. Area is quiet. Beach was not very busy. Home was clean and had plenty of kitchen utensils. Furniture was comfy. Only complaint I can think of is the bed in the master is VERY firm. I had trouble getting comfortable but all of the other amenities made up for it. Cleaning crew definitely needs to leave the washing machine open between visitors and it could probably use a good cleaning since it’s a front loading washer is does have a tendency to mold and it had a very strong odor when we opened it for the first time. Overall the property was clean. It would have been nice to have some kind of stick vacuum to use or a better broom and dust pan to get the sand up. I would definitely book here again. It was great!

Check-in, access details and check-out was as easy as it gets. Fully automated. Property was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids but could easily handle 4 kids.

We enjoyed staying at here very much. The proximity to the beach was amazing. It’s a quiet area and we also loved that as well. I felt the kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. Great appliances and storage space for food. The only thing I did not like about this rental was it was a bit dirty. The master shower had some mold on it and the cleaning before we got there did not meet my standards which I’ll admit may be high at times. This was one of those times. 😊

This area of the emerald coast is hands down the best kept secret. Can’t say more bc it won’t be a secret and I wish to continue enjoying my annual low key vacations. Thank for a great family vacay spot!

We love the location of the property and the fact that it was renovated and done very nicely. The outside is great and the colors and beds were awesome. The renovation used all the square footage masterfully. The reason it was not given a 5 star is the musty, moldy smell. We are pretty sure that the shower in the master bathroom is the cause of the smell. The shower, while very pretty, had mold on the walls and in the corners. Caulk had obviously been put over the mold. There is a real issue with the mold that needs to be addressed. It is not safe since it is black mold. Also, the kitchen needs a few more items, like casserole dishes and a decent can opener. We loved our week at the beach and again loved the outside downstairs with the large table and chairs as well as the well done renovations other than the upstairs shower. We would consider staying again if the mold issue is addressed.

Clean, comfortable, updated, very convenient to beach! Great for two couples with two king bedrooms. This beach area is terrific.if you prefer a non crowded area with very nice families. The management company makes everything easy and answers questions and addresses concerns promptly.

The condo is perfect for this beautiful beach. The condo is clean, updated interior and there was plenty of room. The condo is right on the beach. Walk out the back door and the back yard is the beach. You can watch the Dolphins and sting rays jump out of the water from the deck. There is plenty of things to do, water activities, shopping and restaurants are close by. We will definetly stay here again.
