Toller Kurzurlaub. Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Das gebuchte Deluxe Doppelzimmer war neu renoviert, super Ausstattung, wie Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, separate Sitzgruppe, Klimaanlage und Balkon. Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstücksbuffet war super, es war alles für ein ordentliches Frühstück vorhanden. Fehlende Speisen wurden sofort wieder aufgefüllt. Gut gefallen hat die Möglichkeit der eigenen Zubereitung von Spiegeleiern. Die Fahrradgarage war ausreichend groß und hatte auch genügend Steckdosen für Ladegeräte zur Verfügung. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Parkgebühr in Höhe von 5 € war angemessen. Getränke und Pizzen konnte an der Rezeption bestellt werden.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Meckenheim. Da es kein Restaurant hatte, musste man zum Abendessen in den Ortskern laufen (ca. 10-15 Minuten).

Frühstück war okay!

Zimmer unterdurchschnittlich! Kein Spiegel im Zimmer, nur im Bad. Geruch im gesammten Souterrain und im Kleiderschrank. Falsches Passwort für WLAN mitgeteilt bekommen.

Nicht der Hit

Für ein außergewöhnliches Frühstück wie es beschrieben war ist es ein ganz normales Frühstück. Es werden keine Extrawünsche erfüllt. Was sehr störend war, dass die Unterbringung nicht im selben Gebäude des Frühstücksaals war. Die Ausfüllung des elektronischen Meldeschein für die Rechnung musste man selber durchführen. Um das Zimmer zu erreichen musste ich über den Hof laufen und noch mal fünf Minuten zum Zimmer selbst laufen. Für jemand mit viel Gepäck der mehrmals laufen muss ist das sehr nervig.

Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, gutes Frühstück

Sauber, nette Mitarbeiter sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Frühstücksraum. Hübsch eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was ich gebraucht habe.

Der Boden vor dem Fahrstuhl im Souterrain war ziemlich ramponiert und könnte ausgetauscht werden.

Kommen gerne wieder.

Frühstück war vollkommend ausreichend und reichhaltig trotz einem hohen Gästeaufkommen. In die Innenstadt von Meckenheim waren es nur wenige Gehminuten.

Es fehlt leider eine Lademöglichkeit für E Autos.

Good except for one really important thing

Mostly a really good hotel, and breakfast was excellent.

The only bad thing, and it was really bad, was that the fridge in our 4-star rooms made the most appalling loud inconsistent noises all night long, which meant we got little sleep, and sleep is important on this kind of road-trip. It's possible that all the 4-star rooms have the same fridges, in which case they need to be replaced, as they ruin what is otherwise a very good hotel.

very unfriendly staff and general cleanliness not good breakfast was included in quote but we were charged 7 euro for food and 3 euro for an breakfast beverage per person per day and five euro for Street parking low quality cold meats and cheese cuts

Very good

Very nice room! Poor breakfast. No fruits. By the time, we came, there was almost nothing left. Also, no table was prepared, no plates, no cutlery. Bad service! Probably because only two people had to serve all the guests. Not really a four star hotel level.
