Wonderful location and incredible breakfasts!

The inn was in a perfect location and beautifully decorated. Breakfast bags each morning were fantastic! Can’t recommend it highly enough.

I like Rockport. probably would not return to the Sally Webster inn

Convenient, comfortable and well-worth the trip.

The convenience of parking and spending the night at a quiet, immaculately clean, beautifully maintained Inn. This Inn is within walking distance of performance art venues, galleries, shops, restaurants, beaches and lovely neighborhoods. It's especially peaceful in February.

This isn't necessarily a dislike - it's more of an observation. Sally Webster Inn was less personal than an Inn and more like an AirBNB property - given that there essentially no contact with the hosts. With that said - everything was perfectly explained by email and text and the online booking arrangement was easy and confidence inspiring. A choice of multiple healthy breakfast options arrived in a take-out bag with carafe's of steaming hot coffee - and there was plenty of everything. Could have used a couple of little plates in the room to go with the nice ceramic mugs. But again - this isn't a complaint. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return there if given the opportunity and would recommend the place to others.

Loved the house and the room! Just wish we were able to meet you!

Breakfast was fine but my friend and I miss dining with other guests. Maybe someday that will return.

We did not know how to work the tv. New to us old ladies!🤪 Some instructions would help.

Delightful Stay in Rockport

Bedroom is nicely decorated, bed is massive and the rooms are all very clean and quirky. Hot breakfast option is limited but the scones were tasty and freshly prepared every morning.

Bathroom is very small especially if sharing the room with a friend. There’s a communal living room but no dining room / other communal indoor area that can be used. So breakfast needs to be enjoyed in each of the bedroom therefore the set-up is more suited for couples.

The perfect overnight stay! The host (Marshall) was super accommodating and made sure all our requests were resolved. The room was extremely clean and super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and delivery right on time. Easy walk to shopping and dinner. Look forward to returning very soon.

A comfortable way to see Rockport and surrounds.

Room was beautiful. Check-in was easy and convenient. Breakfasts had good range of options. Beds were comfortable. Proximity to Rockport and Gloucester was great.

Very unsatisfactory stay. When I booked the room I paid a higher rate than now posted on website.

Breakfast came in a paper bag left in the hallway about 8AM. Bed comfortable but bedding appropriate for December, not late May. Hard to get room cold enough to lie under heavy comforter.

No receptionist, no soap, no hangers, no attempt at a closet space, no hand sanitizer in building. Only "amenities" were box of tissues and Peet coffee (but nothing to stir in sugar). Now it's a "behind the scenes style property" which means no one is there. When I made the reservation it was an inn (bed and breakfast). If I had known, I would have booked another b&b.

Sally Webster is a fantastic historic inn. The rooms are beautifully designed and the beds are so soft and inviting. The owners were welcoming and responsive to requests and we could walk right into town.

Stylish Inn Right In The Heart of Town

Historic inn right in town with beautiful decorations, incredibly clean, and one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay and would return.

The property was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was very good (great pastries and yogurt) and it was necessary to eat at the little table in our room as there is no dining area. It would be helpful for the inn to provide wine glasses and a cork screw in the guest rooms. Bed was very comfortable and cozy.

There was nothing that I did not like. The bathroom sink area is quite small however and it is all the fixtures were new and high quality. The shower was very roomy and nice. Perhaps an additional shelf in the bathroom would be helpful.

We had a lovely stay!

The breakfast was great. The location was great. The service was great.

The room and bathroom were both extremely small. The room we had was at the front of the inn and was really noisy with road traffic.

Lovely stay in a lovely town, great Christmas memories.

Lovely room, we could walk downtown easily, we were there on the Christmas tree lighting weekend. the small fridge was so handy. Loved the breakfast that was dropped off so we could eat leisurely in our rooms. The service was wonderful, any text we sent was answered immediately.

Our stay at the Sally Webster Inn was safe, comfortable and all our needs were met.

Location is walking distance from shops and restaurants. All needs are taken care of —prior to checking in and throughout one’s stay — in an efficient manner.

All greetings and communication are done via technology.

It was a nice stay and host was responsive to needs I would consider it again

Location great Host was responsive questions and helpful. assisted with luggage and made the very best of a power loss situation

Rooms had very poor lighting. Couldn't read a book if you wanted to. Sink in bathroom was very very small

Breakfast was great, very fresh, on time! Very clean accommodations!

The furniture did not match the accommodations! An Inn of such history should of had furniture that was relevant to the era! Very modern bed, gold leg cafe table with fake fur covers! Expected period appropriate furnishings!

Charming and quiet

The recent renovations and decor are beautiful. Wonderful breakfast included. Plus it’s a quick walk to downtown Rockport.

Lovely stay but Covid restrictions/limitations (understandable) took away from our stay slightly.

The room was lovely and clean and the beds were luxurious! The location can’t be beat and the house is beautiful.

The following things are I think due to Covid. We thought the breakfast being left out from 8am was a bit odd. The instructions were a little unclear so we had cold coffee waiting for us as we slept in a little bit. During our whole stay we did not see or speak to the B and B host. I found this really unusual and took away from any sense of a warm welcome that you’d normally associate with a B and B.
