First Room carpet was SOILED...sofa cushions/sofa needed to be REPLACED..really bad conditon. We had a 2 year old we would not allow to be barefooted in. BREAKFAST on a Saturday was NOT READY and very LIMITED to what we are use to when staying at a STAYBRIDBE/IH property.

I reserved a room with a kitchen and two double beds, but upon arrival, was given a tiny room with only one double bed for our entire family. The room was on the third floor and the elevator did not work, making it impossible for my husband (a disabled veteran) to even get up to the room or to get our luggage up three flights of stairs. The building reeked of heavy deodorizer sprays and musty dirt. The hotel was overbooked and they did not offer me any compensation for THEIR mix-up and no working elevator. They said they had no more rooms, but online they clearly had an available suite (which they could have offered to us for a reduced price), but they lied straight to our faces, saying they had no more rooms. We were forced to find another hotel, when there were none available (during Spring Break) and we had to pay almost double, to stay at a terrible hotel, in a bad location, without a kitchen (which we needed to make our daughter food, as she has serious food allergies), that had dirty linens, broken air conditioning and where our new vehicle was key scratched during the night. We were forced to end our vacation two days sooner, because Staybridge could not accommodate us due to their inexplicable overbooking. Also, to add insult to injury, Staybridge charged me $704.00 and has yet to refund anything! We did not even stay at this hotel, but they stole our money and to date have failed to return a plug nickel. Don't stay here! The employees were rude, they lied and were incompetent. Even the GM lied, saying we would receive a full refund in 24 hours...that was four days ago... Buyer beware...this place is a ripoff!

We stay there for the kitchenette but might have to look around for something else.

Best part of room was the kitchen with an almost normal size refrigerator. Beds were comfortable

Will not stay here again

location was close to our event

Carpet was old and had several stains, sink had vomit or something in it housekeeping had to come clean, someone tried to come into our room at 4am when front office alerted they said no one was registered in that room and we would need to provide our credit card, next morning at checkout staff could not check us out because we were showed as a no-show and we were supposed to check in on the day we we’re leaving, we were told when manager arrived they would contact us which they never did. Tile around toilet was broken also.

I will not recommend nor will I stay at another staybridge suite

Our check in staff was friendly and try to meet our accommodations

It was under remodeling and no one told us about this. There was no pool no hot tub available on our grounds.

Location, room setup, comfortable bed.

Needs to be updated. Hotel was not very clean. Carpets are old and dirty. Lights did not work in our room. Breakfast was not good. Price is high for a queen bed room.

that furniture and carpet looked very old - smelled old too and that I woke up and found a roach/water bug in bedroom. The lobby also has a bad odor.

My credit card was charged when I booked the room and my husbands credit card was charged when we arrived. This wasn’t discovered until we received our credit card statements. This needs to be rectified. No one answers the phone at the hotel when we call.

Great!

I loved how the room had 2 separate rooms and restrooms for privacy as we were traveling with friends. We each got a room I can compare it to a small 2 bedroom apt. I loved the full kitchen and small living room area. The BBQ area was amazing. The hotel was close to many things.

the only thing we were all bumbed out about was that there was no pool.
