Last minute stay and very accommodating

Property very clean and tim room was spotless and cool

Indoor pool and breakfast was not very appealing

People there are so nice and so ready to help and accommodate. They made us feel like they knew us

I thought you would have pancakes. Not a big fan of toast and eggs... fruit was good. Oatmeal and dry ceral fair . Second morning French toast sticks were excellent but didn't have them1st day.

Tv channels could have had more movie options or could have had a smart TV so we could link our phones to it and watch our own apps. I could not find any of the baseball games on your apps and a limited HBO selection

Okay stay

It always clean and nice

It was to loud noise for the ppl. Upstairs or next door. I was horrible it wasn't quiet n peaceful the banging and stomping early morning and late at night it was crazy seem it was royal rumble. I was no a conference call n was so embarrassed cause you can hear it like it was in my room

Bad experience.

The bed and breakfast are good.

The AC did not work and the first night we could not sleep because we were not able to stop the fan from running. The next day we talked to the staff and he came and check and found the thermostat was not working. We asked to change a room and the answer was no. When we were checking out at 12:05pm and we were told we were late and there was an additional charge of $100. Although we were finally not charged, the way we were treated for being late for five minutes made me feel really bad.

Crappy.

Nothing in particular.

Room door lock malfunctioned. We had to keep going to front desk for someone to come and unlock it. They thought it was fixed, then the maintenance guy took the entire lock apart to fix it which took an hour. I asked if we could just change rooms but they did not entertain that idea.

Great stay, clean, comfortable room; we will be back.

well lit; very clean; quite; good bath product in bathroom (full size), comfortable bed

1 elevator was out of service, so we had to wait a little bit or squeeze into the elevator everyone else. The good thing is everyone was very friendly in the elevator & went out of their way to make room for others!

Nice hotel, but bed was hard

Staff was great and on top of things. It was clean. Breakfast was good, especially the oatmeal and they kept it very clean. Also, fixed the shower head after we complained about the water flow.

The bed and sofa bed were hard as rock or sleeping on a slab of cement. No give to the mattress, sofa bed was squeaky and hard, even sitting on sofa was uncomfortable. We had to ask that the shower head be replaced, hardly any flowing water, so plugged up with build up.

Cozy and Tidy, just need a few upgrades.

I liked the fact that it was clean and comfortable.

I didn't liked that the room didn't have a body mirror and the tv wasn't mounted to the wall. Some rooms have a lamp with a USB connection next to the bed to charge a phone.

Became a Hyatt member because I loved everything about it.

Awesome rooms, shower pressure and clean Loved the sectional in the room. Great to have an indoor pool and used the gym. Breakfast was exceptional

Did not meet expectations.

Location

Our room 329 had a loud clicking sound like a door constantly closing. It was coming from inside the wall. They could not fix and it was hard to sleep a night with the noise. We did not stay the second night. The trash can under the desk had not been emptied from the previous guests. The breakfast buffet was good. Would not stay again.

Great stay... for Corpus

The staff were hard working and friendly. It was a good value and close to a lot of food options and activities.

The facility was a little tired but all are that way in Corpus, sadly. (Even the Omni which we stayed at on our final night). Corpus doesn't have a lot of nice options but this is one place I would stay again. Safe, convenient, clean, and good staff.
