Fully furnished, this unit comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests - perfect for a small family or two couples.

* Living room includes a new queen size sleeper sofa with Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress, large windows for plenty of natural light, cozy gas fireplace and air conditioning.

* Private balcony with expansive mountain views.

Built in 2003, The Village at Palisades Tahoe is a lively European-style pedestrian village with restaurants, shops, yoga studio and nightlife just steps away. Catch some live music in the Village Plaza or warm-up and roast marshmallows in one of the four fire pits. Come enjoy the ultimate 4-season mountain resort!

During the winter enjoy world class downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, dog sledding, snowshoeing, and ice skating.
Spring, summer and fall activities at or near the resort include hiking, biking (trail and mountain), horseback riding, tennis, golf, rafting on the Truckee River, and boating, sailing, kayaking, and swimming on beautiful Lake Tahoe.

Our condo is independently owned and operated. As such, we try to offer this property for less than booking directly with the resort. Daily housekeeping is NOT included in these discounted rental rates, but can be arranged directly through us should you desire for a fee. Advance notice is needed.

Great location on the top floor with ready access to the shops in the Village. Completely and totally outfitted for the stay. A very comfortable bed. The furniture is all good and appropriately sized and spaced for the size of the condo. Clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. A great escape!

We had an excellent time at Michael’s and Karen’s lovely condo. Booking, check-in, communication all worked flawlessly. The place itself was very well maintained, clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. A big plus are the included garage parking space, ski locker, hot tub, and - of course - walking distance to ski lifts. We truly hope to come back, either in summer or for another winter vacation. One can’t ask for a better location for a wonderful stay at Palisades.

A terrific property in the Village whose owners have obvious pride in their unit. It is very well equipped and had lots of little touches that made me think they spend time there when not renting it. Pre stay communication was excellent and I even got an email mid stay checking in to make sure all was good. I would rent this again in a heartbeat! Other owners can learn from these folks! They get hospitality! Thank you.

Unit is right in the village with ski lifts, shops and restaurants right down stairs. Michael and Karen have been really responsive and shared all the needed information before we arrived, which was super helpful.

Had a wonderful time. Place is central to everything. Ski locker was a huge help. Outdoor hot tub quite enjoyable. Room was great (modern, clean, etc.). Would highly recommend.

We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed our stay. The apartment is super tidy, has everything you need to cook meals, and is conveniently located right in the heart of the Village for easy access to dining and shopping options as well as of course ski lifts. The hosts, Michael & Karen, were very on top of things and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

The condo was very nice and well stocked. Super close and convenient to everything. 3 min walk to the lifts. There is a little market in same building and bars/restaurants all within a quick walk. Parking was easy, no problems finding parking in the garage. We had 2 bluebird days and 2 powder days...can't ask for anything better than that. Highly recommend.

I rented Karen and Michael's condo for my parents (80 years old) over Christmas to give them more space (we have a small place at Palisades). Karen and Michael sent crystal clear instructions ahead of time, checked in by email frequently, and were very friendly. My parents appreciated that the condo was clean, uncluttered, comfortable, and had a fantastic fireplace. The check-in, parking, and check-out were easy and smooth. Thank you for the great stay!

This beautiful VRBO was nestled in a gorgeous area near Lake Tahoe. It had everything we could have wanted. It was super comfortable and made for a great get away! There were 2 nice hot tubs we had access to that overlooked the beautiful scenery. We would definitely recommend!

Everything was so clean and tidy and organized. The views are wonderful, proximity to the village made it so fun. It was reasonably quiet, considering the Freedom Festival going on! We loved having wine on the balcony, watching the sun go down. It just couldn't have been any better!

First time I've stayed in a ski village like this and I'd highly recommend it for anyone wanting to enjoy the slopes for a few days. Very convenient parking and access to all that Palisades has to offer. Easy to follow and thorough instructions from the owner that made everything a breeze.

We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it! It’s a beautiful unit with a great location. We’ve stayed in other Village locations, and this one was definitely the best. Having small kids, the arrival process was super easy, and the underground parking + elevator right up to our room couldn’t have been more convenient. Not all buildings in the Village have hot tubs, but this one did- so it saved us a longer chilly walk as we’ve done in years past. Our hosts were lovely and always responded to our messages quickly. We hope to stay here again! :) Thank you Michael & Karen!

A perfect, convenient getaway for a couple of skiers looking to park their car (underground) for a couple days and do nothing but ski, eat, drink, and relax...all arm's reach from your condo. Lifts and gondolas are a mere 2-minute walk from your condo through a little village filled with 6+ restaurants and bars and plenty of shopping. Hard to beat!

We stayed here for a wedding weekend in Olympic Valley and it was the perfect location. Close to everything in the village and a quick drive to Tahoe City and the lake. The owners were incredibly communicative and thoughtful. We'd stay here again for sure.
