About this house rental
With beds for 10 or 11 people and a great room walled around with glass, two of three bedrooms opening to the huge deck and the ocean-view spa, you'll be watching wildlife and be able to walk to the beach, or drive & park by the sand. We have 2 queen bedrooms, twins in the third, and a loft with 5 twins, dormitory style, plus 2.5 bathrooms, a 2 car garage with laundry, fully-equipped kitchen w/ spices, wood fireplace with oak wood furnished, Dish Satellite TV and free internet , stereo w/ lots of CDs, books, videos, games, etc. All linens provided. We just ask that you clean and put away the dishes you use and put the used linens on the washing machine when you leave.i

Spacious comfort, great views of ocean and Goat Rock. Full of books and comforts - everything you need. Groceries/Ace Hardware 4 miles south in Manchester. Visits from local deer and birds. Flowers and flowering bushes cover the yard. Convenient access to garage. Hot tub and awesome deck. Yes! We will come back here again! Loved it!!

My family stayed here for a wedding in the town just north of it in Elk. The home is beautiful (if a little dated) and met all our needs. There is a great view and owner is very helpful and provided instructions for everything. They even had a game closet that came in handy when the cousins got bored.

Quiet location nice home great view. The house looked clean but wasn't, floor tile dirty, window blinds broken, one fell down hit my wife's arm cut her, wifi spotty, cooking pans awful, sheets in master bedroom are stained. Could not use hot tub, old, had odd smell, and chemical solutions not filled, called owner said she would contact spa maintenance person never showed up. Irish Beach was very nice and clean. Overall owner needs to get her act together put some money back into house or don't advertise on this sites

Wonderful property, could not ask for a better ocean view. Plenty of space for everyone and the kids really liked the loft bedroom. The property felt genuine and comfy to us. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We had a great time at our girls weekend in Manchester. We had a total of 11 with enough space for all. Easy check-in and great location. Loved the deck, hot tub and the rain :)

Our family holiday was lovely excepting the invasion of sugar ants. I’d strongly recommend confirming they are gone before booking. Otherwise, a comfortable home.

Six of us women go to the coast every March. The Heinzer home was wonderful, the view of the ocean was amazing. Plenty of beds for guests.
We did turn the recliner chairs around to face the ocean instead of the TV, ocean view is the reason for renting at the ocean!!
We did have a problem with ants, make sure if you take containers to keep food in that isn't in the refrigerator.
This wouldn't keep me from renting this house again! Ane Diane Heinzer was very easy to contact.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Diane's Irish Beach home near Manchester. We walked to the beach from the home. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the home. The house was large enough to accommodate three couples and 2 children. The kitchen was roomy and nicely stocked with plenty of dishes and handy cookware. It was also great to have a garage with working washer & dryer. Thank You! We are grateful!

The women of our family had a wonderful time staying at this location. The upstairs loft beds were great as well as the circle of recliners in the Livingroom so comfortable. The hot tub watching the beach sunsets were stunning. Highly recommend this property for a great weekend retreat! 🎉🎉🎉

This is a wonderful property, perfect for a family vacation. Large common area to relax in, great hot tub, wonderful beach access, and close to the Redwoods. Wish I was able to stay another week and enjoy watching the waves, seals, and sunsets on Irish Beach!

Absolutely wonderful. The house was immediately inviting. We commented on feeling like we had arrived at grandma's house. Everything we needed was there for cooking and baking. The views are spectacular. Could not have enjoyed it more.

What a wonderful house! We had three families and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The loft is great for kids. Beautiful views all around, we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at the Heinzer Irish beach house. It was perfect for me and my family’s stay. The house was very well equipped with most everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The kids loved the upper loft bedroom and the hot tub was very enjoyable on the cool nights. The deck was super nice and I didn’t want to leave it. We could see the light house from our bedroom and also saw some humpback whales with the binoculars. The Point Arena light house was amazing especially when you get to the top where the light is! The Pier Place restaurant food was very good along with a cold beer. We also booked a fishing charter out of Fort Bragg and we all got limits of rock fish. The Irish beach access was easily accessible by car through the private gate and very nice.Thank you Diane Heinzer and family for letting us experience your wonderful beach home! We will be booking the Heinzer Irish Beach house again in the future.

Amazing getaway
We had a trip planned for Disneyland over spring break, but due to the coronavirus, they closed the park. We decided to take a trip to the coast and stayed at this beautiful place. The location is perfect and the view is amazing from the house. The had everything in the house that you’d need and a store very close. We will continue to visit here in the future.

Perfect for our family
We stayed at Diane’s lovely home during my daughter’s nearby wedding, and it was perfect for our East Coast family who stayed with us. The spectacular location, views from the deck, hot tub—all provided the quintessential California experience! And we were able to accommodate some overflow young guests in the upstairs area. It’s an older home, but well equipped and very clean. Highly recommended.

Beach Stay
Walking to the beach is not easy, the hill the house sits upon is steep. I’d prepare to drive. The house could use some deep cleaning and the “informational” notes were excessive. I think I counted over 23. A binder is appropriate, but the sticky notes placed throughout the house were not welcoming. Over all the stay was good, but could be great with a few minor tweaks.

Very nice house and great location
We had a great time nice house close to the beach. It was unseasonably warm and the house got a bit hot but that was an odd stretch of weather. Great view of the Irish beach rock from the deck. The giraffes in Point Arena are a must see.

Came up w/ friends to escape the city heat and work life. Its always a relaxing getaway at the Heinzer house! Might go for a third trip this year :) :).

Beautiful view!
Our extended family of 10 stayed here while attending a wedding in Elk, CA. The house accommodated our large group nicely, with plenty of beds and a roomy gathering room. The house was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view of the Pacific. Just what we needed for a weekend stay!

Great Views, cozy home!
This home was ideal for a holiday with several couples. The proximity to the beach path made it popular with the children in the group. The view is one of the best in the development (and we have stayed in many) Will certainly return.
