Retreat in this private & spacious, hilltop-located 2200 SQF split-level home. It features 3 Bedr, 2.5 Bath home, overlooking the Pacific Ocean views spanning from the Tamales Point to the Bodega Head. This home is Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired, classically designed and thoughtfully furnished.

Upon Arrival~
Drive up to hill and head towards a beautiful view, take a moment... Find easy parking on a 3-car garage-driveway, then stroll over through a walkway towards the front door.

Enter into a centrally located landing, where you may simply unload baggage and head directly upstairs to the great room with panoramic ocean views and vaulted ceiling.

The living room is furnished with ample seating, tall craft and game tables, electric piano, and TV (w/video casting capability) area, equipped with high-quality, full-range speakers. Walk around the 2-sided, copper-plated chimney fireplace, to find the solid wood dining table and buffet/bar area, leading towards the full-sized shelved closet (partial access for storage) on the left, and a spacious half bath to the right.

Also adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, granite counters, and custom cherry cabinets. There is a full sized refrigerator available, but, with longer stays or upon request, if there is a need for more goods/drinks to be stored, there is an additional refrigerator in the workspace garage/area (additional fee applies). In the garage, guests may access the ping pong table and the BBQ grill (for outside use), and, an electric vehicle (EV) plug (additional fee applies).

Downstairs is where the three Bedrooms and two full baths are located.

From the hilltop, bask in the serenity of the majestic views of the ocean or the peaceful sprinkles of the wildflowers and random visits from roaming deer, turkey, quail... Home offers an easy flow conducive to quality fun entertainment and also inspiring of special moments. You and your guests can BBQ, Ping-Pong, cast a movie or simply enjoy home away from home.

The beach is a short 3-min drive (private parking lot, pls bring cash $10 or CC), or 15 minute walk, where you may take a closer look at breathtaking views from the bluffs. Head towards the sand dunes, explore the tide pools, or simply plant yourself on a spot and enjoy the sounds and the waves...
