About this house rental
This 4 bedroom private home is located steps from the beach in the heart of Puerto Morelos on the Mayan Riviera. The house is 4 blocks from town square in the Mexican town of Puerto Morelos which is 20 minutes south of the Cancun airport. The 3 story house is fully walled for your privacy and has 4 air conditioned bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms & 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2½ kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas and lots of outside living space on each level. It includes a ground level pool, hot tub on rooftop terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea, wireless internet, smart TVs, washer/dryer and all the beach amenities. This property is rented Saturday to Saturday only. This is a non-smoking and pet free house.

Lovely home in a great location. Super clean and with everything we could possibly want. Gorgeous view, easy walk to restaurants and stores of Puerto Morelos. We hope to go back next year with our two grandkids, ages 3 and 5 who will love the beach and the pool. Thanks to Claudia who acquired extra bicycles for us (this is a very bike-able town) and owners Colin and Laurie for sharing their beautiful home.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Bandidos. Hosts and housekeeper are very responsive and the location of the villa is top. We had a wonderful time at the villa and beach. The villa is very spacious and you can always find a spot to relax. I highly recommend the place.

Great place for a family including parents, kids and grandparents. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and closeness to beach and restaurants. Lots of space for everyone. Claudia was very accessable and easy to deal with.

The property is very roomie and well maintained. Claudia, was very prompt, responsive and very helpful in setting up excursions. There is ample room in the garage to park a car. The swimming pool was just right for a refreshing dip and fun with the grand kids. Loved the bottled water on each floor.

What a great spot! The house is perfectly located to walk to restaurants, shopping and grocery. Claudia was available to help with any questions and concerns we had while staying. She hooked us up with a great transport driver and gave us tips on where to go and what to see! We will definitely be back.

We loved our home away from home. The location is perfect, the beach is nice and the ability to hang out at the pool whenever we wanted was such a bonus. The kids had so much fun. Having separate living spaces but still in the same home is all we could ask for. We will definitely be back!

Had an amazing time at this beautiful spacious house. Each floor had its own charm and provided complete privacy and quietness. Location was the best on the beach. Right beside a great beach side restaurant and bar. Home is fully equipped for every age including beach chairs and umbrellas. Pool was amazing and despite initial thoughts a perfect size. Loved everything about it and will definitely stay again. Hosts are very generous and friendly. Claudia the care taker arranged transportation and was available for local advise. LOVED EVERY MINUTE !!!

This is the most amazing property for your Mexican vacation! 4 couples stayed there very comfortably. Right on the beach within walking distance to everything....the best restaurants, grocery store and town square. Claudia the property manager was friendly and helpful. The owners were quick to answer any questions we had. There is everything you could possible need in the house such as beach accessories and towels as well as purified water. Plus we had maid service once during our week stay.
There are tiny ants that like to get into your food but with the but bug spray and keeping everything refrigerated, we managed to keep them at bay. But considering we were in a jungle on the beach, what can you expect?
This will be our go to spot every time we visit Puerto Morelos!

The only con about this property was the fact that although it lists there being two laundry facilities, there was only one when we were there. And that is a minor, minor thing. The washer & dryer on site were full size and more than adequate for the six of us, so no loss at all.
Other than that, I can't rate it high enough. It's not cheap, but for a three-story house literally 60-70 yards from the Caribbean with all the features it has (four bedrooms, two full kitchens, air conditioning in all bedrooms, outdoor grill & wet bar on the third-story patio, pool, etc), it's just a great vacation rental.
On the property manager, Claudia was just perfect. We had one minor problem (very minor ant thing) on the day of check-in and she had it fixed almost immediately; by the time we returned from dinner, it was resolved. She was very responsive without being pushy or clingy, and deserves high praise for her efforts. I'll be recommending Casa Bandidos to anyone who asks for recommendations anywhere in Quintana Roo. We've vacationed in Q. Roo and Yucatan several times, and this trip was far & away the best so far. The town and house are both simply great.

This was a beautiful location on the beach and a short walk to town and restaurants. Colin and Laurie were great to deal with during booking and Claudia was excellent and quick to answer any questions we had! The house was fully equipped with anything we could possibly need. We would love to be able spend another week here in the future!

We loved Puerto Morelos. The food was amazing. When booking a house in our case in another country communication is the Key. Claudia the Property Manager made our stay so much better we communicated via what’s app. She replied right away always. The house itself is great for families, enough rooms for everyone. Every floor looks like an apartment. It has everything, once you choose your room no need to go up and down the stairs. We are definitely coming back. Shout out to Colin and Laurie for sending us everything we needed to know in advance.

We were a group of 10 people (6 Adults and 4 Kids) and we all had an absolutely amazing time at Casa Bandidos. The location is just perfect with a beachfront and the villa is quite spacious with 2 full kitchens and a swimming pool inside. This is a great place to stay while visiting Puerto Morelos for a group of 6 or more.
The hosts Colin and Laurie were very welcoming ensuring the entire stay was very comfortable. The communication was quite prompt and efficient.
Colin also answered some queries we had about the town and provided us with some very useful and helpful information.
We will definitely return!!

The house was a perfect space for both relaxing and celebrating. We spent a week at Casa Bandidos and enjoyed not only the location but the amenities of the house. The Giolo’s and Claudia (the property manager) were available to answer any questions and requests before and during our stay. Thank you for everything!

Let me first start by stating Colin and Laurie were great communicators throughout the entire rental phase. Casa Bandidos was a great place that enabled my family and I to create wonderful memories. The pool, the hot tub, the A.C in the rooms after a long day at the beach was amazing. We will definitely return.

With 6 adults and one toddler, this place was the perfect fit for us. The layout worked out extremely well - Third floor penthouse for one couple, 2nd floor apartment for the couple with the toddler, and first floor bedrooms (2) for the other two adults. The pool got a lot of use, and the beach was just a few steps away. Nothing like starting your day with a 1/2 minute walk to the water and floating for awhile before breakfast :-)
The place is very well equipped, from plenty of kitchen utensils to all the inflatable items we used in the pool. Two bikes were included, and Colin made arrangements for four more so we could ride back and forth from town (it's not far, but bikes make it faster and easier than walking). The beach club next to us (My Paradise) was great and we also used Unico and Diving Lodge - all great beach clubs. We love Puerto Morelos and we love Casa Bandidos! I could go on and on but the bottom line is - this should be on the short list of "best deals in PM."

Our group of 8 - two families - had an amazing stay at Casa Bandidos. The house is exactly as described, and is beautiful, stylish, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped! The location is STELLAR, right on the beach. The beach was never crowded, but there was life around - with a massage tent just down the beach one way, and a beach club with great drinks and nibbles the other way. The snorkeling from nearby was fantastic. The walk to the town square passed interesting restaurants and shops, and we had everything we needed between the house and the local grocery. We also appreciated the amount of space within the house - with two families we had plenty of place to gather and plenty of space to spread out when we needed to -- a few in the pool, a few on the top deck, someone taking a nap, someone reading on the 2nd floor porch. The beds were very comfortable with strong AC when we need a break from the heat. Highly recommend this rental and hope to be back someday!

The house, the beach the town. All were perfect. Claudia is the property manager and she was very attentive. Anything we needed she was able to help with. Puerto Morelos is a perfect setting for those looking for a small-town experience where you can feel safe walking up and down the streets. I would highly recommend this location and this home.

Amazing property. The house is exactly as advertised. The house itself is perfect for families and friends. Bed were comfortable, AC worked great in the bedrooms. Plenty of entertainment options, including a book and DVD library. Lots of beach equipment for use. The pool was awesome for cooling off and splashing around. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing under the stars in the evening and for watching the sunrise. Just a short walk up the beach to some great restaurants and stores. Saw tons of fish while snorkeling, both out at the national reef, as well as just off the beach right in front of the house. Honestly, I don't think we could have found a more perfect spot for our vacation. The owners were very helpful and responsive prior to the trip, even researching some COVID testing options for us. The property manager, Claudia, was also very helpful with check-in and check-out. Our favorite VRBO house, and we've stayed in a bunch over the years. Thanks, Colin and Laurie!

Traveling from the USA during a pandemic as a family of four has its worries. But, Colin and Laurie made it so comforting knowing they had all the answers we needed prior to our departure. Casa Bandidos had all the amenities we were looking for. The grocery store is just a quick walk/bike away. Beautiful beach. Very clean and spacious! Claudia, the housekeeper, was very helpful for any questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommend this place of destination. Puerto Morelos left a special place in our hearts.

This property needs to be rated "EXCELLENT", I really don't think it's possible to find a better property. Simply checked all of the boxes for a great vacation. We will stay at this property as long as the owners allow.
