Visitando o Norte do Paraná.
Gostei do acesso, da localização, do ótimo sinal de wi-fi, do quarto em geral e do café da manhã. Os ambientes são bastante confortáveis, muito limpos e novos. Crédito especial aos funcionários extremamente cordiais e solícitos.
Nada em especial. Talvez o chuveiro devesse ter um pouco mais de pressão. Faltou uma área de lazer (piscina etc), mas também não sei seria o foco do hotel e a demanda dos hospedes.

O anúncio sobre o estacionamento não informa com clareza que é sujeito a disponibilidade, sugere uma interpretação que está incluso. Cheguei de madrugada e fui surpreendido que não poderia deixar o carro na garagem e portanto tive que deixar na rua. (Me senti enganado). No dia seguinte em contato com o gerente Manuel, tive o retorno que essa é a posição do hotel e não poderia fazer nada, então ficou por isso mesmo, também não foi solicito em tentar agradar/inverter a situação. Também quando entrei em contato com a recepção do hotel para fazer cotação e ver possibilidade de desconto, a recepção me passou o contato do gerente Evandro por e-mail. Fiz a cotação explicando os preços e ele me respondeu com um preço superior ao preço da booking, achei desagradável/desnecessário.
