Loved the property and the open layout of the home.

Fabulous property. Amenties were perfect, pool, grill etc. Problem with the fire pit that we were not able to use. Knobs missing from wear and tear. PM was responsive as well. Would make my 1st choice when Im back in the area.

Property was the perfect place to gather with friends. Everyone had a separate bed which is a huge plus for 11 grown men. We chose to bring in a chef one night to enjoy dinning onsite by the pool. Wonderful time, great memories!

House was just as shown in the listing, well-suited for a large group. The house was clean and comfortable and check-in and check-out were easy and the host accommodated our early check-in request. Minor issue with the pool was addressed after contacting the host.

My Stay Was Very Enjoyable. No Complaints On My End.

The home was beautiful as well as the location. We had a blast on the lake. A few things on listing were not accurate.
The pictures definitely need to be updated bad. We had to clean the dock just to fish on it because it was solid green and slippery. The Kayaks were infested with spiders and spider eggs. We tried spraying but it was a lost cost. We couldn’t even use them at all. The kitchen is no longer fully stocked there were 5 spoons to 20 forks. Only one baking pan. It was missing a few other items. There were ants everywhere on back patio and the manager said he would have someone come out but no one ever did. The shower in master bath had hard water build up and not all the holes were working. The bathtub doesn’t seal to hold water. He was going to send someone never saw anyone. We were told the pool guys come twice a week and just confirmed with them they only come once a day. The pool isn’t screened in and it gets filled with bugs and debris fast. The washer is broken and when I messaged about it I never got a response. I feel the house needs a pause on renting for a week of TLC. It just needs to be restocked and needs a few maintenance repairs.
The location is amazing. We had a blast with our jetskis on the lake. And fishing once we got the dock cleaned so it wasn’t dangerous to stand on.
We would love to rent it again once the maintenance and TLC duties is taken care of.

We had 14 family members from all over the US stay at this house. The house was perfect for us to spend time together. Great floor plan and the game room was a blast. My daughter got married at the wedding retreat and the house was very close to the venue. I highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed the house. It was perfect for our large group with plenty of space to spread out. Tom was super responsive and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back next year.

We stayed at this property for a golf trip for 14 people. The house was spacious, the pool + backyard area was well maintained and Tom was a terrific host. Highly recommend for your next trip to the Tampa area!

This house was perfect for our bachelor party. Beautiful backyard with a pool and jacuzzi. Secluded enough to not worry about noise complaints. Still close enough to spend time in Tampa Bay. Tom was a great host. Highly recommend.

Overall it was a good stay. The house is beautiful and in a good location not too far from anything.
A few minor things were upon entry the house had an odd smell like smoke I'm assuming from the prior renters. We sprayed a bunch of Lysol to help with that. Also, the white couch they have in the living room really needs to be replaced. It was dingy. We wiped it with Lysol wipes and got it as clean as we could but a white couch may not be the best choice for a rental property. Walls seems like they could be painted inside and the outside of the house was in desperate need of a powerwash. The bugs were probably the worse part of our stay. It was a swarm of love bugs. They were taking over!! Hundreds and hundreds of them.
I've lived in Florida for a while and I've never seen anything like that. As much as the property charges, it may be a good idea to screen in the pool area. We didn't utilize it as much as we would have liked to due to the bugs. But again, the home was nice and very spacious. Easily accommodated 16 people. It had everything you needed from the coffee maker, laundry detergent, pots, pans etc.

Fab venue for family gathering!
In town for daughter’s wedding. A group of family members stayed at this house and it fit us perfectly! Kids left with new pool floats, one that was a duck and is now named ‘sassa’ and the other now named ‘flint’. Lots of new memories and priceless moments. Didn’t need Busch Gardens nor Adv Island…the house was so spacious and enjoyable. Thank you Tom!

Amazing family getaway
The photos do not do this home justice. It was beautiful and impeccable. We had a great time gathering with family and were easily able to spread out and relax. The kids had a blast in the pool and we loved being able to bring out dogs with us.

Fantastic family holiday
We had a great time here as a big family group including two toddlers.
The property was comfortable, clean and perfect for big family dinners and BBQs.
Nothing was too much trouble for Tom the property manager - he was great.
If I’m being really picky I could note a couple of areas for improvement - the bbq wasn’t clean when we arrived and there wasn’t enough towels to keep a group of 14 going for 3 weeks. Tom swiftly sorted this latter issue so no complaints really.
We loved our stay and wish we were still there!

Great space for large parties
Our group enjoyed the beautiful home! Unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side during our stay. We were unable to use the pool but the hot tub was used daily. Communication with host was great, but wished some things were mentioned beforehand (i.e., extremely loud dryer, inability to heat up the pool, grill not working). We loved the extra sleeper cots which gave our large party more space to sleep.

Amazing
Our stay was truly nothing short of amazing. The home is absolutely beautiful and was in perfect condition. Completely updated and very comfy beds. There is a TON of space, both indoors and outdoors. We also rented out the barn for our rehearsal dinner and it was perfect. Check in/out was easy and flexible and communication was great. We can’t thank Tom and Co enough for the best weekend. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal Fun!
The house, pool, hot tub, and spacious outside areas are ideal. The issues that I reported to the rental/ owner will surely be addressed in a timely manner since our stay was during Thanksgiving. At this vacation house, there was something for everyone! In the garage/game room there was a pool table and a ping pong table. Entertainment was available for our party from toddlers to senior adults. We had an excellent time together!

Overall had a great time
The house is a great place to get a large group of family and friends together to have a great time. Everything in the house and on the property was as promised. The owners could be better at communicating. I let them know that the master bedroom toilet was leaking water from the base and the dryer stopped working and I never heard back from them. Either they already knew of these problems or they didn’t care that much, but for the sake of communication with your customers, I would recommend taking a minute to text them back. Lastly, the pool was very warm, literally the same temperature as the hot tub. I understand it’s nice to have a heated pool but with full sun coverage all day every day I would recommend backing off the heating so it doesn’t get that hot. Other than that I would overall recommend this house and I would stay here again in the future.

A Peaceful Getaway!
We had an amazing 4 days at this property. This beautiful house is located on a very peaceful area and the lake was an easy walk from the house. Loved cooking on the grill and making s’mores by the pool. There was plenty of room for the kids to play volleyball in the back yard. Game room was the perfect entertainment at night, and the best of all is that they could karaoke without disturbing the neighborhood. Property was in pristine condition, comfortable beds, and well equipped kitchen. Thanks to the management for responding quickly to all our requests.

Comfortable Luxury Getaway
Quiet, spacious villa with plenty of room for guests and luxurious modern amenities and decor. Pool area is wonderful. The master bedroom suite is awesome - the bathroom is like a spa getaway! Our trip went by too fast; could have stayed another 4 days!!

Beautiful!
We had our mini wedding here outside the barn house. It was a wonderful place that allowed all of our out of town guests a place to stay under one roof. The home was stunning and the scenery made for an amazing backdrop for pictures. We wish we had booked an extra day to enjoy the pool for a little longer after an exhausting weekend. The owners were helpful and very communicative, accommodating an early check in so we had time to decorate. Would definitely come back and have considered other events we could have here!

Oasis of Fun!
We had a group reunion with our friends and had the best time ever! The house was as beautiful as expected and we lovedddd hanging out in the pool area. Super clean and comfy!

Beautiful property
Overall we had a wonderful stay at the property. We had a small intimate wedding and the property was perfect. The reason I gave a 4-star in some places was because the cleaning crew did not leave until 6pm when check-in was at 4pm which left us standing around outside unable to get settled in on time. Once we were able to be in the house, we had a great time. It is a beautiful property.

Family Spring Break Trip
My family of 16 had an amazing stay at this property. Tom was accommodating and very responsive. The property is about 15-20 minutes from Busch Gardens and Adventure Islands. Lots of grocery stores also near by. There were also two roll out beds that wasn’t listed which was really nice to have. Overall we had a great trip.

Undervalued
I was basically asked to leave in the middle of my reservation. Another guest outright showed up to the home DURING our Christmas vacation with my friends and family while we were there and the owner called me at least 10x to inconvenience me in order to please another group. I won’t recommend.
