*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have. There is only sleeping for 8 in beds.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

A unique architectural masterpiece situated on the sandy beach in the exclusive Marla Bay community, on the Nevada side of South Lake Tahoe. An open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the beauty of being lake front, an oversize granite fireplace, wet bar for entertaining, BBQ and enjoy meals on the deck overlooking Lake Tahoe, step out to the back yard that is the beach! It doesn't get any better than this. There is also a gym on the ground level of this home.

In this 3 story home the kitchen, living room, dining area, access to the deck, wet bar, garage, and a 1.2 bath are on the middle level. On the ground 1st story are 2 queen bedrooms, both with their own en-suite full bathrooms, fireplaces and TV's. Access to the beach is through the ground level living room. There is also a small wet bar, laundry room/1.2 bath, and the gym is on this ground level.

On the top 3rd floor is the master bedroom with a king, en-suite full master bathroom with a stand up shower and a custom free standing marble bath tub, TV and a fireplace. The 4th bedroom is on this top floor with a queen, en-suite full bathroom, TV and fireplace. The 3rd floor has a great sitting area that overlooks the living room with the amazing windows that over look the lake.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time at this property. No issues experienced during our stay. Surprised at how eroded the beach was given the lake level. Was challenging to get down to the water due to damage to the stairs. Home is well located and comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house. Very Beautiful. Easy to find. Right on the water. Breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding Mountains. Great air flow and floor plan. Accommodated a large group of 4 adults and 6 kids easily. Needs: Bigger, better beds. Mattresses are worn out. The rooms are huge so it is strange that there is not a king in each room. Some of the kitchen appliances were not working. Cabinet doors in the kitchen falling off. Typical wear ant tear, just needs attention. The parking is tight, but manageable. Don't borrow the neighbors parking spot for 30 minutes while you unload. She will catch you on her ring cam and has a quick dial finger to snitch to the county and house manager. The house manager called me and was super cool about it, but I hate Karens. Overall experience was really good though. Would recommend to all.

We loved our stay. The house is massive with all of the bedrooms in separate corners of the house. There is no noise bleed between rooms. Amazing! Tons of bathrooms. Every bedroom has a bathroom plus two more for common spaces (I believe). The gym is quite large, the size of a normal bedroom, with lots of weights ranging from medium weight to very very heavy. The beachfront is perfectly swimmable. We brought paddleboards and enjoyed paddling in the mornings. The house was also outfitted with 8+ folding chairs to use on the outside lawn. Large kitchen with almost everything we needed. It came with oil and pepper, but we needed to pick up salt. The furniture was all great quality, it did not feel 'ikea-ed out'. As another reviewed mentioned, the front sliding doors/wall wasn't quite working. But with some finesse we got it to open and close. In case it's helpful, the secret is closing the doors, then using a nail or bobby-pin to turn the broken handle to the left. Then open the doors. If you open the second panel/handle first, you'll need to close it all before being able to open the broken panel. 2 car garage with 2 car space out front of the garage. Great location being close to Zephyr Cove and a few minute drive from Safeway. I would love to stay again!

This gorgeous lakefront rental in beautiful Marla Bay was the perfect stay and more! The lakefront location is hard to beat, with just steps into to the waters of Lake Tahoe. Home is well equipped and has ample space for guests to gather or relax separately in different areas. The sunset and waterfront views are gorgeous. Dillion and the property management team was extremely helpful and communicative with our groups needs and cannot recommend this rental property more!

Was a wonderful location to stay with a family reunion, fantastics views and access to the lake. The property needs upkeep and maintenance - specifically the ovens not working, and the patio door handles being in disrepair and locking mechanisms being worn meant we couldn't really open the large patio doors and get a full summer experience. Would also recommend to the property management company to better stock basic amenities like paper towel rolls in the kitchen pantry - compared to another house we rented just nearby down the road, the furnished amenities here were a bit minimalist for such an expensive luxury home. Overall though the location and view, and grand feel of a two story window at sunset and outdoor deck was quite nice

The property is amazing! If it was my property, I would have not rented it out until some repairs were made. We were so excited when we entered the house and saw the beautiful view. We went over to open the sliding doors and they would not slide, both glass doors. It took 2 boys and a plan as to how to get them to slide. The track needs the pine needles and dirt removed.

The house is amazing and in such a wonderful location, they do need to update the pictures online and let people know to bring certain things, like beach towels and shampoo and conditioner. Yet overall we love coming to this house!
