Adorable property with less than 5 minute walk to everything! Although is multi rental building feels very private and has a ton of space! Highly recommend! The owners were amazing they even mailed us back a pair of AirPods we forgot at there place!

Property is in a great location. The apartment was so inviting and the size was bigger than I expected. Loved the decor and plenty of room for myself and 3 other adults. Lisa was awesome, gave us information on what events were going on and places to hangout. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The house is old but charming, nicely decorated, close to the beach, downtown and shopping. 15 minutes walk to tennis and pickleball courts. The beds were comfortable too. One suggestion - update frying pans.

I had guests visiting from out of town, and this spot was perfect for them to be able to walk downtown. The apartment was lovely, and had a ton of space. I would definitely recommend it to any guests who come into the area!

We had a terrific long weekend in grand haven for the sand soccer tournament. The hosts were wonderful and the location was central to everything. The beach was walkable from the house, as an alternative to parking at the state park lots.

If you’re looking for charm and an overall feeling of laidback happiness, Scott and Lisa have this perfect spot for you. The home was built in the late 1800’s which means squeaky , slanted floors and in window A/C unit. But the refurbished bathroom and kitchen were plenty big and worked well.

We had a great time staying at the Happy House and exploring Grand Haven. The space was perfect for a family with kids. We enjoyed biking and hiking the nearby areas. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Made vacation easy!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. We had plenty of space and the location was amazing. Walking distance to downtown and beach. The owners are so friendly and made us feel very welcome. They offered so many great suggestions of things to do and places to go. The house had all the amenities we could need and was very clean. The location of this rental is fantastic. Was within walking distance of pretty much anything we wanted to do in town. The unit is clean and the bedrooms were a decent size. One had plenty of storage in the form of shelving and a small closet. The other was a bit larger (we were able to fit a pack and play in the corner) and had a walk in closet. The kitchen was fully stocked with the basics to make meals also including some small appliances and access to a grill outside. The dining area was equipped with a small table for little ones which ours enjoyed. The bathroom is stocked with plenty of towels,beach towels, and a washer and dryer. There is a stock of beach chairs and umbrellas at the base of the stairs leading to the unit that are first come first serve but available for use. The hosts are fantastic. They live below the unit and if you see them out they are quick to offer recommendations and advice if asked. Very friendly people! We were completely satisfied with our stay and would stay again if in Grand Haven.

My family and I had a great experience renting this unit. The place is exactly as advertised and is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Lisa greeted us upon check-in and gave us some good tips on where to eat and visit in Grand Haven. The location is also perfect. It's just a short walk to the downtown area and a quick drive to the beach and other sites.
