Our garage has been converted into an apartment. The tenant (older woman in her early 70’s), does not access any of the yards other than her own (fenced-off) side patio, and has her own private entrance.
There is no shared space other than the driveway where she parks her car in space number “2” while you would park in space “1” and along the front gate.
