About this house rental

BEST of Nicholasville!

We recently finished remodeling this spacious ranch home in Nicholasville Ky and are extremely excited to share it with future guests. It looks brand new on the inside and has an awesome oasis in the backyard when the weather is nice. It is close to all the great things to do in Lexington including Keeneland, the Bourbon Trail and the University of Kentucky. Mattresses are top of the line and will ensure you have a very comfortable stay.

The sunroom in the back of the house is connected to our enclosed backyard where our guests will find a koi pond and quiet and peace.

3 Bedrooms. Two with Cali king mattress and 1 with a full size trundle bed with twin bed that rolls out from underneath.

A fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and a spacious area in the living room will ensure your group will have a wonderful stay.

Please kindly remove shoes when inside the home to prevent wear and tear.

Please no smoking in the home or back sun room. Outside the home is permitted if smoking evidence is disposed of properly. We do not have an ashtray on site.

Smart TV in the living room for streaming on Netflix and Amazon Prime if you have your own personal login. The living room TV and 2 bedrooms (Master bedroom and bedroom 1) both have access to basic cable using antenna that are set up.

No pets are permitted on the property.

This home is great place to stay while visiting the Lexington area or going to the races at Keeneland. It has all the comforts of "home" especially comfortable beds, an up-to-date master shower, TVs, an enclosed porch, and a back yard that has a variety of plants, birds and a Koi pond. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy drive to some of the top restaurants in the area.

We visit family and nicholasville every year and this was the first year we didn't stay at a relative's house. The rental property was perfect for our family of five, and had everything we needed. The owners communicated perfectly, and we had zero issues during our stay. My daughter looked forward to feeding the fish everyday. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was as advertised. Very clean and in a nice neighborhood in close proximity to Lexington. The house was great for my family of four and could have definitely held more people comfortably. The neighborhood was quiet and in close distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall this was a great place and I would definitely come again and recommend it to others :)

My experience with this home was very positive. It was a lovely home in a very nice neighborhood. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We are an older group of adults so it would be helpful to have grab bars I'm the tubs especially in the jacuzzi. Also a small handrail off the deck would be good.

My boyfriend and I just met our two years of dating mark and decided to go on our first vacation alone together for two weeks. The stay on Nicholasville was really nice and brought us closer together. The house was very clean and accommodating. We loved how peaceful the neighborhood was as well. Everything is also nearby which made shopping and going out to dinner more convenient. The hosts were amazing and communicated well. All in all, we enjoyed our two week stay at the house and had a very nice time.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we had a great time with our family. 'No shoes allowed' in the home was a little inconvenient but we dealt with it. A few small maintenance things need attention but we would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owners was very good and we appreciated all the ways that the owners went through, to make our stay worth while.

Everything about this rental was smooth and easy. The owner was super-responsive. The home was very clean, nicely decorated (even had seasonal decor and Kentucky-themed art/magazines/books). The neighborhood is friendly. The backyard and glassed-in porch were our favorites! Loved the swing and the koi pond!

We felt at home immediately. The beautiful home was clean and felt just like home as soon as we walked in. My sister and I are both in our 60’s and wanted to go somewhere for peace and quiet and to just site see. We picked the perfect place. The rolling hills of KY are beautiful not to mention all the beautiful horses. We loved it all. Kevin was a very good host always quick to respond to my questions. Lovely home!

The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. Loved the sunroom and KO I pond. Very relaxing. The location was close to all the sights we wanted to explore; horse farm tour, Cumberland Falls and the Ark Encounter. Would highly recommend.
