A Shore Thing BB903 is your picture perfect family upscale home. It offers 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and a 2 car garage. It is just a few steps to the beach and the community pool. Located in town, it is just minutes to all the restaurants, shops and bars Port Aransas has to offer! This home offers 5.1 movie theater in both living rooms which include HD, Blue Ray and Apple TV, all with one touch remotes for easy use, flat panel HD TV's from 40" to 70". The ground floor of this home is ADA friendly. Offering 2 king bedrooms, a queen sleeper room that can be closed off and 2 baths. The 2nd floor offers a beautiful king suite. You will also find he main living room: with a 70" smart TV, powder room and huge gourmet kitchen. Up the stairs to the third level, you will find the 5th bedroom. It is a family style bedroom with 2 twin over full bunkbeds and a King size bed. There is a full bath with two sinks and one toilet area. There is a 2 car garage for your use. This property was great for family of 12. Large dining table was a selling point so we could all gather for family dinner. Sleeping on all levels allowed for alone time. We took a group of ten 17-18 year old boys for a beach trip before they start their senior year. The house was perfectly set up to accommodate our group. The kitchen was the hub of activity and it had every utensil, gadget and cooking item we needed. The location allowed the kids to split their time between beach and pool easily. We rented 2 golf carts through the company recommended by the VRBO and I can’t recommend that enough - it was a great experience and really enhanced our trip.

This house and it's location couldn't have been better. I've rented many beach houses, although never in Port Aransas. The elevator was a game changer. When you stay for a week, there are a lot of items that need to be brought upstairs and the elevator made that a breeze! It doesn't have a pool on the property, but the community pool is close and we used it daily.
The house was furbished with everything we needed and we couldn't have been more comfortable. I would rent this house again.

We rented this unit as a Mother’s Day and Father’s Day present for our parents. Both my sister’s and my families stayed with them. Great location, the elevator was a great help for my dad. My only complaints were the garbage disposal operation, and the cooktop. I looked for a good hour for the garbage disposal switch to no avail. I finally embarrassingly called the management company. Even the electrician was confused until he called his supervisor. Turns out you have to put the stopper in the drain and turn it. The cooktop buttons are very sensitive, and we got an error displayed at one point. I googled the repair, and had to reset the breaker (in garage). Not a huge deal at all, just FYI for future guests. Great location, clean, comfortable. Plenty of room.

This house was perfect for our family! Love the large living area and the master. The bunk room was perfect for grandkids. We have rented many houses in Port A and this ranks up as one of the favorites! There was an issue with a refrigerator being broken and the new one delayed, and PAE brought a loaner fridge in and up to the kitchen. While not “perfect” they went out of the way for it to be as close to it as possible. Stuff happens, things break, and PAE took it in hand and found a solution! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time. This property is great for large groups. The refrigerator in the main living area went out, and the management company brought a new refrigerator the next day, but they left it in the garage. I requested and preferred it be installed in the location of the broken appliance. Golf cart that came with the rental was great.

We had a wonderful stay at "A Shore Thing" this past weekend. We had 3 families (kids from 3 to 16 years old) and everyone had plenty of room. Grandma appreciated the elevator and ADA options since she id currently using a walker. The downstairs area is like a separate home with a full kitchen, den, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The upstairs kitchen was truly a delight for me to prepare family meals for our large group. They have everything needed to cook in this stocked kitchen including lovely serving dishes, tons of plates and glasses, nice/sharp knives, good pans, and even 2 crockpots. This has not been the case at other homes we've stayed at in Port A. Also, the photos don't quite do the interior justice...even nicer in person. This is our favorite home and we will be back!

One of the bedrooms is actually a small den with a pull out sofa bed. There were no linens for that bed. That was the only drawback. We were expecting another full bedroom. We would definitely stay in this home again. Loved the Banyan Beach area!

Overall the accommodations were very nice. Banyan Beach subdivision is ideal for its location. However the house needs a few maintenance updates. We had to reset the stove at the breaker each day in order to use it. The Wi-Fi continue to have issues every day. And from the first day we were not able to use the entertainment center in the main living room. Maintenance was not able to fix that for us during our stay.
The elevator needs maintenance as well! It was very inconvenient for the older people in our party not being able to utilize that convenience. If those few issues are addressed the house would be perfect forAnother stay in the future.

The house was absolutely beautiful! It’s everything it says it was and it’s a quick walk to the beach. The house was clean and spacious enough for 16 people. The only things to note is that eight of the sleeping spaces are in one room and are on the third floor. Additionally, the elevator only goes to the second floor. It worked for us because our family is very close and no one is elderly, but it may be a consideration for other families. As noted in other reviews the kitchens are pretty high tech, but there is a book explaining how to use everything (we found it on the last day) and takes you step by step:) I would definitely stay here again!

Great property and location. Love that the 2 garages are available to help w parking vehicles. The house was big enough to accommodate us all. Not to far from the beach, you could even walk there. The only dislike was that there was trash left outside by the garbage bins and was full of flies and maggots. Took three days for them to pick it up. Other then that, we had a blast and would definitely rent this house again!!!

Great home, convenient 200 yard till you are in the water at the beach, less than 2 miles from the palmilla golf course. You don't have to worry about parking on the beach because of the easy 2 min walk to get there. The home was in great condition and very spacious. A ton of bedrooms and sleeping arrangements along with plenty of seating and common areas for us to hang out at. The balcony was in a great position for hanging out during the evenings. We had a great time here and I would absolutely recommend staying here.
