The only way to get closer to the beach is to go for a swim. This 500 square foot, third floor beachfront condo, with rear westerly exposure, sleeps two, with one king bed and it has one bathroom. You’ll find yourself going out to the balcony again and again to reassure yourself you’re not just imagining the postcard-perfect view. “Am I really here? Is the beach really just a stone’s throw away? Can I really hear the surf lapping up on the sand?” The answers are, yes, yes and yes.
When you’re not taking in the view, you’ll be soaking up the luxurious experience inside. The spacious rooms, lit up by the sun, are tastefully filled with stylish furnishings that create a serene ambience. Floor-to-ceiling windows surround you with a panorama of ocean and sky.

A clean, efficient condo awaits you overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. With a King sized bed and all the kitchen you need for a stay, it is located near many restaurants and has a private beach access. This was our third time renting this particular unit in Jan-Feb, and fourth time at the Apollo property. This time we stayed 4 weeks, up from 2 and 1 week stays in past years. We keep coming back because it is a good value for the beach location and general area, though the price has risen substantially over the 4 years. The unit is reflecting its age, with the biggest problem being slow kitchen sink and dishwasher drainage. Service from M.I. Vacation Properties is responsive, professional, and friendly. We might try a different area next time just to try something new, but otherwise we wouldn't hesitate to rent here yet again.

The location and views are great. It’s a safe area. It's an older building with families and older couples so it was quiet. I like the fact that there is good security, however, the keys are a pain to fiddle with. It would have been easier to use a key card for the elevators, front building door, and pool door. The unit itself is updated and clean but small. We were a couple so it was okay but if we had brought our college-aged son and he slept on the sleeper sofa we would need more space. There is a full fridge, but it’s not a full kitchen but fine enough for us. The balcony overlooks the beautiful beach. The balconies are staggered so you can see and hear all your neighbors, so if privacy is an issue keep that in mind although it was not an issue for us. Minor but there was no screen on the slider door and they can use a hassock in the living area. You can watch TV and look out on the beach. You can watch the sunset right out on the balcony which is so nice. They had beach chairs and umbrellas which were very nice, and we did use them one day. The pool and hot tub area is nice. All in all, we had a nice stay and recommend it for couples or families with small children. We rented from VRBO but all communications came from Marco Island Vacation Properties. Took us hours to get there and we stopped at the office on N. Collier as instructed and asked to use the restroom. The woman behind the plexiglass instructed us to walk to the McDonald’s next door which made us feel unwelcome, especially considering how much money we paid. At check out, you are asked to drop off your car key pass on the first floor of the condo building and then drive to N. Collier to drop off the condo keys. It's a small thing but after following all the check-out instructions to leave the condo in a certain order and for the cost and parking fees, just felt as if they should allow guests to leave the condo keys in the building too as a convenience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. I've been visiting Marco Island for over 20 years and this condo was one of the most updated we've stayed at. Perfect size for two with all the basics you need. Oh and talk about a perfect view and location - you could just sit on the balcony the whole trip, but if you want to explore you are walking distance to a host of food and attractions and a short drive to even more.

The view of the beach & gulf is breathtaking. It's nice to have cookware & a full size fridge so we didnt have to eat out every meal. Having access to a washer & dryer is another convenience with this condo. Marco Island Vacation Properties makes the entire rental process stress free.

Location of the condo is perfect! Condo had everything we needed with a perfect view and easy beach access while providing security. I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. A few things could be addressed for a more comfortable stay. The bed was uncomfortable and sinks in the center and the pull out bed appears worn and dirty. Difficult to sleep due to bed condition. Overall the condo was clean but the curtain in the bedroom and behind dressers and floor behind sink in bathroom was fairly dirty. Property management group was extremely friendly!

The unit is a one bedroom apartment, with very little space. The pictures and listing is accurate but I would probably not stay here again because of the price contrasted with the room you get. Paying for location, but nearby buildings have more spacious rooms.

The unit was clean and beautiful. We had originally booked at the Hilton, but changed to a condo to allow my husband and me more space to work. That worked out well. The location was perfect for walkability for evening dinners and beach strolls. The view was magnificent. Family friendly location, as well. For the value, we thought this property was great. Getting in and out of the parking lot and the building is a bit of a pain. You need a key for entering the building, using the elevator, going in/out to the beach (while your hands are full!). I didn't like having to download an app and use it for literally everything that I needed. For example, I had to go to the property agent to get keys and then to the unit. Because I didn't read the info in the app, I didn't know that. My fault, I guess. I've gotten use to just using key codes to enter AirBnB properties. I would much rather have had an email that provided that information. All in all, a positive experience.

June 2022 Stay
We had a wonderful vacation at 304 Apollo. It is small but perfect for two people. We ate in while enjoying daily beach and pool time and found some great restaurants for dinner. The condo was clean and had most everything we needed. The sunsets are absolutely stunning every night! We had a very peaceful and enjoyable stay and will definitely return.

Kyce is shell heaven! A definite must see. Perfect distance from shopping with tons of places to see. The location is also a perfect distance from Naples and the Everglades, only about 20 minutes. If shopping and love unique jewelry, especially from the island, you must stop at Ocean Soul. The owners and slection are absolutely amazing!!The beaches are sugary white and because as much are easy to walk on without burning your feet. There is a perfect breeze all the time to make it enjoyable. The accommodations were perfect as well. The condo has updated amenities with a small kitchenette, no oven though with an absolutely perfect view. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Everything you would need is provided. The property is suppose to be non-smoking but there were a few guests that would go out on the porch and smoke. WiFi and cable didn’t work .. but being on a beach.. not a necessity for us.

The property is very well maintained and clean as was the apartment. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and the owners even provide umbrellas and beach chairs, which is nice.
We gave 4 stars for comfort for the following reasons:
1. We are used to sleeping on a tempur pedic so the bed wasnt comfortable for us
2. We bought blackout curtains and hung them over the the curtains because there was so much light coming in
All in all, my husband and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Our 2nd stay in Apollo 304 was just as magical as the 1st. We loved it! Easy beach access. Amazing sunsets. Peaceful just sitting on the balcony looking at the gulf. Condo was very clean and well kept. Nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. It's just as described and shown in the pictures. Designated garage parking was nice. Great food and cocktails downstairs or can take a short walk to the Marco Walk Plaza. Marco Island Vacation Properties made the entire rental process a smooth experience. We have already booked it for a 3rd visit.
