Take advantage of all Marco Beach has to offer in this fully remodeled (2019), prime location, beautifully maintained clean and comfortable single family home. Purchased Nov 2013, All new furniture, bedding, towels, fresh paint throughout. King bed in the master, Double bed with a single trundle in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queen pull out couches. 2 flat screen TV's. Washer/dryer in the garage, 2 adult bicycles, The home has nice size lani, lanai shower spout, pool and seating area. Heated Pool. Walk right out onto your private pier and boat lift. Rent a boat at Marco Marina or bring your own. Feel free to kayak or fish right off the pier. Residence beach is just 1/2 mile from this home. You can purchase an annual pass for $140 for the year. Or walk to the public beach which is just a 1mile walk.

Great stay and the location was just perfect. The home was 5 minutes from the beach. The Property had everything we needed such as beach chairs, wagon, cooler and umbrella. The home and pool were very clean. I would recommend this house 100%.

The house was recently renovated with high end appliances and new windows which fixed a previously mentioned problem with the air conditioner. The house was cool and comfortable despite very hot days. The pool was great with a very welcoming lanai area.

We found this property to be perfect. The house is super clean, the location is ideal and the host is great to work with. We rented a golf cart as our mode of transportation for the week. Because of the location of the home, restaurants, beaches and shopping were all very close. Pool is great. They have so many amenities. This is a perfect spot IMO.

Inside of property was great. Exterior was not. Inside, the kitchen, seating area, bedrooms and bathrooms were all outstanding. Pool heater was broken, water feature to circulate the water wasn't functioning. Pool had a film on it. Pool person came once to "clean" and tossed a gallon or two of shock in it and left, said to stay out for an hour. Owner seemed inconvenienced when I was communicating about the broken heater. The pictures in listing are old. No large sun umbrella, lounge chairs are in rough shape, dock is very small. Didn't feel the outside was truly represented based off pictures, should be updated to show current conditions. Overall still good value compared to some of the more pricey listings on the island.

This house was beautiful and in a great location! It was stocked with everything that you could need including a steamer, beach chairs, kitchen tools, and plenty of toiletries. We really enjoyed our long weekend stay here! The only downside to this house was that the air conditioning was not efficient. It consistently struggled to keep up with the 85 - 90 degree weather with temps in the house at 75 - 77 degrees. It did try to cool down at night, but the master bedroom never caught up. The owner did have a fan dropped off, but it was still very uncomfortable to sleep in. I would not stay here again due to this as I am very sensitive to warm temps when trying to sleep.

The home is lovely, well appointed and tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen was top- notch and very well organized. TV and wifi great. Pool was wonderful. Neighborhood quiet. Good communication with owner. We really enjoyed Marco off season.

My husband and I stayed here for a week long vacation. It was an updated house, great pool, and had a water view. The location was also perfect on the island. The owner was great with communication if I had any questions. We would definitely stay at this location again for our annual Marco Island trip!

The house was clean and pictures were accurate. The A/C was not up to par for South Florida summer weather and the house needed some TLC, but was good for the most part. We had an 11am check out and the cleaning person was there at 11:05. So, if you stay here, be sure and be ready to be out before 11am. Also, sprinklers were set to come on in the late afternoon, so it made coming or going at that time a little difficult. All in all, the home was as advertised.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Private pool and canal access. Location is only minutes from grocery and restaurants. Everything you need for a beach trip is provided. Chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler. Fishing poles in garage as well. Loved our stay and will be back to the same house.

Everything was fine; only comment that I have is that there was no gas for the grill outside. You have two tanks in the property and both were empty, so I started to cook and after few minutes I ran out of gas; this is not for the money, it's the inconvenience that I had to stop and go to the supermarket to buy a new gas tank; having two as you do, one should always be full, always.

Our family of 10 had a great time at the property. Very clean house, quiet neighborhood and definitely the pool with the canal view is amazing. Going to the beach in Marco Island is tricky because you need to go to the public beaches and parking is extremely limited, but having the nice pool available really helped us. I would recommend to any famiy.

We enjoyed staying at this 5 star property! The large living room couch was super comfortable, as were the beds. Loved the pool, next to the water/canal. Our host was easy to work with and answered any questions we had, pre stay, quickly and fully. There are two bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. The host also had bikes, beach chairs and beach towels to use—an added plus. All in all a great stay! Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a beautiful and clean space. Coffee by the pool is so peaceful and the bikes and beach chairs are great. Additionally there are plenty of pots/pans/kitchenware. As noted by a previous reviewer the bed in the master is really not great. But once that is replaced I would have no hesitation renting again. (*also we had to run out and get toilet paper , trash bags, and paper towels. Some were provided but not enough for our four day stay. I don’t rent enough to know if that is to be expected )

Home was beautifully furnished. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. The only draw back was the construction of a new house next door. The noise was very loud throughout the day, but we understand this is not the owners fault.
